Background
The underground valve is generally larger, such as a fire-fighting well and a circulating well, the operation frequency is generally less, but the operation is difficult, the procedure is complex, and each operation takes longer preparation time, so that personal safety accidents of personnel entering the underground valve are prevented.
When a general oil refinery maintains a circulating water system, a circulating water inlet main valve needs to be opened and closed, the main valve is generally arranged in a square well about 2 meters deep, water accumulated in the well is deep due to the problem of valve leakage, the interior of the well is stuffy, in order to prevent hydrogen sulfide poisoning, a well cover needs to be opened for natural ventilation for more than one hour each time, then relevant testing personnel are contacted for detection, the well is put into operation if the well is qualified, otherwise, the forced ventilation replacement in the well is taken, and then the operation is carried out, so that the time and labor consuming effect is poor.

4. The downhole valve opening and closing tool of claim 3, wherein the cross bar to which the camera is mounted is a telescoping bar.
5. The downhole valve opening and closing tool of claim 4, wherein the cross bar is an electrically telescopic bar.

The downhole valve opening and closing tool of claim 5, wherein the first column is provided with a power supply, a controller and a first wireless module, the power supply, the first wireless module, the led lamp, the cross bar and the camera are respectively connected with the controller, the handle is provided with a second wireless module, the second wireless module is connected with the display, and the second wireless module is in signal connection with the first wireless module.
