In use, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the plotter pen 9 is inserted into the mounting hole 41 by taking 6 mounting holes 41 as an example, and is clamped on the adjusting ring 52, and the mounting holes 41 are used as guide holes for the plotter pen 9. Then, the upper cover body 3 is covered, the actuator 2 is connected with the rotating body 4, and the upper cover body 3 is fixed with the connecting shell 1 through a fixing screw, so that the installation of the drawing pen 9 is completed; when the drawing pen 9 reaches the replacement standard, the actuator 2 drives the rotating body 4 to rotate by 60 degrees, so that the drawing pen 9 is replaced, and the position of the drawing pen 9 is ensured to be unchanged.

the elastic mechanism comprises an adjusting shell, an adjusting ring and an adjusting spring, wherein one end of the adjusting shell is provided with a through hole allowing the front end of the drawing pen to pass through, the adjusting ring is provided with a through hole for mounting the drawing pen, and the adjusting spring and the adjusting ring are arranged in the adjusting shell;
the inner wall of the lower end of the mounting hole is provided with an internal thread, the outer wall of the adjusting shell is provided with an external thread, and the adjusting shell is in threaded fit with the mounting hole.
