When the diffusion plate 3222 is installed, the ultrasonic wire cylinders 32221 are fused in the ultrasonic groove 3112 in an ultrasonic welding mode, so that the diffusion plate 3222 and the lamp housing 31 are fixed at one time; at this time, an edge of one side of the diffusion plate 3222 abuts against an inner wall of the sealant groove 3113, and a space is still provided between an end surface of the diffusion plate 3222 and a sidewall of the sealant groove 3113, and the space is filled with sealant, so that the diffusion plate 3222 is fixed in the sealant groove 3113 through the sealant, and secondary fixing of the diffusion plate 3222 and the lamp housing 31 is realized, thus twice fixing of the diffusion plate 3222 and the lamp housing 31 is realized, and fixing strength of the diffusion plate 3222 is enhanced.
Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the second light source 33 includes a substrate and a lamp bead, the substrate is a second substrate 331, and the lamp bead is a second lamp bead 332. The second substrate 331 is disposed in the lamp housing 31, the second lamp beads 332 are disposed on the second substrate 331, the light emitting directions of the second lamp beads 332 are different from the light emitting direction of the diffusion plate 3222, and the second lamp beads 332 can display different colors to play a role in warning. In actual work, when the desk lamp needs to be used, the support frame 2 drives the lamp housing 31 to be unfolded to a preset height, and the first lamp source 32 is turned on; when needs use portable work light, support frame 2 drives lamp body 31 and folds on lamp stand 1, opens second lamp pearl 332, and second lamp pearl 332 can show different colours respectively, and the work light can be the warning light this moment. Therefore, the working lamp can be used as a desk lamp or a warning lamp, so that the working lamp can be suitable for various different use occasions, and the universality of the working lamp is improved.
In a specific embodiment, the second lamp bead 332 can display red and blue colors, so that the working lamp has a red and blue warning function.
In a specific embodiment, the lamp housing 31 is further provided with a second window 3121, the inner side of the lamp housing 31 is further provided with a transparent member 333, the transparent member 333 covers the second window 3121, and the transparent member 333 faces the second lamp bead 332. During operation, the light that second lamp pearl 332 sent throws away through transparency 333 to realize the illumination function of second light source 33.
Referring to fig. 4 and fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the light emitting direction of the first light source 32 is opposite to the light emitting direction of the second light source 33. When the support frame 2 drives the lamp housing 31 to be folded on the lamp holder 1, the light emitting direction of the first lamp source 32 points to the lamp holder 1, at this time, the light emitting direction of the second lamp source 33 faces away from the lamp holder 1, then the lamp housing 31 is folded on the lamp holder 1 and does not affect the light emitting of the second lamp source 33, thus, the second lamp source 33 can be started and used for realizing the lighting function, and the light emitting direction of the second lamp source 33 faces away from the lamp holder 1, so that the utilization rate of the light emitted by the second lamp source 33 is improved, and the use of the second lamp source 33 is ensured.
In a specific embodiment, the lamp housing 31 includes a first housing 311 and a second housing 312 that are covered with each other, an end surface of the first housing 311 and an end surface of the second housing 312 abut against each other, and a sealing ring 8 abuts between the end surface of the first housing 311 and the end surface of the second housing 312, so as to enhance the sealing performance of a space enclosed by the first housing 311 and the second housing 312. The first light source 32, the second light source 33 and the heat dissipation shell 35 are all disposed in a space enclosed by the first casing 311 and the second casing 312. The first window 3111 is opened in the first housing 311, and the second window 3121 is opened in the second housing 312. Wherein, the outer wall of the first housing 311 is provided with a first reinforcing rib 3114, the outer wall of the second housing 312 is provided with a second reinforcing rib 3122, and the first reinforcing rib 3114 and the second reinforcing rib 3122 are used for reinforcing the strength of the whole lamp housing 31.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 7, in the present embodiment, one end of the supporting frame 2 away from the lamp holder 1 is hinged to a rotating base 34, and the lamp housing 31 is rotatably disposed on the rotating base 34. The rotating base 34 is hinged to the support frame 2 and can rotate along the support frame 2 in a first rotating plane, so that the lamp housing 31 rotates in the first rotating plane; the lamp housing 31 is rotatably disposed on the rotating seat 34 and can rotate around the rotating seat 34 in a second rotating plane, so as to realize the rotation of the lamp housing 31 in the second rotating plane. Wherein the first rotation plane is a rotation plane a shown in fig. 7, the first rotation plane is perpendicular to the second rotation plane, and the first rotation plane and the second rotation plane are two vertical planes perpendicular to each other in the angle of view shown in fig. 7. Thus, when the support frame 2 is folded on the lamp holder 1, the lamp housing 31 can rotate in the first rotation plane and the second rotation plane respectively, so that the lamp housing 31 is folded on the lamp holder 1; when the support frame 2 drives the lamp housing 31 to expand to the preset height, the lamp housing 31 can rotate in the first rotating plane and the second rotating plane respectively, so that the light emitting direction of the first lamp source 32 or the second lamp source 33 is adjusted, the angle adjusting range of the light emitting direction of the first lamp source 32 and the second lamp source 33 is enlarged, and the adjustment of the irradiation angle of the working lamp is facilitated.
In a particular embodiment, the support frame 2 rotates around the lamp holder 1 in a first plane of rotation to fold over the lamp holder 1.
Referring to fig. 1 and 7, in the present embodiment, the supporting frame 2 includes a first supporting arm 21 and a second supporting arm 22, one end of the first supporting arm 21 is hinged to the lamp socket 1, and the first supporting arm 21 can rotate and fold around the lamp socket 1 in a first rotation plane; one end of the second support arm 22 is hinged to the other end of the first support arm 21, and the second support arm 22 can rotate and fold around the first support arm 21 in a first rotating plane; the lamp housing 31 is hinged to the other end of the second support arm 22, and the rotating seat 34 hinged to the lamp housing 31 can rotate and fold around the second support arm 22 in a first rotating plane. When the lamp housing 31 needs to be folded on the lamp socket 1, the first support arm 21 rotates around the lamp socket 1, the second support arm 22 rotates around the first support arm 21, and the lamp housing 31 rotates around the second support arm 22, so that the first support arm 21, the second support arm 22 and the lamp housing 31 can be folded on the lamp socket 1, the first support arm 21 rotates around the lamp socket 1 to be unfolded, the second support arm 22 rotates around the first support arm 21 to be unfolded, the lamp housing 31 can be unfolded to a preset height, and the first light source 32 and/or the second light source 33 on the lamp housing 31 can be used conveniently.
In a specific embodiment, one end of the first support arm 21 is provided with a first rotating shaft 4, and the first rotating shaft 4 is rotatably connected to the lamp holder 1, so that the first support arm 21 is hinged to the lamp holder 1 through the first rotating shaft 4 and can rotate around the first rotating shaft 4. One end of the second supporting arm 22 is provided with a second rotating shaft 5, and the second supporting arm 22 is hinged to the first supporting arm 21 through the second rotating shaft 5 and can rotate around the second rotating shaft 5. The other end of the second supporting arm 22 is provided with a third rotating shaft 6, and the rotating base 34 is hinged to the second supporting arm 22 through the third rotating shaft 6 and can rotate around the third rotating shaft 6. The lamp housing 31 is provided with a fourth rotating shaft 7, and the lamp housing 31 is hinged to the rotating base 34 through the fourth rotating shaft 7 and can rotate around the fourth rotating shaft 7.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, in the present embodiment, two protruding portions 11 are formed on the lamp holder 1 at intervals, two first support arms 21 are provided, one end of each of the two first support arms 21 is hinged to each of the two protruding portions 11, and one end of each of the two first support arms 21 is disposed between the two protruding portions 11. During folding, the first support arm 21 rotates around the lamp holder 1, the second support arm 22 rotates around the first support arm 21, so that the first support arm 21 and the second support arm 22 are accommodated between the two protruding portions 11 after folding, and the rotating base 34 rotates around the second support arm 22, so that the rotating base 34 and the lamp housing 31 are both abutted against the tops of the protruding portions 11, thereby realizing folding of the lamp holder 3. In addition, the number of the first supporting arms 21 is two, and one end of the second supporting arm 22 is hinged between the other ends of the two first supporting arms 21, so that the supporting effect of the first supporting arms 21 on the second supporting arms 22 is enhanced.

Claims (10)

1. A worklight, comprising:
a lamp socket;
one end of the support frame is hinged to the lamp holder, and the support frame can be folded;
the lamp holder comprises a lamp shell, a first lamp source and a second lamp source; the lamp shell is hinged to the other end of the support frame, and the support frame can selectively drive the lamp shell to be unfolded to a preset height or fold the lamp shell on the lamp holder; the first lamp source and the second lamp source are arranged on the lamp shell, the light emitting directions of the first lamp source and the second lamp source are different, the first lamp source is used for being started when the lamp shell is unfolded, and the second lamp source is at least used for being started when the lamp shell is folded on the lamp holder.
2. The worklight of claim 1, wherein the first light source comprises a light bar disposed within the housing and an optical component disposed on a light exit side of the light bar, the light exit side of the optical component facing the base when the housing is folded over the base.
3. The worklight of claim 2 wherein the optical assembly comprises:
the light guide plate is arranged on the light emitting side of the light bar;
the diffusion plate is stacked on the light emitting side of the light guide plate, and the light emitting side of the diffusion plate faces the lamp holder when the lamp housing is folded on the lamp holder;
and the reflective paper is stacked on one side of the light guide plate, which deviates from the diffusion plate.

The working lamp as claimed in claim 3, wherein the lamp housing has a first window, and the diffuser is disposed inside the lamp housing and covers the first window; an ultrasonic groove is formed in the inner side of the lamp shell and surrounds the first window; an ultrasonic line cylinder is arranged on the edge of one side of the diffusion plate and is inserted into and fused in the ultrasonic groove.

The working lamp as claimed in claim 4, wherein the lamp housing has an inner side formed with a sealant groove surrounding the first window, the ultrasonic groove is recessed on an inner wall of the sealant groove, and the sealant groove is used for filling a sealant for sealing the diffusion plate to the inner side of the lamp housing.
6. The worklight of claim 1 wherein the second light source comprises a substrate disposed within the housing and a bead disposed on the substrate, the bead being capable of displaying different colors for warning purposes.
7. The worklight of claim 1 wherein the first light source emits light in a direction opposite to the direction of light emission from the second light source.
8. The working lamp as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the end of the supporting frame away from the lamp holder is hinged with a rotating base, the lamp housing is rotatably disposed on the rotating base, and a rotating plane of the rotating base around the supporting frame is perpendicular to a rotating plane of the lamp housing around the rotating base.
9. The worklight of any of claims 1-7, wherein the support frame comprises a first support arm and a second support arm, one end of the first support arm is hinged to the light holder, one end of the second support arm is hinged to the other end of the first support arm, and the light housing is hinged to the other end of the second support arm.
10. The working lamp according to claim 9, wherein the lamp holder is formed with two protrusions spaced apart from each other, the first support arms are provided in two, one ends of the two first support arms are respectively hinged to the two protrusions, and the first support arm and the second support arm are received between the two protrusions after being folded.
