As shown in fig. 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, applied to the washing machine inner drum assembly provided in the above technical solution, the pulsator 2 having a radial dimension larger than the radial dimension of the laundry input opening and equal to or smaller than the radial dimension of the drum bottom opening is installed in the inner drum.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the pulsator 2 is installed inside the drum 1 through the rear end of the drum 1, and since the radial dimension of the pulsator 2 is greater than the radial dimension of the laundry input opening and smaller than the radial dimension of the drum bottom opening, the radial dimension of the pulsator 2 of the present embodiment is larger than the radial dimension of the pulsator 2 in the prior art, so that the contact area between the pulsator 2 and the laundry is larger, and the washing efficiency of the washing machine is higher.
As shown in fig. 6, in the embodiment of the present invention, the rotatably mounting the pulsator inside the inner cylinder specifically includes:
s11, the impeller 2 is put into the barrel 1 through the opening arranged at the front end or the rear end of the barrel 1;
s12, installing a ring-shaped front flange 3 at the front end of the cylinder 1, and enclosing the inner circumference of the ring-shaped front flange 3 to form a clothes throwing opening.

In the embodiment of the invention, the impeller 2 is placed in the barrel 1 through the inner barrel bottom 5 at the rear end of the barrel bottom, and the radial dimension of the impeller 2 is larger than the radial dimension of the clothes feeding opening and smaller than or equal to the radial dimension of the barrel bottom opening, so that the radial dimension of the impeller 2 of the embodiment is larger than the radial dimension of the impeller 2 in the prior art, the contact area of the impeller 2 and clothes is larger, and the washing efficiency of the washing machine is higher.
In the embodiment of the invention, the inner cylinder bottom 5 is arranged in a circle of assembly frame 4 arranged at the rear end of the inner cylinder, and the inner cylinder bottom 5 is fixed on the assembly frame 4.

Claims (10)

1. An inner barrel assembly of a washing machine comprises an inner barrel, wherein the front end of the inner barrel is provided with a clothes feeding opening, the rear end of the inner barrel is provided with an inner barrel bottom for sealing a barrel bottom opening, and a rotatable impeller is arranged in the inner barrel; the radial size of the impeller is larger than that of the clothes throwing opening and is smaller than or equal to that of the bottom opening of the drum.
2. The washing machine inner barrel assembly according to claim 1, wherein the inner barrel comprises a barrel body, an annular front flange is installed at the front end opening of the barrel body, the outer periphery of the annular front flange is connected with the barrel body, and the inner periphery of the annular front flange surrounds a clothes throwing opening;
preferably, the radial dimension of the front end opening of the cylinder body is larger than the radial dimension of the impeller.
3. A washing machine drum assembly according to claim 2, characterized in that the rear end of the drum body is provided with a circle of assembly frame, and the inner periphery of the assembly frame is formed into a drum bottom opening;
the inner cylinder bottom is fixed on the assembly frame and at least covers the cylinder bottom opening; the radial size of the impeller is smaller than the inner circumference radial size of the assembling frame;
preferably, a rear flange is mounted on the inner cylinder bottom, a flange is arranged on the periphery of the rear flange, and the flange is connected with the outer peripheral wall of the assembly frame; the periphery at the bottom of the inner cylinder and the inner peripheral wall of the assembly frame are attached to and contact with the cylinder body.
4. A washing machine inner barrel assembly according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the impeller is rotatably mounted on the inner barrel base; the radial dimension of the impeller is smaller than that of the inner cylinder bottom.
5. A method for mounting an inner cylinder assembly of a washing machine is characterized by comprising the following steps:
rotatably mounting the impeller inside the inner cylinder;
the bottom of the inner cylinder is fixed at the rear end of the cylinder body and the bottom opening of the cylinder is plugged.
6. The mounting method of an inner tub assembly of a washing machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein a pulsator having a radial dimension greater than a radial dimension of a laundry input port and equal to or less than a radial dimension of a tub bottom port is mounted in the inner tub by applying to the inner tub assembly of a washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4.
7. The method of claim 5 or 6, wherein rotatably mounting the pulsator to the inside of the inner tub comprises:
the front end of the cylinder body is provided with an annular front flange, and the inner periphery of the annular front flange forms a clothes throwing opening;
and placing the impeller into the barrel through a barrel bottom opening formed in the rear end of the barrel.
8. The method of claim 5 or 6, wherein rotatably mounting the pulsator inside the inner tub comprises:
the impeller is placed in the barrel through an opening arranged at the front end or the rear end of the barrel;
the front end of the cylinder body is provided with an annular front flange, and the inner periphery of the annular front flange forms a clothes throwing opening.
9. The mounting method of an inner tub assembly of a washing machine as claimed in claim 5 or 6, wherein the pulsator is rotatably mounted on the inner tub bottom, and the inner tub bottom to which the pulsator is mounted at a tub bottom opening at a rear end of the tub body, and the side provided with the pulsator is disposed toward an inside of the tub body when the inner tub bottom is mounted, and the pulsator is disposed inside the tub body.
10. The mounting method of an inner tub assembly of a washing machine as claimed in claim 5 or 6, wherein the inner tub bottom is placed in a ring assembly frame provided at a rear end of the inner tub, and the inner tub bottom is fixed to the assembly frame;
preferably, a rear flange is arranged on the bottom of the inner cylinder, and a peripheral flange of the rear flange is fixed with the assembly frame;
further preferably, the outer periphery of the inner cylinder bottom is in fit contact with the inner periphery of the assembly frame, and the flanging of the rear flange is fixedly connected with the outer peripheral wall of the assembly frame.
