背景技术

在压力下从缓冲器安装空间64流入到第二环形腔室60b中的压力介质作用到节流元件70上,并且为节流元件加载压力。起作用的压力使节流元件70一方面以其外周边压靠壳体块侧的第一支承部74a,并且另一方面在内直径70的区域中如此作用于节流元件70,使得节流元件以其下侧面从套筒侧的第二支承部74b抬起。在此形成的节流横截面在其尺寸方面取决于压力负荷。节流横截面随着压力负荷的上升而变大,或者说在压力负荷减小时再次变小。因此,不同体积的压力介质通过节流横截面流向压力介质输送通道68,并且在节流元件70处的压力降相应地改变。
当然,在不脱离根据权利要求1的特征的本发明的情况下,可以对所说明的实施例进行改变或补充。

Claims (7)

1.一种液压总成(10),其尤其用于为车辆制动设备的制动回路供给处于制动压力下的压力介质,所述液压总成具有:
壳体块(12),
布置在所述壳体块(12)的泵容纳部(14)中的压力发生器(16),和
沿流动方向布置在所述压力发生器(16)之后的缓冲装置,所述缓冲装置包括液压腔穴和布置在所述腔穴之后的节流元件(70),
其中,所述节流元件(70)为环形,并且在所述压力发生器(16)的周边布置在所述压力发生器(16)和所述壳体块(12)上的配属的泵容纳部(14)之间的缝隙(72)中,
其特征在于,
所述节流元件(70)在没有通过压力加载的状态中以上侧面与第一支承部(74a)贴靠,并且以下侧面与第二支承部(74b)贴靠,其中,所述支承部(74a、74b)构造在所述缝隙(72)的彼此相对而置的侧面处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液压总成,其特征在于,第一支承部(74a)构造在所述泵容纳部(14)的内壁处,并且第二支承部(74b)构造在所述压力发生器(16)的周边处,尤其构造在所述压力发生器(16)的套筒(20)的周边处。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的液压总成(10),其特征在于,所述支承部(74a、74b)分别沿径向方向伸入到所述缝隙(72)中,并且沿着所述节流元件(70)的内周边或外周边分别覆盖所述节流元件(70)的边缘区域。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的液压总成,其特征在于,在所述压力发生器(16)安装到所述泵容纳部(14)的状态中,所述支承部(74a、74b)沿泵纵轴线X-X的方向沿轴向彼此间隔开,使得处在所述支承部(74a、74b)之间的节流元件(70)通过轴向预紧与所述支承部(74a、74b)贴靠。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的液压总成,其特征在于,所述节流元件(70)布置在所述壳体块(12)处的用于缓冲装置的液压腔穴的缓冲器安装空间(64)的下游和所述壳体块(12)的压力介质输送通道(68)的上游,所述压力发生器(16)通过该压力介质输送通道与压力介质回路接触。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的液压总成,其特征在于,所述缓冲装置的液压腔穴和所述缓冲装置的节流元件(70)分别与在所述液压总成(10)处的配属的环形腔室(60a、60b)直接连接,其中,所述环形腔室(60a、60b)相对彼此密封。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的液压总成,其特征在于,所述节流元件(70)为弹簧弹性的和/或由弹簧弹性的材料、尤其由弹簧钢或塑料制成。
