Through the arrangement, the inclination angle of the baffle can be adjusted in a self-adaptive mode according to the display box after the posture adjustment, and the situation that the two-dimensional code cannot be read due to the fact that foreign matters or water flow are accumulated on the baffle after the posture adjustment of the display box is avoided.
Furthermore, a second through hole is formed in the side wall of the display box and is communicated with the inner space and the outer space of the display box. When the outside air temperature of the display box is lower, the heat generated by the motor of the rotating table and the bracket can cause the temperature difference between the inner wall and the outer wall of the display box, and water vapor is generated on the side surface or the turnover plate of the display box. The second through hole is favorable for the ventilation in the display box, so that the heat dissipation of the motor is facilitated, and the internal and external pressure and temperature can be kept close to each other.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
1. the two-dimensional code management system reasonably utilizes the two-dimensional code management device arranged at the scenic spot, so that unified management is facilitated, and wrong scanning by tourists is avoided, the two-dimensional code management device has a self-checking function, enters a one-time self-checking mode at a preset time point, judges whether articles are stacked on the turnover plate or advertisements are pasted on the turnover plate to cause the two-dimensional code to be blocked by switching the state of the turnover plate, further alarms a worker to maintain or adjusts the posture of the two-dimensional code placing device to enable the tourists to scan the effective two-dimensional code again, greatly improves the utilization rate of the two-dimensional code management device, enables the terminal device of the two-dimensional code management device to participate in a maintenance management system of the scenic spot, strengthens information management of the scenic spot, and improves the experience of the tourists;
2. the invention adopts a secondary feedback mechanism, only feeds back to a scenic spot control center in a primary self-checking mode, enters a secondary self-checking mode while feeding back, adjusts the posture of a two-dimensional code placing device based on the result of the secondary self-checking mode to solve the problem of top surface shielding, alarms the scenic spot control platform only when all side surfaces are shielded, and determines whether to send a worker for maintenance or not according to the number ratio of two-dimensional code management devices which cannot be scanned in the current scenic spot after receiving the alarm; the two-dimensional code management is more comprehensive, timely and efficient, and the promotion of the explanation platform is facilitated;
3. the invention enables scenic spots to reasonably allocate the two-dimensional code management devices in each scenic spot according to the planning, and tourists can scan effective two-dimensional code information through the two-dimensional code placement device, thereby avoiding mistaken scanning caused by confusion; in addition, the two-dimensional code placing device can well protect the two-dimensional code and avoid the two-dimensional code from being damaged by natural or human factors;
4. according to the invention, the turnover plate is driven by a transmission mode of a worm gear and a worm, a plurality of racks are arranged on the same transmission rod, and a first rotating shaft is driven to rotate through a gear meshed with the racks so as to drive the turnover plate to turn over;
5. the two-dimensional code placing device can realize posture adjustment, and is combined with an infrared distance measuring device, after foreign matters are detected on the turnover plate in a primary self-checking mode, the two-dimensional code placing device receives a posture adjusting signal and carries out a secondary self-checking mode before posture adjustment, under the secondary self-checking mode, whether the corresponding side face is shielded by opaque articles such as clothes or cloth is judged according to the preset time difference T of the infrared distance measuring device, the side face which is not shielded is judged according to the result of the time difference, and the orientation of the two-dimensional code is readjusted according to the judgment result, so that a tourist can scan an effective two-dimensional code through the side face which is not shielded; if all the time differences are smaller than T, alarming is carried out on the scenic spot control platform, and the fact that the current two-dimensional code cannot be scanned is indicated;
6. the display box can be pushed to incline towards a certain direction by adjusting the length of the second support, so that the top surface or the side surface of the display box displaying the two-dimensional code at present can incline towards the tourist, and the tourist can scan the display box conveniently; in addition, when the foreign matters are detected on the turnover plate in the primary self-checking mode, the foreign matters can be promoted to slide down by adjusting the angle of the display box, so that the abnormity of the primary self-checking mode is eliminated;
7. the inclination angle of the baffle plate can be adjusted in a self-adaptive manner according to the display box after the posture adjustment, so that the condition that the two-dimensional code cannot be read due to the accumulation of foreign matters or water flow on the baffle plate after the posture adjustment of the display box is avoided.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to examples and accompanying drawings, and the exemplary embodiments and descriptions thereof are only used for explaining the present invention and are not meant to limit the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "front", "rear", "left", "right", "upper", "lower", "vertical", "horizontal", "high", "low", "inner", "outer", etc. indicate orientations or positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplicity of description, but do not indicate or imply that the device or element being referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed in a particular orientation, and be operated, and therefore, should not be taken as limiting the scope of the invention.
Example 1:
a scenic spot scene two-dimensional code management method comprises the following steps:
self-checking: the two-dimensional code management device of each scenic spot in the scenic spot enters a self-checking mode, whether the top surface and/or the side surface of the display box is/are shielded by foreign matters is checked, if not, the display box exits the self-checking mode, and if so, the posture adjustment is started and the feedback is carried out;
posture adjustment: the two-dimensional code management device adjusts the posture of the two-dimensional code placing device in the display box or adjusts the posture of the display box so that the two-dimensional code is opposite to the side face, which is not shielded, of the display box;
and (3) feedback: the two-dimensional code management device feeds back a self-checking result to the scenic spot control platform or the scenic spot control center, if the top surface of the display box is blocked but at least one side surface of the display box is not blocked, the starting period of a self-checking mode is shortened, the self-checking result is updated, and if the top surface and all the side surfaces of the display box are blocked, the two-dimensional code management device gives an alarm to the scenic spot control platform or the scenic spot control center;
and (4) alarming: and after the scenic spot control platform or the scenic spot control center receives the alarm from the two-dimensional code management device, judging whether to dispatch a worker for maintenance or not according to the number of the two-dimensional code management devices which alarm in the current scenic spot.
In some embodiments, the self-checking step includes a first self-checking step and a second self-checking step, in the first self-checking step, the two-dimensional code management device checks whether the top surface of the display box is shielded, exits from the self-checking mode if the top surface of the display box is not shielded, feeds back a first self-checking result to the scenic spot control center if the top surface of the display box is shielded, and enters the second self-checking step, the two-dimensional code placement device checks whether the side surface of the display box is shielded, opens the posture adjustment according to the detection result to enable the two-dimensional code to just face the side surface of the display box which is not shielded, and gives an alarm to the scenic spot control platform and the scenic spot control center.
In one embodiment, the one-time self-test step comprises the following steps: the turnover plate driving mechanism drives the turnover plates on the top surface of the display box to turn over, if the first motors of the turnover plate driving mechanism can drive all the turnover plates, the top surface is not shielded by foreign matters, the two-dimensional code management device exits from the self-checking mode, if the first motors of the turnover plate driving mechanism cannot drive all the turnover plates, the top surface is indicated to have the foreign matters, and a secondary self-checking step is performed while a primary self-checking result is fed back to the scenic spot control center; the scenic spot control center records the one-time self-checking result and sends a signal to the corresponding two-dimensional code management device, so that the self-checking mode starting period of the two-dimensional code management device is shortened.
In one embodiment, the secondary self-test step comprises the following steps: before the posture is adjusted, the two-dimensional code placing device in the display box detects the distance from the two-dimensional code placing device to each side face of the display box by using an infrared distance measuring device, compares the distance with a preset distance, and judges whether each side face is shielded or not according to a comparison result; if at least one side surface is not shielded, sending an adjusting signal to a processor, and adjusting the posture of the two-dimensional code placing device and/or the display box by the processor according to the adjusting signal to ensure that one surface of the two-dimensional code placing device, which is provided with the two-dimensional code, is opposite to the side surface which is not shielded, and adjusting the angle of the side surface to facilitate the scanning of the tourist; if all the side surfaces are shielded, sending an alarm signal to a processor, after receiving the alarm signal, sending a signal to a scenic spot control center, canceling a self-checking mode of a corresponding two-dimensional code placement device by the scenic spot control center, marking, and sending a marking result to a scenic spot control platform; in the above step, the preset distance is a time difference detected by the infrared distance measuring device when the side surface is shielded.
Example 2:
a scenic spot scene two-dimensional code management system as shown in fig. 1 includes:
the two-dimensional code management device is used for protecting and displaying the two-dimensional code, entering a self-checking mode in a certain period, checking whether the top surface and/or the side surface of the display box is/are shielded by foreign matters or not, exiting the self-checking mode if the top surface and/or the side surface of the display box is/are not shielded, and starting posture adjustment and feedback if the top surface and/or the side surface of the display box is/are shielded; during posture adjustment, the posture of the two-dimensional code placing device in the display box is adjusted, or the posture of the display box is adjusted, so that the two-dimensional code is opposite to the side face, which is not shielded, of the display box; when the self-checking result is fed back, the self-checking result is fed back to the scenic spot control center, if the top surface of the display box is blocked but at least one side surface of the display box is not blocked, the starting period of the self-checking mode is shortened, the self-checking result is updated, and if the top surface and all the side surfaces of the display box are blocked, the two-dimensional code management device gives an alarm to the scenic spot control platform;
the scenic spot control center is used for receiving and recording a self-checking result fed back by the two-dimension code management device, sending a signal to the corresponding two-dimension code management device and shortening the self-checking mode starting period of the two-dimension code management device; after the two-dimensional code management device gives an alarm to the scenic spot control platform, the self-checking mode of the corresponding two-dimensional code placement device is cancelled and marking is carried out, and then a marking result is sent to the scenic spot control platform;
and the scenic spot control platform is used for receiving the alarm signals of the two-dimensional code management devices and/or the scenic spot control center and judging whether to dispatch workers for maintenance or not according to the number of the two-dimensional code management devices which alarm in the current scenic spot.
In the embodiment, a secondary feedback mechanism is adopted, only feedback is carried out on a scenic spot control center in a primary self-checking mode, a secondary self-checking mode is entered while feedback is carried out, the posture of the two-dimensional code placing device is adjusted based on the result of the secondary self-checking mode so as to solve the problem of top surface shielding, an alarm is given to a scenic spot control platform only when all side surfaces are shielded, and after the alarm is received, the scenic spot control platform can determine whether to send a worker for maintenance or not according to the number ratio of two-dimensional code management devices which cannot be scanned in the current scenic spot; the two-dimensional code management is more comprehensive, timely and efficient, and the promotion of the explanation platform is facilitated.
Example 3:
on the basis of embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the two-dimensional code management device includes a base 1, a first support 4 is arranged on the base 1, a display box 2 with an upward opening is mounted on the first support 4, a processor and a two-dimensional code placing device are arranged in the display box 2, the processor is connected with an alarm unit, the two-dimensional code placing device is used for placing a two-dimensional code, a plurality of transparent turning plates 3 are arranged in the opening of the display box 2, first rotating shafts 31 are arranged at two ends of the turning plates 3, and the first rotating shafts 31 are movably inserted into the inner wall of the display box 2; a first motor 61 electrically connected with the processor is arranged in the inner wall of the display box 2, the output end of the first motor 61 is connected with a transmission rod 62, a plurality of racks 63 are arranged on the transmission rod 62, a gear 64 meshed with the racks 63 is arranged on the racks 63, and the gear 64 is coaxially connected with the first rotating shaft 31; the first motor 61 drives the turnover plates 3 to be switched between a closed state and an open state, and in the closed state, the turnover plates 3 are parallel to each other and close the opening of the display box 2;
under the self-checking mode, first motor 61 drive returning face plate 3 switches between closed condition and open mode, if returning face plate 3 can normal switching state then show that the top surface of display box 2 is not sheltered from by the foreign matter, otherwise then show that the top surface of display box 2 is stacked or is pasted and has the foreign matter.
In some embodiments, the base is provided with universal wheels at the bottom to facilitate movement of the device, and in one embodiment the base is secured to the ground by expansion screws. In some embodiments, the two-dimensional code may be placed on the two-dimensional code placement device by clamping, attaching, and fixing the two-dimensional code-printed carrier on a box of the two-dimensional code placement device, or by directly printing the two-dimensional code on the box.
In some embodiments, the number of flipping panels is at least 4.
In some embodiments, the side wall of the display box 2 is provided with a second through hole 22, and the second through hole 22 communicates the inside and the outside space of the display box 2.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, rubber layers 32 are disposed on two sides of the turnover plate 3, and in the closed state, the rubber layers 32 of two adjacent turnover plates 3 are tightly attached.
Through the structure, the scenic spots can reasonably allocate the two-dimensional code placement devices in each scenic spot according to the plan, and tourists can scan effective two-dimensional code information through the two-dimensional code placement devices, so that mistaken scanning caused by confusion is avoided; in addition, the two-dimensional code placing device can well protect the two-dimensional code and avoid the two-dimensional code from being damaged by natural or human factors; more importantly, two-dimensional code placer can get into a self-checking mode at the predetermined time point, whether the state through switching the returning face plate leads to the two-dimensional code to be sheltered from with judging whether pile up article on the returning face plate or paste and have the advertisement, and then maintain or adjust two-dimensional code placer gesture so that the visitor can scan effective two-dimensional code once more through reporting to the police to scenic spot control platform, the utilization ratio of two-dimensional code placer has been improved by a wide margin, make this terminal device of two-dimensional code placer also participate in the maintenance management system of scenic spot, strengthen scenic spot information-based management, promote visitor experience.

on the basis of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the two-dimensional code placement device includes a base installed on the bottom surface of the display box 2, a rotation table 81 is installed on the base, a third motor is provided in the base to drive the rotation table 81 to rotate relative to the base, two brackets 82 are provided on the rotation table 81, a box body 83 is provided between the two brackets 82, a fourth motor is provided on the brackets 82, a two-dimensional code placement area is provided on the top surface of the box body 83, the two-dimensional code placement area is used for placing a two-dimensional code, a third rotating shaft is provided on the box body 83, the third rotating shaft is erected on the brackets 82, the fourth motor is used for driving the box body 83 to turn over around the third rotating shaft, an infrared distance measurement device 84 is further provided on the box body 83, and the infrared distance measurement device 84 is used for measuring the distance from the; the third motor, the fourth motor and the infrared distance measuring device 84 are electrically connected with the processor; the side walls of the display case 2 are at least partially made of a transparent material;
in the self-checking mode, after the turnover plate 3 is judged to be abnormally turned, the infrared distance measuring device 84 detects the distance from the box body to each side surface of the display box 2, compares the distance with a preset distance, and judges whether each side surface is shielded or not according to the comparison result; if at least one side surface is not shielded, sending an adjusting signal to the processor, and controlling the third motor and/or the fourth motor by the processor according to the adjusting signal to enable the side surface, provided with the two-dimensional code, of the box body 83 to be opposite to the side surface, which is not shielded, of the display box 2; and if all the side surfaces are shielded, sending an alarm signal to the processor, and sending a signal to the scenic spot control center after the processor receives the alarm signal.
In some embodiments, display case 2 is made of glass.
In this technical scheme, two-dimensional code placer can carry out the gesture and adjust. Specifically, under normal conditions, the box body level prevents, and the two-dimensional code is directly pasted, is printed, the centre gripping at the top surface of box body, and the two-dimensional code is just to the returning face plate for the visitor can see through the returning face plate and scan the two-dimensional code. After the foreign matter is detected on the turnover plate in the primary self-checking mode, the two-dimensional code placing device receives the attitude adjusting signal, the secondary self-checking mode is carried out before attitude adjustment, the time difference of each infrared distance measuring device in the current state is detected, the time difference from the infrared distance measuring device to the side face is preset to be T, and when the time difference of the infrared distance measuring device is not more than T, the situation that the side face is shielded due to the fact that the side face corresponding to the infrared distance measuring device is provided with the opaque article such as clothes or cloth is indicated. Therefore, after the time difference of each side face is judged, the two-dimensional code placing device controls the box body to turn over and controls the rotating table to rotate, so that the side face where the two-dimensional code is located faces the side face which is not shielded. After the preset time, the two-dimensional code placing device can return to a normal state, detect the time difference of each side face again, judge the side face which is not shielded according to the result of the time difference, and readjust the orientation of the two-dimensional code according to the judgment result. And if all the time differences are smaller than T, alarming the scenic spot control platform to indicate that the current two-dimensional code cannot be scanned.
Example 5:
on the basis of the above-mentioned embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, a containing cavity is arranged in the base 1, a second motor 11 is arranged in the containing cavity, the output end of the second motor 11 is vertically upward and connected with a turntable 10, the turntable 10 is positioned on the upper surface of the base 1, the first support 4 is arranged on the turntable 10, the top end of the first supporting column 4 is hinged with the bottom end of the display box 2 through a spherical hinge 41, the turntable 10 is also provided with a second supporting column 5, the length of the second support post 5 is adjustable, the top end of the second support post 5 is hinged with the bottom end of the display box 2, the second support post 5 and the second motor 11 are electrically connected with the processor, after the two-dimensional code is over against the side surface of the display box 2 which is not shielded, the processor controls the second support column 5 and the second motor 11 to adjust the posture of the display box 2, so that the angle of the corresponding side surface is favorable for scanning by tourists.
In some embodiments, the second support column is a hydraulic cylinder, and a hydraulic pump of the hydraulic cylinder is arranged on the base.
In some embodiments, the number of the second struts is four, and the four second struts are uniformly distributed around the first strut, and the turning directions of the hinges of two alternate second struts are the same.
Example 6:

self-checking: the two-dimensional code management device of each scenic spot in the scenic spot enters a self-checking mode, whether the top surface and/or the side surface of the display box is/are shielded by foreign matters is checked, if not, the display box exits the self-checking mode, and if so, the posture adjustment is started and the feedback is carried out;
posture adjustment: the two-dimensional code management device adjusts the posture of the two-dimensional code placing device in the display box or adjusts the posture of the display box so that the two-dimensional code is opposite to the side face, which is not shielded, of the display box;
and (3) feedback: the two-dimensional code management device feeds back a self-checking result to the scenic spot control platform or the scenic spot control center, if the top surface of the display box is blocked but at least one side surface of the display box is not blocked, the starting period of a self-checking mode is shortened, the self-checking result is updated, and if the top surface and all the side surfaces of the display box are blocked, the two-dimensional code management device gives an alarm to the scenic spot control platform or the scenic spot control center;
and (4) alarming: and after the scenic spot control platform or the scenic spot control center receives the alarm from the two-dimensional code management device, judging whether to dispatch a worker for maintenance or not according to the number of the two-dimensional code management devices which alarm in the current scenic spot.
2. The scenic spot scene two-dimensional code management method according to claim 1, wherein the self-checking step includes a primary self-checking step and a secondary self-checking step, in the primary self-checking step, the two-dimensional code management device checks whether the top surface of the display box is blocked, if not, the self-checking mode exits, if blocked, the primary self-checking result is fed back to the scenic spot control center, and the secondary self-checking step is performed, in the secondary self-checking step, the two-dimensional code placement device checks whether the side surface of the display box is blocked, the two-dimensional code is adjusted to be over against the unblocked side surface of the display box according to the detection result, and if all the side surfaces are blocked, the scenic spot control platform and the scenic spot control center are alarmed.
3. The scenic spot scene two-dimensional code management method according to claim 2, wherein the one-time self-check step comprises the following steps: the turnover plate driving mechanism drives the turnover plates on the top surface of the display box to turn over, if the first motors of the turnover plate driving mechanism can drive all the turnover plates, the top surface is not shielded by foreign matters, the two-dimensional code management device exits from the self-checking mode, if the first motors of the turnover plate driving mechanism cannot drive all the turnover plates, the top surface is indicated to have the foreign matters, and a secondary self-checking step is performed while a primary self-checking result is fed back to the scenic spot control center; the scenic spot control center records the one-time self-checking result and sends a signal to the corresponding two-dimensional code management device, so that the self-checking mode starting period of the two-dimensional code management device is shortened.

The scenic spot scene two-dimensional code management method according to claim 2, wherein the secondary self-checking step includes the steps of: before the posture is adjusted, the two-dimensional code placing device in the display box detects the distance from the two-dimensional code placing device to each side face of the display box by using an infrared distance measuring device, compares the distance with a preset distance, and judges whether each side face is shielded or not according to a comparison result; if at least one side surface is not shielded, sending an adjusting signal to a processor, and adjusting the posture of the two-dimensional code placing device and/or the display box by the processor according to the adjusting signal to ensure that one surface of the two-dimensional code placing device, which is provided with the two-dimensional code, is opposite to the side surface which is not shielded, and adjusting the angle of the side surface to facilitate the scanning of the tourist; if all the side surfaces are shielded, sending an alarm signal to a processor, after receiving the alarm signal, sending a signal to a scenic spot control center, canceling a self-checking mode of a corresponding two-dimensional code placement device by the scenic spot control center, marking, and sending a marking result to a scenic spot control platform; in the above step, the preset distance is a time difference detected by the infrared distance measuring device when the side surface is shielded.
5. A scenic spot scene two-dimensional code management system is characterized by comprising:
the two-dimensional code management device is used for protecting and displaying the two-dimensional code, entering a self-checking mode in a certain period, checking whether the top surface and/or the side surface of the display box is/are shielded by foreign matters or not, exiting the self-checking mode if the top surface and/or the side surface of the display box is/are not shielded, and starting posture adjustment and feedback if the top surface and/or the side surface of the display box is/are shielded; during posture adjustment, the posture of the two-dimensional code placing device in the display box is adjusted, or the posture of the display box is adjusted, so that the two-dimensional code is opposite to the side face, which is not shielded, of the display box; when the self-checking result is fed back, the self-checking result is fed back to the scenic spot control center, if the top surface of the display box is blocked but at least one side surface of the display box is not blocked, the starting period of the self-checking mode is shortened, the self-checking result is updated, and if the top surface and all the side surfaces of the display box are blocked, the two-dimensional code management device gives an alarm to the scenic spot control platform;
the scenic spot control center is used for receiving and recording a self-checking result fed back by the two-dimension code management device, sending a signal to the corresponding two-dimension code management device and shortening the self-checking mode starting period of the two-dimension code management device; after the two-dimensional code management device gives an alarm to the scenic spot control platform, the self-checking mode of the corresponding two-dimensional code placement device is cancelled and marking is carried out, and then a marking result is sent to the scenic spot control platform;
and the scenic spot control platform is used for receiving the alarm signals of the two-dimensional code management devices and/or the scenic spot control center and judging whether to dispatch workers for maintenance or not according to the number of the two-dimensional code management devices which alarm in the current scenic spot.

The scenic spot scene two-dimensional code management system according to claim 5, characterized in that the two-dimensional code management device comprises a base (1), a first support column (4) is arranged on the base (1), a display box (2) with an upward opening is installed on the first support column (4), a processor and a two-dimensional code placing device are arranged in the display box (2), the processor is connected with an alarm unit, the two-dimensional code placing device is used for placing two-dimensional codes, a plurality of transparent turnover plates (3) are arranged in the opening of the display box (2), first rotating shafts (31) are arranged at two ends of the turnover plates (3), and the first rotating shafts (31) are movably inserted into the inner wall of the display box (2); a first motor (61) electrically connected with the processor is arranged in the inner wall of the display box (2), the output end of the first motor (61) is connected with a transmission rod (62), a plurality of racks (63) are arranged on the transmission rod (62), a gear (64) meshed with the racks (63) is arranged on the racks (63), and the gear (64) is coaxially connected with the first rotating shaft (31); the first motor (61) drives the turnover plates (3) to be switched between a closed state and an opened state, and in the closed state, the turnover plates (3) are parallel to each other and close the opening of the display box (2);
under the self-checking mode, first motor (61) drive returning face plate (3) switch between closed condition and open mode, if returning face plate (3) can normal switching state then show the top surface of show case (2) and not sheltered from by the foreign matter, otherwise then show that the top surface of show case (2) is stacked or is pasted and has the foreign matter.

in the self-checking mode, after the turnover plate (3) is judged to be abnormally turned, the infrared distance measuring device (84) detects the distance from the box body to each side surface of the display box (2), compares the distance with a preset distance, and judges whether each side surface is shielded or not according to the comparison result; if at least one side surface is not shielded, sending an adjusting signal to the processor, and controlling the third motor and/or the fourth motor by the processor according to the adjusting signal to enable the side surface, provided with the two-dimensional code, of the box body (83) to be opposite to the side surface, which is not shielded, of the display box (2); and if all the side surfaces are shielded, sending an alarm signal to the processor, and sending a signal to the scenic spot control center after the processor receives the alarm signal.
