The application also provides a voice broadcasting method, a voice broadcasting device, a target terminal and a medium.
Fig. 2 schematically shows a flow chart of a method for voice broadcasting according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
and S101, receiving an interactive voice instruction generated by a target user.
First, it should be noted that, in the present application, the device for acquiring an image to be detected is not specifically limited, and may be, for example, an intelligent device or a server. The smart device may be a PC (Personal Computer), a smart phone, a tablet PC, an e-book reader, an MP3(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III, motion Picture Experts compressed standard Audio Layer 3) player, an MP4(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV, motion Picture Experts compressed standard Audio Layer 4) player, a mobile terminal device with a display function such as a vehicle-mounted smart device, and the like.
Similarly, the application also does not specifically limit the interactive voice command, for example, the interactive voice command may be a command for starting a voice service, or may be a command for starting other functions. For example, the navigation device can broadcast music, display time, start navigation and the like.
And S102, determining a grade label corresponding to the target user based on the interactive voice instruction, wherein the grade label is used for reflecting the grade of the user using the voice broadcast service.
Further, after receiving the interactive voice command of the target user, the method and the device for processing the interactive voice command can determine the identity information of the user according to the voice. For example, the user is zhang san or lie xi, and after the user identity is determined, the level of the user using the voice broadcast service can be determined according to a pre-stored user database.
The method for ranking the users is not specifically limited in the present application, and for example, the users may be ranked according to the total duration of using the voice service in the user history time period. The users may also be ranked according to the total number of times of using the voice service in the user history time period, or the users may be ranked according to the total number of times of using the voice service exceeding a preset time period in the user history time period, and so on.
S103, determining to select a voice broadcast service corresponding to a target broadcast mode for the target user based on the grade label corresponding to the target user and the voice broadcast strategy, wherein the broadcast mode is used for representing the integrity of the voice broadcast service.
Further, after the grade corresponding to the user is determined, the voice broadcast service of different integrity broadcast modes can be provided for the user in a targeted manner according to the preset voice broadcast strategy.
In one mode, for example, when the user corresponds to the highest-level tag, the voice broadcast service may be configured to select the broadcast mode with the lowest integrity. It can be understood that when the level corresponding to the user is the highest, the user is the qualified user using the voice broadcast service, so that in order to avoid wasting unnecessary waiting time of the user, the broadcast mode with the lowest broadcast integrity can be selected to provide the voice service to the user.
In another mode, when the user corresponds to the lowest-level tag, the voice broadcast service of the broadcast mode with the highest integrity can be selected for the user. It can be understood that when the level corresponding to the user is the lowest, the representative user is a novice user who uses the voice broadcast service, so that in order to avoid the disadvantage that the user cannot use the voice service, the broadcast mode with the highest broadcast integrity can be selected to provide the voice service for the user.
In another mode, when the user corresponds to the middle-level tag, the voice broadcasting service with the broadcasting mode with moderate integrity can be selected for the user. It can be understood that, when the level corresponding to the user is the intermediate level, the representative user is a general user who uses the voice broadcast service, so that in order to avoid the disadvantage that the user cannot use a certain type of voice service and waste user time, a broadcast mode with moderate broadcast integrity can be selected to provide the voice service for the user.
In the method and the device, after the interactive voice command generated by the target user is received, the grade label corresponding to the target user can be determined based on the interactive voice command, wherein the grade label is used for reflecting the grade of the voice broadcast service used by the user, so that the voice broadcast service corresponding to the target broadcast modes with different completeness is determined to be selected for the target user based on the grade label corresponding to the target user and the voice broadcast strategy. By applying the technical scheme of the application, the user generating the interactive voice instruction at this time can be firstly identified, and the grade of the user using the voice service in the historical time period is determined according to the pre-stored historical data, so that the voice service for different integrity broadcast modes is provided for the user according to the grade of the user. Therefore, the problem that the user experience is influenced due to low voice interaction efficiency in the related technology is solved.
Optionally, in a possible implementation manner of the present application, in S102 (determining, based on the level tag corresponding to the target user and the voice broadcast policy, to select a voice broadcast service corresponding to the target broadcast mode for the target user), the method may be implemented in one of the following two modes:
the first mode is as follows:
and when the target user is detected to correspond to the first-level label, determining the voice broadcast service for selecting a brief broadcast mode for the target user.
Further, when the user corresponds to the first-level tag (higher level), the voice broadcast service (namely, the short broadcast mode) of the broadcast mode with the lowest integrity can be selected for the user. It can be understood that when the level corresponding to the user is higher, the representative user is a qualified user using the voice broadcast service, so that in order to avoid wasting unnecessary waiting time of the user, a short broadcast mode can be selected to provide the voice service to the user.
Optionally, when it is detected that the target user corresponds to the first-level tag, determining a voice broadcast service for selecting a brief voice interaction mode for the target user; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and when the target user is detected to correspond to the first grade label, determining the voice broadcast service in a brief service type mode selected for the target user.
The method and the device for broadcasting the voice message in the voice broadcasting mode are not specifically limited, and for example, the voice broadcasting mode can be changed from a voice broadcasting mode with hundreds of percent of completeness to a voice broadcasting important matter. It is also possible to provide a voice broadcasting service reduced from all service categories to only an important service category.
In one approach, some types of services that are only targeted to novice users may no longer be provided to the user when the user is determined to be a qualified user. Such as a novice tutorial service class, a service guidance class, and so forth. Therefore, the waiting time of the user can be prevented from being increased, and the storage resource of the terminal equipment can be saved.
The second mode is as follows:
and when detecting that the target user corresponds to the second-level tag, determining that the voice broadcasting service of the complex broadcasting mode is selected for the target user, wherein the second level is lower than the first level.
Further, for when the user corresponds to second level label (lower grade), can be for its voice broadcast service (the complicated mode of reporting that is promptly) of selecting the higher broadcast mode of the completeness. It can be understood that when the level corresponding to the user is lower, the user is a non-qualified user who uses the voice broadcast service, so that in order to avoid the problem that the user is not familiar with the function and cannot use the service, a complicated broadcast mode can be selected to provide the voice service to the user.
When the target user is detected to correspond to the first-level label, determining to select a voice broadcast service of a complex voice interaction mode for the target user; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and when the target user is detected to correspond to the first grade label, determining to select the voice broadcast service in a complex service type mode for the target user.
The method and the device for broadcasting the complex broadcast information do not specifically limit the complex broadcast mode, for example, the complex broadcast information can be broadcasted by the voice in a complete hundred percent mode, and the complex broadcast information can also be broadcasted by the voice in a complete eighty percent mode. The voice broadcasting service can be improved from the service type including only part of the service types to the service type including all the service types.
In one method, when it is determined that the user is a novice user, a voice broadcast method of all service types needs to be opened to the novice user. Including, for example, a novice tutorial service class, a service guidance class, and the like.
Optionally, in a possible implementation manner of the present application, in S101 (determining a rating label corresponding to a target user based on an interactive voice instruction), the following steps may be performed:
analyzing the interactive voice command, and determining the identity parameter of the target user;
acquiring historical service parameters corresponding to a target user from a historical database based on the identity parameters of the target user, wherein the historical service parameters correspond to at least one of total using time, service using type and service using times;
and determining the grade label corresponding to the target user based on the historical service parameters of the target user.
Further, after receiving the interactive voice command of the target user, the method and the device for processing the voice command can firstly analyze the voice, so as to determine the identity parameter of the user. And matching the identity parameters with data in a preset user database one by one. And further determines whether the target user is user a or user B. Furthermore, after the user identity is determined, at least one historical service parameter of the total using time, the type of the used service and the number of times of using the service corresponding to the target user is obtained from the historical database.
The method for ranking according to the historical service parameters is not specifically limited in the present application, and for example, ranking may be performed on the users according to the total duration of using the voice service in the historical time period in the historical service parameters of the users. The users may also be ranked according to the total number of times of using the voice service in the history time period in the user history service parameter, or the users may also be ranked according to the total number of times of using the voice service of the preset service type for exceeding the preset time period in the history time period in the user history service parameter, and so on.
Further optionally, a preset broadcast parameter is determined based on the identity parameter of the target user, and the broadcast parameter is used for reflecting at least one of language, dialect, tone color and speaker type;
and selecting the voice broadcast service corresponding to the target broadcast mode for the target user by utilizing the preset broadcast parameters.
Furthermore, in order to improve the interactive experience of the target user, the broadcasting parameters for improving the service can be determined according to the pronunciation type of the target user. Wherein the broadcast parameters are used for reflecting at least one of language, dialect, tone color and speaker type.
It can be understood that, for example, after determining that the language is chinese and the dialect is the broadcast parameters of the radio, the broadcaster who operates the chuan radio can be selected to provide the voice interaction service to the target user. Or, after the dialect is determined to be Mandarin and the speaker type is the broadcast parameter of the female, the female speaker who holds Mandarin can be selected to provide the voice interaction service for the target user.
Further optionally, after determining the rating label corresponding to the target user based on the historical service parameters of the target user, the method further includes:
when the historical service type containing the target user is detected based on the historical service parameters;
determining whether the historical service type of the target user and the service type corresponding to the interactive voice instruction are the same;
when the two types of voice broadcasting services are detected to be the same, determining a voice broadcasting service for selecting a brief broadcasting mode for a target user;
and when the difference is detected, determining to select the voice broadcast service of the complex broadcast mode for the target user.
Further, after obtaining the historical service parameters of the target user, the method and the device can detect whether the historical service parameters contain the historical service type of the target user. And then when the subsequent detection is the same, determining to select the voice broadcast service of a brief broadcast mode for the target user, and when the detection is different, determining to select the voice broadcast service of a complex broadcast mode for the target user.
For example, when it is determined that the history service type corresponding to the target user is the navigation service according to the history service parameter, it may further analyze whether the service type corresponding to the interactive voice command generated by the user this time is still the navigation service, if so, the user is considered as a qualified user, and then a voice broadcast service determined to select a short broadcast mode for the target user is selected. If not, the user is determined to be a novice user, and then voice broadcast service determined to be the target user in a complex broadcast mode is selected.
In another embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, the present application further provides a device for voice broadcasting. Wherein, the device comprises an acquisition module 301, a determination module 302, and a selection module 303, wherein,
an acquisition module 301 configured to receive an interactive voice instruction generated by a target user;
a determining module 302, configured to determine, based on the interactive voice instruction, a level tag corresponding to the target user, where the level tag is used to reflect a level of using a voice broadcast service by the user;
the selection module 303 is configured to determine that the target user selects a voice broadcast service corresponding to a target broadcast mode based on the level tag corresponding to the target user and the voice broadcast policy, where the broadcast mode is used to characterize the integrity of the voice broadcast service.
In another embodiment of the present application, the determining module 302 further includes:
a determining module 302, configured to determine, when it is detected that the target user corresponds to the first-level tag, a voice broadcast service in which a brief broadcast manner is selected for the target user;
or the like, or, alternatively,
a determining module 302, configured to determine that a voice broadcast service in a complex broadcast mode is selected for the target user when it is detected that the target user corresponds to a second-level tag, where the second level is lower than the first level.
In another embodiment of the present application, the determining module 302 further includes:
a determining module 302, configured to determine, when it is detected that the target user corresponds to the first-level tag, to select a voice broadcast service of a short voice interaction manner for the target user;
