After the two ends of the steel pipe 48 are fixed through the two pipe supporting mechanisms respectively, the first hydraulic cylinder 9 extends to drive the corresponding adjusting block 8 to move inwards, the adjusting block 8 drives the correcting wheels 34 to move inwards, so that the two correcting wheels 34 clamp the steel pipe 48, then the driving mechanism drives the support frame 4 to move left and right along the length direction of the steel pipe 48, and the two correcting wheels 34 roll along the length direction of the steel pipe 48 to straighten the steel pipe 48.
In addition, after the two correcting wheels 34 clamp the steel pipe 48, the second screw rod 43 can be driven by the correcting motor 44 to rotate in the forward direction, the wedge-shaped block 41 is driven by the second screw rod 43 to move downwards along the guide groove 40, the wedge-shaped block 41 pushes the adjusting block 39 to move inwards, the adjusting block 39 drives the baffle 35 to move inwards and compress the second spring 36, and the baffle 35 drives the supporting column 33 to move inwards, so that the two correcting wheels 34 further clamp the steel pipe 48, and the correcting effect is improved; or the correcting motor 44 drives the second screw rod 43 to rotate reversely, the second screw rod 43 drives the wedge block 41 to move upwards along the guide groove 40, so that the wedge block 41 is separated from the adjusting block 39, then the second spring 36 in a compressed state pushes the baffle 35 to move outwards, the baffle 35 drives the adjusting block 39 to be attached to the wedge block 41 again outwards, and meanwhile, the baffle 35 drives the supporting column 33 to move outwards, so that the two correcting wheels 34 slightly loosen the steel pipe 48, and the correcting wheels 34 are prevented from flattening the steel pipe 48.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, two slide ways 45 extending left and right are oppositely arranged on the base 1 in a front-back direction, and the lower ends of the two support blocks 5 are respectively slidably mounted in the corresponding slide ways 45; the driving mechanism comprises a third screw rod 46 which is positioned in the slide way 45 and extends in the same direction, the third screw rod 46 is rotatably installed in the slide way 45 through a polished rod at the end part, the supporting block 5 is connected to the third screw rod 46 in a threaded manner, and a driving motor 47 for driving the third screw rod 46 to rotate is fixedly installed in the base 1.
The driving motor 47 drives the third screw rod 46 to rotate, and the third screw rod 46 drives the supporting block 5 to move left and right along the slide way 45 when rotating, so that the supporting frame 4 is driven to move left and right.

A metal piece straightening apparatus characterized by: the pipe fitting support device comprises a base, wherein a fixed seat and a movable seat are oppositely arranged on the left side and the right side of the base, the fixed seat is fixedly arranged on the base, the movable seat is arranged on the base in a left-right sliding manner, and pipe fitting support mechanisms are respectively arranged on the fixed seat and the movable seat; the pipe fitting support mechanism comprises a base, a support frame and a first hydraulic cylinder, wherein the base is provided with the support frame in a left-right sliding manner, the support frame comprises two support blocks which are oppositely arranged in a front-back manner and a connecting plate which is fixedly arranged between the tops of the two support blocks, grooves are respectively formed in the inner sides of the two support blocks, an adjusting block is slidably arranged in each groove along the depth direction, the first hydraulic cylinder is fixedly arranged between the bottom of each groove and the adjusting block, the two adjusting blocks are respectively provided with a correcting mechanism, the pipe fitting support mechanism is positioned between the two correcting mechanisms, and the base is further provided with a driving mechanism for;
the correcting mechanism comprises a first mounting cavity positioned in the adjusting blocks, the first mounting cavity is provided with a through hole which extends between the two adjusting blocks and penetrates through the adjusting blocks, a support column is movably mounted in the through hole, one end of the support column is rotatably mounted with a correcting wheel positioned on the outer side of the first mounting cavity, the rotating axis of the correcting wheel extends vertically, the other end of the support column is fixedly mounted with a baffle plate positioned in the first mounting cavity, and a second spring is arranged between one side of the baffle plate, which is close to the correcting wheel, and the side wall of the first mounting cavity; and a correcting wheel fine adjustment mechanism is arranged in the adjusting block.
