In the embodiment of the present application, a side of the flexible substrate 13 away from the support substrate 11 is further provided with a fourth glue layer 18. The fourth glue layer 18 covers at least the flexible portion 133.
The fourth adhesive layer 18 is made of an ultraviolet curing adhesive. After the ultraviolet curing adhesive is irradiated by ultraviolet light, the surface of the ultraviolet curing adhesive loses viscosity, so that the fourth adhesive layer 18 is arranged on the flexible portion 133, the stiffness of the flexible portion 133 can be properly increased, the problem that the flexible portion 133 is easy to deform when the display device is subjected to external force such as extrusion and the like is avoided, and signal routing on the flexible portion 133 is better protected.
In the embodiment of the present application, the second portion 132 may or may not display a picture, and may be designed according to the requirement of the display device in the market, which is not specifically limited in the present application.
For example, in some embodiments, with reference to fig. 1, the second portion 132 is a bonding region of the display device, and the source chip-on-chip 20 is bonded to the second portion 132; the printed circuit board 30 is connected to the flexible substrate 13 through the source chip on film 20. The source chip on film 20 and the printed circuit board 30 are bent to the back side of the flexible substrate 13 by the flexible portion 133, thereby implementing a narrow bezel design of the display device.
