Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the oil spraying device 3 includes an oil groove 14 provided on the upper surface of the main body table 1, the bottom surface of the oil groove 14 is inclined, the side direction of the lowest bottom surface of the oil groove 14 is parallel to the length direction of the main body table 1, the main body table 1 is fixedly connected to an oil spraying frame 15 which is vertical and has an end surface parallel to the end surface of the main body table 1 in the length direction, the steel material passes through the inside of the oil spraying frame 15 in the length direction, the upper surface and the lower surface of the inner wall of the oil spraying frame 15 are both uniformly communicated with a plurality of spray heads 16, the spray head 16 located on the upper surface of the inner wall of the oil spraying frame 15 faces the upper surface of the steel material and the spray head 16 located on the lower surface of the inner wall of the oil spraying frame 15 faces the lower surface of the steel material, an oil return pipe 18 is installed on the vertical side surface of the side of the main body table 1 close to the lowest bottom surface of the oil groove 14, one end of the oil return pipe 18 is communicated with an oil storage tank 17 located on the side of the main body table 1, the oil return pipe 18 is communicated with the inner wall of the upper part of the oil storage tank 17, the opening of one end of the oil return pipe 18 facing the oil storage tank 14 is fixedly connected with a filter screen 6 which can filter the rolling oil flowing into the oil storage tank 17 from the oil storage tank 14 to a certain degree, the vertical side surface of the main body platform 1 close to the oil storage tank 17 is fixedly connected with an oil pump 19 which can pump the rolling oil in the oil storage tank 17 into the oil spraying frame 15 so that the spray head 16 can spray the rolling oil to the steel, the air outlet frame 61 with the end surface aligned with the end surface of the oil spraying frame 15 is fixedly connected with the main body platform 1 at the opening of the oil storage tank 14, the air outlet frame 61 is positioned behind the oil spraying frame 15 in conformity with the moving direction of the steel, the upper surface and the lower surface of the inner wall of the air outlet frame 61 are both provided with air outlet long openings 62 with the length direction parallel to the width direction of the main body platform 1, the length of the long air outlet openings 62 are larger than the width of the steel, the opening direction of the long air outlet openings 62 is inclined, the air outlet long mouth 62 that is located air-out frame 61 inner wall upper surface gets into the upper surface department of air-out frame 61 one side towards steel, and the air outlet long mouth 62 that is located air-out frame 61 inner wall lower surface gets into the lower surface department of air-out frame 61 one side towards steel, and the vertical outer wall department fixedly connected with of main part platform 1 can send into highly-compressed air to making air outlet long mouth 62 towards steel surface blowout highly-compressed air's high pressure positive blower 63 in air-out frame 61, and high pressure positive blower 63 air supply is the air through dry filtration treatment.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the cold rolling device 4 includes two vertical plates 51 fixedly connected to the upper surface of the main body table 1 and having a length direction parallel to the length direction of the main body table 1, a roller groove 53 having a length direction parallel to the width direction of the main body table 1 is formed between the two vertical plates 51 on the upper surface of the main body table 1, the length of the bottom surface of the vertical plate 51 is longer than the width of the roller groove 53, one end of the roller groove 53 in the length direction penetrates through the vertical outer wall of the main body table 1, a lower backup roller 54 and a lower work roller 55 having a length direction parallel to the width direction of the main body table 1 and abutting against each other are installed in the roller groove 53, the lower work roller 55 abuts against the lower surface of the steel, the diameter of the lower backup roller 54 is larger than that of the lower work roller 55, the lower backup roller 54 is located right below the lower work roller 55, the upper portion of the lower work roller 55 is exposed out of the upper opening of the roller groove 53, a touch preventing groove 64 for the lower portion of the roller groove 53 through which is formed at the bottom of the vertical plate 51 near the vertical opening of the roller groove 53, the roll groove 53 is provided with a roll changing mechanism which can enable the lower supporting roll 54 and the lower working roll 55 to move out of the main body platform 1 so as to change the lower supporting roll 54 and the lower working roll 55, the roll changing mechanism comprises two sliding rails 59 (shown by combining figure 1) which are fixedly connected with the lower surface of the roll groove 53 along the length direction of the roll groove 53 and are parallel, the vertical section of the width direction of the sliding rails 59 is in a T shape, the two sliding rails 59 are connected with a roll changing flat rod 58 along the length direction thereof in a sliding way, both ends of the length direction of the roll changing flat rod 58 are fixedly connected with roll changing vertical rods 41, both ends of the length direction of the lower working roll 55 are respectively connected with the adjacent vertical side surfaces of the two roll changing vertical rods 41 in a rotating way, the adjacent vertical side surfaces of the two roll changing vertical rods 41 are respectively provided with lower abutting grooves 36 with T-shaped horizontal sections along the vertical direction, the two lower abutting grooves 36 are connected with lower abutting blocks 37 along the vertical direction in a sliding way, one vertical side surface of the lower abutting blocks 37 is exposed out of the lower abutting grooves 36, the two ends of the lower supporting roll 54 in the length direction are respectively and rotatably connected with the close vertical side surfaces of the two lower supporting blocks 37, the bottom parts of the two vertical roll changing rods 41 are respectively and fixedly connected with the lower supporting oil cylinders 39, the power rods of the two lower supporting oil cylinders 39 are respectively and fixedly connected with the lower surfaces of the two lower supporting blocks 37, the opposite two sides of the upper part of each vertical roll changing rod 41 are respectively and fixedly connected with the supporting blocks 42, the upper part of the inner wall of the roll groove 53 is provided with a supporting block groove 47 parallel to the width direction of the main body platform 1, the opposite two sides of the supporting blocks 42 in the roll groove 53 are respectively and slidably connected with the two supporting block grooves 47 along the width direction of the main body platform 1, when the roll-changing flat bar 58 completely enters the roll groove 53 and cannot move continuously, the abutting block 42 positioned outside the roll groove 53 abuts against the vertical outer wall of the main body table 1 in the length direction, the abutting block 42 which can abut against the vertical outer wall of the main body table 1 deviates from the vertical outer wall of the main body table 1, and a plurality of fixing screws 43 which are in threaded connection with the main body table 1 uniformly penetrate through the vertical outer wall.
Referring to fig. 5, an upper supporting roller 56 and an upper working roller 57 are mounted between two vertical plates 51, the length direction of which is parallel to the width direction of the main body table 1 and is abutted against the width direction of the main body table, the upper working roller 57 is positioned right above the lower working roller 55, the upper working roller 57 is abutted against the upper surface of the steel material, the diameter of the upper supporting roller 56 is larger than that of the upper working roller 57, the upper supporting roller 56 is positioned right below the upper working roller 57, the vertical plates 51 are provided with a roller distance adjusting mechanism capable of driving the upper supporting roller 56 and the upper working roller 57 to move along the vertical direction, the roller distance adjusting mechanism comprises two adjusting grooves 45 respectively opened on the close vertical sides of the two vertical plates 51 along the vertical direction, each adjusting groove 45 is connected with an adjusting block 44 along the vertical direction in a sliding manner, one vertical side of the adjusting block 44 is exposed out of the two adjusting grooves 45, the two ends of the upper working roller 57 in the length direction are respectively connected with the close vertical sides of the adjusting block 44 through threads, the two adjusting grooves 45 are rotatably connected with vertical adjusting screws 46, the two adjusting screws 46 are respectively in threaded connection with the two adjusting blocks 44, screw rotating assemblies capable of driving the two adjusting screws 46 to synchronously rotate are installed on the vertical plates 51, each screw rotating assembly comprises two screw gears 48 which are respectively and coaxially and fixedly connected to the two adjusting screws 46 and exposed out of the upper ends of the upper parts of the vertical plates 51 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, a horizontal motor plate 49 is fixedly connected to the upper parts of the two vertical plates 51, the upper surface of the motor plate 49 is fixedly connected with a screw motor 31, an output shaft of the screw motor 31 is coaxially and fixedly connected with motor gears 32 capable of being meshed with the two screw gears 48, the diameter of the motor gears 32 is smaller than that of the screw gears 48, upper abutting grooves 33 with T-shaped horizontal sections are formed in the vertical direction on the opposite vertical side surfaces of the upper parts of the two adjusting blocks 44, and upper abutting blocks 34 are slidably connected to the two upper abutting grooves 33 in the vertical direction, the two ends of the length direction of the upper supporting roller 56 are respectively and rotatably connected to the close vertical side faces of the two upper supporting blocks 34, one vertical side wall of each upper supporting block 34 is exposed out of the upper supporting groove 33, the upper parts of the two adjusting blocks 44 are respectively and fixedly connected with the upper supporting oil cylinders 35, the bottom ends of the power rods of the two upper supporting oil cylinders 35 are respectively and fixedly connected to the upper surfaces of the two upper supporting blocks 34, and the width of steel is smaller than the lengths of the upper supporting roller 56 and the lower supporting roller 54.
The low-energy-consumption cold rolling annealing equipment of the embodiment of the application has the implementation principle that: the steel passes through between two sets of guide wheels 23, start screw motor 31 for two sets of guide wheels 23 correspond respectively and support tightly in the vertical side of two length direction of steel, then steel passes oil spout frame 15 and makes the surface sprayed rolling oil, again through air-out frame 61, make the steel surface not have too much rolling oil, steel reentrants carries out cold rolling between last work roll 57 and the lower work roll 55, then steel washs again and gets into and carries out annealing in the natural gas annealing stove 5.

and 6, annealing the steel in a natural gas annealing furnace 5.
The implementation principle of the cold rolling annealing process in the embodiment of the application is as follows: use higher temperature's cleaner to wash steel earlier before annealing makes steel possess certain temperature, reduces steel in the required time of annealing in-process, helps promoting annealing efficiency to a certain extent.
