Therefore, the first anchor ear 1, the second anchor ear 2 and the third anchor ear 102 all adopt the technical scheme of chains and chain buckles, can be conveniently and quickly installed on the telegraph pole, and are not influenced by the thickness of the telegraph pole. This structure has realized easy dismounting, the effect that can tighten up by the high efficiency.

The arc-shaped ring buckle is characterized in that the inner side of the arc-shaped ring buckle and the mounting base 3 are provided with transverse twisting holes, the twisting holes are respectively hinged with a cushion block, and the cushion blocks can be rotatably adjusted during mounting operation. Therefore, the first anchor ear, the second anchor ear and the third anchor ear are all provided with the arc-shaped buckles and the cushion blocks arranged on the arc-shaped buckles, when the anchor ears are bound to telegraph poles with different tapers, the cushion blocks can be adjusted in a rotating mode, and the anchor ears can be adjusted by rotating the tightening bolts according to the difference of the diameters of the cross sections of the telegraph poles.
As a preferred scheme of the embodiment of the hoisting equipment with the rotatable suspension arm of the column switch, the number of the twisting holes respectively arranged on the mounting seat and the two arc buckles is one.

In this embodiment, the change of the capstan mechanism 108 and the transmission component thereof in the second embodiment or the third embodiment is performed, an original capstan mechanism is changed into a first capstan mechanism and a second capstan mechanism which are transversely arranged, an output shaft of the turbo reducer is directly connected with a third gear, the third gear is simultaneously meshed with the first gear and the second gear, the first gear and the first capstan mechanism are connected by a fixed shaft at intervals, and the second gear and the second capstan mechanism are connected by a fixed shaft at intervals. The rope is fixedly connected to the first winch mechanism at one end applying the main power, and the other end of the rope bypasses the first winch mechanism and the second winch mechanism and is connected to the first pulley 11 and the second pulley 4 on the suspension arm mechanism. The rest of the structure is implemented with reference to the first embodiment and the second embodiment, and is not described herein again.
