Therefore, when the elastic piece is in a loose state, water flow enters the cavity formed by the filter cover and the filter base from the bottom of the filter under the action of the pump blade structure and flows into the washing barrel through the filter opening so as to retain lint dirt contained in the water body on the filter opening. When the elastic piece is pressed tightly, the filter cover compresses and collects the thread scraps and dirt in the filter, the pump blade below the impeller pumps water into the filter continuously from the bottom of the filter base, the water in the washing barrel is also flushed through the filter opening under the action of centrifugal force, and meanwhile, the washing machine controls the opening of the upper water outlet, so that the thread scraps and dirt collected together are flushed to the water outlet by water flow and discharged out of the machine.
In this embodiment, the elastic element 3 connects the filter base 1 and the filter cover 2 along the radial direction of the washing tub; preferably, the filter base 1 is provided with attachment points 13 for the elastic element 3 against the side wall of the washing tub.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, in order to make the centrifugal force better overcome the damping of the elastic member, the restraining direction of the elastic member is set along the centrifugal force direction of the washing tub. When the orientation of the filtering port is consistent with the constraint direction of the elastic piece, the filtering area of the filtering cover is over against the inner side of the washing barrel, so that the filtering effect is more uniform. The thread scraps filter is arranged on the inner side wall of the washing barrel, the constraint direction of the elastic piece is coincided with the radial direction of the washing barrel, so that the centrifugal force is better conducted to the elastic piece, and the filter cover is convenient to compress and collect thread scraps and dirt in the filter. The filter base is provided with a plurality of points for connecting the elastic piece at the position close to the side wall of the washing barrel, so that the displacement distance of the filter cover under the action of centrifugal force is longer, and the filter base is favorable for compressing and collecting thread scraps and dirt. In this embodiment, the elastic member is at least four springs, the connection point is a spring seat disposed on the filter seat, and the spring seat is disposed in close contact with a sidewall of the washing tub.
In this embodiment, the filter base 1 is provided with limiting plates 12 on two sides of the washing tub in the depth direction, and when the elastic member 3 is in a loose state, the filter cover 2 is abutted against the limiting plates 12.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the filter base is provided with limiting plates at upper and lower sides, the limiting plates are close to the axis of the washing tub and form a surface of the thread-scrap filter, an opening corresponding to the filtering cover is formed between the limiting plates, and the length of the filtering cover in the depth direction of the washing tub is greater than that of the opening, so that the top and the bottom of the filtering cover respectively abut against the limiting plates when the elastic member is in a loose state.
In this embodiment, the second nozzle 11 includes a plurality of water distribution plates 111 that are uniformly distributed, and the water distribution plates 111 extend toward the washing tub and clamp the filter cover 2; preferably, the extension of the water diversion plate 111 is twice the thickness of the flange 23.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, a plurality of water diversion plates are disposed on two sides of the filter base in the circumferential direction of the washing tub, and the water diversion plates and the side edge of the filter cover when the elastic member is loosened form a plurality of flow channels to form a second water gap for water to flow into. The water diversion plate can intercept the thread scraps in the water body. When the elastic piece is tightly pressed, the filter cover is tightly pressed with the side wall of the washing barrel, the flanging of the filter cover is flush with the root part of the water distribution plate, the second water gap is closed, and water flow in the washing barrel cannot flow into the second flow passage from the side surface and only can flow into the second flow passage through the filter opening. In order to ensure the smoothness of the second flow passage for water flow passing through when the elastic part is in a loose state, the flanging of the filter cover is not too thick, so that the interval between the flanging and the root part of the water distribution plate is increased, the caliber of the second water port is increased, and the water flow passing through the second water port is improved.
In this embodiment, filter lid 2 is equipped with guide way 22 at the both ends of washing barrel depth direction, limiting plate 12 to the lateral wall of washing barrel extend be equipped with guide way 22 matched with guide post.
In this embodiment, because the effect of washing machine operation in-process rivers and centrifugal force is inhomogeneous, the elastic component is recovering to when relaxing by compressing tightly, thereby the atress inequality can lead to filtering the unable normal reseing of lid and influence the filter effect. Therefore, the guide structures which are matched with each other are additionally arranged on the limiting plates of the filter cover and the filter base, so that the displacement of the filter cover along with the deformation of the elastic piece is smoother.
In this embodiment, a filter net covering the filter opening 21 is disposed on one surface of the filter cover 2 facing the side wall of the washing tub. The filter cover is provided with a plurality of closely arranged filter openings, each filter opening is covered by a filter screen on the inner side of the filter cover, and the filter effect can be ensured when large water flow penetrates through the filter openings due to the large number of the filter openings.
Example 2
This example differs from example 1 in that:
in this embodiment, when the filter cover 2 is tightly attached to the sidewall of the washing tub, the first flow path is closed from the lower end of the washing tub in the depth direction. The lower end of the filter cover 2 corresponding to the depth direction of the washing barrel is provided with a flanging 23.
In the embodiment, the structure of the filter cover is improved, so that when the filter cover is attached to the side wall of the washing barrel, part of the structure of the attachment surface is attached to the side wall, a space is reserved between the other part of the attachment surface and the side wall, the structure attached to the side wall blocks the second flow channel serving as the controllable on-off flow channel, and the part reserved with the space on the side wall keeps the smoothness of the first flow channel serving as the normally-open flow channel. On the basis, one end of the filter cover corresponding to the bottom of the filter base is provided with a flanging, the lower end of the filter cover in the depth direction of the washing barrel seals the first flow channel, and the upper end of the filter cover is communicated, so that the first flow channel with one end being controlled to be on and off is formed. And the second runner is cut off from two sides, at the moment, water flow can only enter through the filtering port of the filtering cover and flows out through the first water gap at the top of the first runner, and the flushing of the water flow in the barrel to the inside of the thread scraps filter is realized.
In this embodiment, when the elastic member 3 is in a compressed state, the filter cover 2 is attached to the side wall of the washing tub, the second flow channel is closed, the lower end of the first flow channel is closed, and the upper end of the first flow channel is open, and a water body in the washing tub flows into the filter opening 21 under the action of centrifugal force and washes the interior of the lint filter, and then flows upward along the inclined tub wall and is discharged through the water discharge opening.
In this embodiment, the rotational speed of the washing tub is increased, the generated centrifugal force overcomes the damping of the elastic member to cause the elastic member to generate compression deformation, the filter cover compresses and concentrates the thread scraps enriched in the filter, and meanwhile, the filter cover 2 seals the second flow passage and cuts off the first flow passage from the bottom, so that the water in the washing tub washes the thread scraps filter outwards through the filter opening of the filter cover. When the elastic piece compresses tightly, the filter cover compresses and collects the thread scraps and dirt in the filter, at the moment, the operation of pumping water into the filter is not executed when the filter cover cuts the bottom end of the first flow channel, the water in the washing barrel is also flushed inside the filter through the filter opening under the action of centrifugal force, and the upper water outlet is controlled to be opened by the washing machine, so that the thread scraps and dirt collected together are flushed to the water outlet and discharged out of the machine.

Example 3
In this embodiment, a washing machine is provided, in which at least one lint filter as described in embodiment 1 or 2 is disposed on an inner sidewall of a washing tub. The thread scraps filter utilizes the pump blades below the impeller to pump water into the filter from the first flow channel of the thread scraps filter, so that circular filtration is realized.

Claims (8)

1. A washing machine thread scrap filter is fixed on the inner side wall of a washing barrel, and is characterized in that the thread scrap filter is provided with a plurality of flow passages communicating the interior of the thread scrap filter with the inner side of the washing barrel, and a displaceable filter cover (2) is further arranged, and the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the washing barrel drives the filter cover (2) to move so as to seal or conduct part of the flow passages;
further comprising: the filter base (1) is provided with first water gaps at two ends of the depth direction of the washing barrel, and second water gaps (11) are arranged at two sides of the circumference of the washing barrel;
the filter cover (2) is connected to the inside of the filter base (1) in a limiting way through the elastic part (3) and forms a first flow passage and a second flow passage with the first water gap and the second water gap (11) respectively, and the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the washing barrel compresses the elastic part (3) to ensure that the filter cover (2) is attached to the side wall of the washing barrel to seal the second water gap (11);
the first flow channel is a normally open flow channel, and the second flow channel is a controllable on-off flow channel; when the filter cover (2) is attached to the side wall of the washing barrel, a first flow passage is sealed from the lower end of the washing barrel in the depth direction;
the side wall of the washing barrel is obliquely arranged from the barrel bottom to the barrel opening in a trend away from the axis of the washing barrel, and a water outlet is formed in the top of the washing barrel.
2. A washing machine lint filter according to claim 1,
the filter cover is restrained by the elastic piece (3), is attached to the inner side wall of the washing barrel or forms a gap under the action of centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the washing barrel, and closes or conducts a flow passage formed by the gap;
the thread scrap filter comprises a normally open flow passage and a controllable on-off flow passage, and the normally open flow passage is still conducted while the controllable on-off flow passage is sealed by the filter cover (2) under the action of centrifugal force.

The washing machine lint filter according to claim 1, wherein the filter cover (2) is provided with a filter opening (21) facing the inside of the washing tub, and two sides corresponding to the second water opening (11) are respectively provided with a burring (23) extending toward the side wall of the washing tub; the lower end of the filter cover (2) corresponding to the depth direction of the washing barrel is provided with a flanging (23).

A washing machine lint filter according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the elastic member (3) connects the filter base (1) and the filter cover (2) in a radial direction of the washing tub; the filter base (1) is provided with an elastic piece (3) connecting point (13) tightly attached to the side wall of the washing barrel.

The washing machine thread scraps filter according to claim 4, wherein the filter base (1) is provided with a limiting plate (12) at two sides of the washing tub in the depth direction, and when the elastic member (3) is in a loose state, the filter cover (2) is abutted against the limiting plate (12).

A lint filter for a washing machine, according to claim 3, wherein said second nozzle (11) comprises a plurality of uniformly distributed water distribution plates (111), said water distribution plates (111) are extended toward the inside of the washing tub and hold said filter cover (2); the extension length of the water diversion plate (111) is twice the thickness of the flanging (23).

The washing machine thread scraps filter according to claim 5, wherein the filter cover (2) is provided with guide grooves (22) at two ends in the depth direction of the washing tub, and the limiting plate (12) is provided with guide posts matched with the guide grooves (22) in an extending manner towards the side wall of the washing tub.
8. A washing machine, characterized in that the inner side wall of the washing barrel of the washing machine is provided with the thread scrap filter according to any one of claims 1-7.
