Abstract
一种具有移动支架的FDM型3D打印***,包括基座,基座上连接有打印平台和控制装置;打印平台外侧的机架固定在基座上,机架的上端连接有料盘机构,机架的内侧连接有三维移动机构,三维移动机构上连接有喷头;三维移动机构和喷头分别与控制装置电连接;打印平台的四周布置有连接在基座上的四个移动支架,四个移动支架分别与控制装置电连接;打印平台上连接有模型,模型和四个移动支架之间设有打印支撑;本发明利用控制装置驱动移动支架,适时地移动到需要打印支撑的悬空、跨桥或者与垂直面夹角超过45°的斜面等模型结构的下方,可减少支撑的打印时间和后处理时间,降低支撑材料的消耗,有效地提高3D打印效率,降低3D打印成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于3D打印技术领域,具体涉及一种具有移动支架的FDM型3D打印***。
背景技术
现有的FDM型3D打印机在打印悬空、跨桥或者与垂直面夹角超过45°的斜面等结构时,由于没有基底材料,必须采用添加支撑的工艺方法来实现,这样不但会延长打印时间、消耗支撑材料,而且在执行清理支撑的后处理工序时,常因工序繁琐、操作不当等问题在模型表面留下瑕疵。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种具有移动支架的FDM型3D打印***,可减少支撑的打印时间和清理,降低支撑材料的消耗,对于悬空、跨桥结构,甚至无需支撑而可直接打印,能够有效地提高3D打印效率,降低3D打印成本。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种具有移动支架的FDM型3D打印***,包括基座01,基座01上连接有打印平台02和控制装置13;
打印平台02外侧的机架03固定在基座01上,机架03的上端连接有料盘机构06,机架03的内侧连接有三维移动机构04,三维移动机构04上连接有喷头05;三维移动机构04和喷头05分别与控制装置13电连接;
打印平台02的四周布置有第一移动支架07、第二移动支架08、第三移动支架09和第四移动支架10,四个移动支架分别连接在基座01上;第一移动支架07、第二移动支架08、第三移动支架09和第四移动支架10分别与控制装置13电连接;
打印平台02上连接有模型11,模型11和第一移动支架07、第二移动支架08、第三移动支架09、第四移动支架10之间,设有打印支撑12。
所述的第一移动支架07包括第一Y向直线电机071,第一Y向直线电机071的动子上安装有第一连接板072,第一连接板072的上端连接有第一伸缩式液压缸073,第一伸缩式液压缸073的活塞杆端头上连接有第一X向直线电机074,第一X向直线电机074的动子上经第一固定板075连接有第一支撑板076,第一支撑板076上设置有第一基板078,并通过第一压板077将第一基板078固定,第一压板077连接在第一支撑板076上,第一基板078上覆盖有第一波纹纸079。
所述的第二移动支架08、第三移动支架09、第四移动支架10结构和第一移动支架07的结构相同。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明利用控制装置13驱动分布在打印平台2四周的移动支架,适时地移动到需要打印支撑12的悬空、跨桥或者与垂直面夹角超过45°的斜面等模型11结构的下方,可减少支撑的打印时间和后处理时间,降低支撑材料的消耗,对于悬空、跨桥结构,甚至无需支撑而可直接打印,能够有效地提高3D打印效率,降低3D打印成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,所举实施例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图1和图2所示,一种具有移动支架的FDM型3D打印***,包括基座01,基座01上连接有打印平台02和控制装置13;
打印平台02外侧的机架03固定在基座01上,机架03的上端连接有料盘机构06,机架03的内侧连接有三维移动机构04,三维移动机构04上连接有喷头05;三维移动机构04和喷头05分别与控制装置13电连接;
打印平台02的四周布置有第一移动支架07、第二移动支架08、第三移动支架09和第四移动支架10,四个移动支架分别连接在基座01上;第一移动支架07、第二移动支架08、第三移动支架09和第四移动支架10分别与控制装置13电连接;
打印平台02上连接有模型11,模型11和第一移动支架07、第二移动支架08、第三移动支架09、第四移动支架10之间,设有打印支撑12;
如图3所示,所述的第一移动支架07包括第一Y向直线电机071,第一Y向直线电机071的动子上安装有第一连接板072,第一连接板072的上端连接有第一伸缩式液压缸073,第一伸缩式液压缸073的活塞杆端头上连接有第一X向直线电机074,第一X向直线电机074的动子上经第一固定板075连接有第一支撑板076,第一支撑板076上设置有第一基板078,并通过第一压板077将第一基板078固定,第一压板077连接在第一支撑板076上,第一基板078上覆盖有第一波纹纸079。
所述的第二移动支架08、第三移动支架09、第四移动支架10结构和第一移动支架07的结构相同。
本发明的工作原理为:
在设计模型11的打印支撑12时,改变以打印平台02,或者模型11已有结构作为打印基底的传统工艺方法,而用移动支架上的基板作为打印支撑时的基底;在模型11打印过程中,利用控制装置,以打印平台02的几何中心作为移动支架空间移动的坐标原点,启动在打印平台02四周设置的4个移动支架上的直线电机,以及伸缩式液压缸,驱动移动支架,使得移动支架上的基板适时地快速移动到悬空、跨桥或者与垂直面夹角超过45°的斜面等模型结构的下方,作为基底来打印对应结构所需的支撑。

1.一种具有移动支架的FDM型3D打印***,包括基座(01),基座(01)上连接有打印平台(02)和控制装置(13);打印平台(02)外侧的机架(03)固定在基座(01)上,机架(03)的上端连接有料盘机构(06),机架(03)的内侧连接有三维移动机构(04),三维移动机构(04)上连接有喷头(05);三维移动机构(04)和喷头(05)分别与控制装置(13)电连接,其特征在于:
打印平台(02)的四周布置有第一移动支架(07)、第二移动支架(08)、第三移动支架(09)和第四移动支架(10),四个移动支架分别连接在基座(01)上;第一移动支架(07)、第二移动支架(08)、第三移动支架(09)和第四移动支架(10)分别与控制装置(13)电连接;
打印平台(02)上连接有模型(11),模型(11)和第一移动支架(07)、第二移动支架(08)、第三移动支架(09)、第四移动支架(10)之间,设有打印支撑(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有移动支架的FDM型3D打印***,其特征在于:所述的第一移动支架(07)包括第一Y向直线电机(071),第一Y向直线电机(071)的动子上安装有第一连接板(072),第一连接板(072)的上端连接有第一伸缩式液压缸(073),第一伸缩式液压缸(073)的活塞杆端头上连接有第一X向直线电机(074),第一X向直线电机(074)的动子上经第一固定板(075)连接有第一支撑板(076),第一支撑板(076)上设置有第一基板(078),并通过第一压板(077)将第一基板(078)固定,第一压板(077)连接在第一支撑板(076)上,第一基板(078)上覆盖有第一波纹纸(079)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有移动支架的FDM型3D打印***,其特征在于:所述的第二移动支架(08)、第三移动支架(09)、第四移动支架(10)结构和第一移动支架(07)的结构相同。
