in addition, the structure design for adjusting the curvature of the neck portion is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements, etc. made to the curvature adjusting mechanism within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 7, the head rotation and flexion mechanism 4 includes a head extension piece 40 disposed on the fixing frame and used for driving the head of the patient to flex, a flexion connecting rod 41 disposed at an end of the head extension piece 40 and used for transmitting flexion and extension force, a rotation driving assembly 42 disposed on the flexion connecting rod 41 and used for driving the head to rotate, and a head placing piece 43 disposed at an end of the rotation driving assembly 42 and used for placing the head, wherein the rotation driving assembly 42 and the head extension piece 40 are both in communication connection with the controller. The telescopic member drives the bending connecting rod 41 to move so as to drive the head placed on the head placing member 43 to move integrally, so that the bending and stretching of the head are adjusted. The head placing part 43 is driven to rotate by the rotary driving component 42, so that the head can rotate.
As shown in fig. 8, in order to improve the reliability of the rotation of the head, in the present invention, the rotation driving assembly 42 includes a driving motor 420 provided on the bending link 41, a driving rod 421 provided on an output end of the driving motor 420, and a gear 422 provided on an end of the driving rod 421 away from the driving motor 420, the gear 422 is engaged with a gear 423 provided on the head rest 43, and the driving motor 420 is communicatively connected to the controller. During the use, control driving motor 420 through the controller and start, and then driving motor 420 drives transfer line 421 rotatory, and under the rotation effect of transfer line 421, gear 422 is rotatory thereupon, and then drives the head that has teeth of a cogwheel 423 and places piece 43 and rotate, realizes the rotation to patient's head.
The head placing part 43 comprises a head clamping part and a binding belt which is crossly arranged on the head clamping part, the binding belt is respectively wound on the forehead and the forehead of the patient in a limiting way, and a cavity matched with the back of the head of the patient is arranged in the head clamping part. The patient places the head on the head fastener, fixes patient's lower jaw and forehead respectively through the constraint area afterwards, forms dual fixed knot structure to realize the reliable fixed of patient's head, guarantee that the head can not take place the skew in the art, guarantee that head and neck keep the state in the reliable accurate art, avoid the removal in the art and influence the operation effect.
As shown in fig. 9, the controller is further communicatively connected with an illness state integration system, and the illness state integration system includes an illness state storage module 50, an information integration interaction module 51, a scientific research teaching module 52 and a background control module 53; the background control module 53 is in communication connection with the internet terminal equipment through a port; the disease condition storage module 50 is in communication connection with the information integration interaction module 51 and is used for standard writing and integration of disease characteristics, conversion into digital expression and quantification of clinical data; the information integration interaction module 51 is respectively in communication connection with the illness state storage module 50 and the scientific research teaching module 52, integrates and interacts data of the illness state storage module 50 and the scientific research teaching module 52 through the information integration interaction module 51, and finally stores the data in the background control module 53; the scientific research teaching module 52 is respectively in communication connection with the information integration interaction module 51 and the background control module, and is used for inputting and integrating the data information read in the information integration interaction module 51 so as to provide scientific research data reference; the background control module 53 is in communication connection with the information integration interaction module 51, reads and stores data information on the information integration interaction module through the background control module 53, and simultaneously stores data of the illness state storage module 50 and the scientific research teaching module 52, and sends an action instruction to the controller to perform an operation action. The system is used for acquiring the preoperative cervical vertebra curvature, the shoulder pressing amount and the head rotation bending and stretching degree of a patient and the adjustment result data of a plurality of patients to construct a characteristic vector, a long-time memory-based recurrent neural network (LSTM) is used for modeling the historical characteristic vector, and then the machine learning prediction with the system is used for obtaining the adjustment amounts of the cervical vertebra curvature, the shoulder pressing amount and the head rotation bending and stretching in the optimal X-axis and Y-circumference directions. The invention also provides a cervical anterior approach operation bed, as shown in fig. 10, comprising an anterior cervical approach operation body position intelligent auxiliary adjusting and fixing device and a bed body 100 in matching connection with the anterior cervical approach operation body position intelligent auxiliary adjusting and fixing device, wherein the bed edge of the bed body 100 is detachably connected with the side edge of the fixing frame 1 through a connecting plate 200. The disassembly and the connection adopt threaded connection. the neck curvature adjusting mechanism (3) comprises a neck pillow (30) positioned on the fixing frame (1) and a curvature adjusting assembly connected to the lower end of the neck pillow (30) and used for adjusting the curvature of the neck pillow (30), and the bottom end of the curvature adjusting assembly is abutted to a fixing plate (32) arranged below the fixing frame (1);
the device also comprises a shoulder pressing mechanism (2) and a head rotating, bending and stretching mechanism (4); the shoulder pressing mechanism (2) is arranged on the fixing frame (1) and is used for pressing the shoulders of the patient; the head rotating and stretching mechanism (4) is arranged on the fixed frame (1) and is used for driving the head of the patient to rotate and stretch; the shoulder pressing mechanism (2), the neck curvature adjusting mechanism (3) and the neck curvature adjusting mechanism (3) are all in communication connection with a controller used for controlling the actions of all the mechanisms;
the shoulder pressing mechanism (2) comprises pressing adjusting components (20) respectively arranged at two sides of the fixed frame (1) and shoulder pressing fasteners (21) which are arranged at the end parts of the pressing adjusting components (20) and matched with the shoulders of the patient; the shoulder pressing fastener (21) is driven to move to press down the shoulder by the pressing-down adjusting component (20).

The anterior cervical surgery body position intelligent auxiliary adjusting and fixing device according to claim 1, wherein the curvature adjusting assembly comprises curvature expansion pieces (310) respectively arranged at two ends of the lower surface of the cervical pillow (30), and the curvature expansion pieces (310) are in communication connection with a controller.

The device for intelligently assisting in adjusting and fixing the body position of the anterior cervical surgery according to the claim 5 is characterized in that the rotary driving component (42) comprises a driving motor (420) arranged on the bending connecting rod (41), a transmission rod (421) arranged on the output end of the driving motor (420) and a gear (422) arranged at the end of the transmission rod (421) far away from the driving motor (420), the gear (422) is meshed with gear teeth (423) arranged on the head placing piece (43), and the driving motor (420) is in communication connection with the controller.
