A convertible cylinder plug board comprises a board body (1), a cylinder plug (2), a sleeve connector (3), an electric shock prevention sleeve set (4), an external plug (6) and a wire tube (5); the method is characterized in that: the plugboard main body (1) is also provided with a blocking plate (10) and a circuit closing plate (14); the insert board main body (1) is divided into a use cavity (11) and a circuit cavity (12) by the blocking plate (10), and one or more fixed bottom pillars (15) are further arranged on the blocking plate (10); the electric shock prevention sleeve set (4) consists of a bottom sleeve (48), a live wire reset contact ring (47), a reset spring (46), an insulating isolation plate (45), a live wire conductive fixing plate (44) and a covering assembly (49); a fixed inner ring platform (482) and a limiting inner ring platform (481) are arranged in the bottom sleeve (48); a fixed outer boss (152) and a limiting outer boss (151) are arranged outside the fixed bottom column (15); the bottom sleeve (48) is sleeved on the fixed bottom column (15), a movable inner ring cavity (72) is formed between the fixed inner ring platform (482) and the fixed outer boss (152), and a firing line inner ring cavity (71) is formed between the limiting outer boss (151) and the limiting inner ring platform (481); the live wire resetting contact ring (47), the resetting spring (46) and the insulating isolation plate (45) are sequentially arranged in the movable inner annular cavity (72), the live wire resetting contact ring (47) is partially positioned in the live wire inner annular cavity (71), and the live wire conducting fixing plate (44) is fixed outside the movable inner annular cavity (72) in a buckling or thread matching mode; the return spring (46) is specifically positioned between the live wire return contact ring (47) and the insulating isolation plate (45); the insulating isolation plate (45) is provided with a live wire through hole (451); the live wire conductive fixing plate (44) is also provided with an extension contact boss (442) and a live wire connecting fixing seat (441), and the extension contact boss (442) penetrates through the live wire through hole (451);
the covering assembly (49) consists of a covering sleeve (40), a zero line conductive sleeve ring (41), an insulating isolation sleeve ring (42) and a ground wire conductive sleeve ring (43); a zero wire guide groove (401) and a ground wire guide groove (402) are arranged on the covering sleeve (40); a zero line connecting fixed seat (411) is arranged on the zero line conductive sleeve ring (41); the ground wire conductive sleeve ring (43) is provided with a ground wire connecting fixed seat (431); the zero line conductive sleeve ring (41), the insulating isolation sleeve ring (42) and the ground wire conductive sleeve ring (43) are sequentially sleeved on the covering sleeve (40), and the insulating isolation sleeve ring (42) is specifically positioned between the zero line conductive sleeve ring (41) and the ground wire conductive sleeve ring (43); the zero line connecting fixed seat (411) is sleeved in the zero line guide groove (401); the ground wire connecting fixed seat (431) is sleeved on the ground wire guide groove (402);
the covering component (49) is fixed in the bottom sleeve (48) in a buckling and thread matching mode;
the surface of the bobbin insertion device (2) is provided with an insulating elastic sleeve (23), two or more clamping parts (21) are arranged in the insulating elastic sleeve (23), and the clamping parts (21) are sequentially provided with a zero line contact (213), a ground line contact (212) and a live line contact (211) from top to bottom;

the electric wire pipe (5) consists of a live wire (51), a zero wire (52) and a ground wire (53); one end of the live wire (51) is fixed in the live wire connecting fixing seat (441); one end of the zero line (52) is fixed on the zero line connection fixed seat (411); one end of the ground wire (53) is fixed on the ground wire connecting fixed seat (431);
the plugboard main body (1) is also provided with a use cavity sealing plate (13); the using cavity sealing plate (13) is provided with openings the number of which is consistent with that of the electric shock preventing sleeve sets (4), and the caliber of each opening is larger than that of the cylinder inserter (2); the service cavity closing plate (13) is used for reducing the exposed area of the service cavity (11).
2. A convertible plugboard as claimed in claim 1, wherein: one or more water drainage holes (111) are formed in the bottom of the use cavity (11).
3. A convertible plugboard as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the upper surface of the sleeve cover (31) is provided with a circuit half opening (311), and the sleeve cover (31) and the circuit half opening (311) are both internally provided with sealing rings.
4. A convertible plugboard as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a circuit closing plate (14) is also arranged on the plug board main body (1); the circuit closing plate (14) is used for closing the circuit cavity (12).

A convertible plugboard according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the length of the insulating elastic sleeve (23) is longer than the sum of the distance between the anti-electric shock sleeve set (4) and the barrier plate (10), the extrusion rebound distance of the live wire reset contact ring (47) and the error distance; ensuring that the insulating elastic sleeve (23) is still tightly matched with the blocking plate (10) before the live wire contact (211) of the clamping part (21) is completely separated from the live wire reset contact ring (47); so that the liquid and gas inside and outside the insulating elastic sleeve (23) are blocked by the insulating elastic sleeve (23) and cannot circulate; and when the live wire contact (211) is completely separated from the live wire reset contact ring (47), the moving distance of the continuous movement of the live wire contact needs to be larger than the error distance, and then the insulating elastic sleeve (23) is separated from the barrier plate (10), so that the liquid inside and outside the insulating elastic sleeve (23) can be circulated again.

A convertible plugboard as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the insulating elastic sleeve (23) is sealed with the blocking plate (10) before the live wire contact (211) contacts the live wire reset contact ring (47); after the live wire contact (211) is contacted with the live wire reset contact ring (47), and the pressing external force disappears, the insulating elastic sleeve (23) can release redundant elastic force, so that the live wire contact (211) extrudes the live wire reset contact ring (47), and the live wire reset contact ring (47) is contacted with the extension contact boss (442); at this time, the live line circuit is turned on.

A convertible plugboard as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the outer height of the circular ring of the ground wire conductive sleeve ring (43) is higher than that of the zero line conductive sleeve ring (41); as such, when the neutral contact (213) and the neutral conductive collar (41) are disengaged, the ground conductive collar (43) also maintains contact with the ground contact (212).

A convertible plugboard as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the contact range of the ground wire conductive sleeve ring (43) and the ground wire contact (212) is larger than that of the live wire contact (211) and the live wire reset contact ring (47); thus, when the hot contact (211) and the hot return contact ring (47) are disengaged, the ground conductive collar (43) remains in contact with the ground contact (212).

A convertible plugboard as claimed in claim 8, wherein: the outer height of the circular ring of the ground wire conductive sleeve ring (43) is higher than that of the zero line conductive sleeve ring (41); as such, when the neutral contact (213) and the neutral conductive collar (41) are disengaged, the ground conductive collar (43) also maintains contact with the ground contact (212).
