Abstract
The invention discloses an intelligent heating control method for a high-temperature disinfection chamber, which is characterized in that the temperature of the high-temperature disinfection chamber is maintained within a certain range by controlling the starting number of heating devices in the heat preservation process of the high-temperature disinfection chamber. The invention can maintain the temperature of the high-temperature disinfection chamber in a required range, thereby ensuring that the disinfection effect of the high-temperature disinfection chamber is better.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an intelligent heating control method for a high-temperature disinfection chamber.
Background
In the production of agriculture and animal husbandry, high-temperature disinfection is often required to be carried out on pig raising greenhouses, various appliances, transport vehicles, feeds and the like, so that a high-temperature disinfection chamber is required to be provided for disinfection, and the temperature of the high-temperature disinfection chamber cannot be effectively controlled at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an intelligent heating control method for a high-temperature disinfection chamber, which can maintain the temperature of the high-temperature disinfection chamber in a required range, so that the disinfection effect of the high-temperature disinfection chamber is better.

setting the upper heating limit temperature, the upper heat-preservation limit temperature, the lower heat-preservation limit temperature and the heat-preservation time of the high-temperature disinfection chamber;
starting all heating devices to heat the high-temperature disinfection chamber;
starting a fan to enable hot air to circularly flow in the high-temperature disinfection chamber;
when the temperature detection device detects that the temperature in the high-temperature disinfection chamber reaches the heating upper limit temperature, entering a heat preservation program, starting timing the heat preservation time, and closing a part of heating devices;
in the process of heat preservation in the high-temperature disinfection chamber, the temperature detection device detects the temperature of the high-temperature disinfection chamber once every certain time, and the temperature detection device performs the following operations according to the detection result after detecting the temperature once: if the temperature detection device detects that the temperature of the high-temperature disinfection chamber is lower than the lower limit temperature of the heat preservation, a heating device is started; if the temperature detection device detects that the temperature of the high-temperature disinfection chamber is higher than the upper limit temperature of the heat preservation, one heating device is closed; if the temperature detection device detects that the temperature of the high-temperature disinfection chamber is between the upper temperature limit and the lower temperature limit, the temperature is maintained to be the original state;
and when the heat preservation time is over, all the heating devices and the fans are closed.
Preferably, the temperature detection means detects the temperature of the high-temperature sterilization chamber every 2 minutes while the high-temperature sterilization chamber is kept warm.
Preferably, after the temperature detection device detects that the temperature in the high-temperature disinfection chamber reaches the heating upper limit temperature, the heat preservation program is started, the heat preservation time is started to be measured, and at least half of the heating devices are turned off.
Preferably, the heating device is a fuel oil warmer, a plurality of fuel oil warmers are arranged on an integrated box body, and a smoke detection device, a smoke separation device and a gas collection device are arranged on the integrated box body;

Preferably, an oxygen concentration detection device and an air inlet device are arranged in the high-temperature disinfection chamber;
when the oxygen concentration detection device detects that the oxygen content in the high-temperature disinfection chamber is lower than a set value, the air inlet device is opened to supplement oxygen for the high-temperature disinfection chamber.

the device is provided with a heating device for heating the high-temperature disinfection chamber, a fan for circulating hot air in the high-temperature disinfection chamber and a temperature detection device for detecting the temperature of the high-temperature disinfection chamber, wherein the heating device comprises a plurality of fans;
setting the upper heating limit temperature, the upper heat-preservation limit temperature, the lower heat-preservation limit temperature and the heat-preservation time of the high-temperature disinfection chamber;
starting all heating devices to heat the high-temperature disinfection chamber;
after delaying for three seconds, all the fans are started, the fans enable hot air to circularly flow in the high-temperature disinfection chamber, and the hot air circularly flows in the high-temperature disinfection chamber, so that objects to be disinfected in the high-temperature disinfection chamber can be fully contacted with the hot air, and the disinfection effect is good;
delaying for one minute after the temperature detection device detects that the temperature in the high-temperature disinfection chamber reaches the heating upper limit temperature, then entering a heat preservation program, starting timing the heat preservation time, and simultaneously closing half of the heating devices (the number of the heating devices is an even number);
in the process of heat preservation in the high-temperature disinfection chamber, the temperature detection device detects the temperature of the high-temperature disinfection chamber every 2 minutes, and the temperature detection device performs the following operations according to the detection result after detecting the temperature once: if the temperature detection device detects that the temperature of the high-temperature disinfection chamber is lower than the lower limit temperature of the heat preservation, a heating device is started; if the temperature detection device detects that the temperature of the high-temperature disinfection chamber is higher than the upper limit temperature of the heat preservation, one heating device is closed; if the temperature detection device detects that the temperature of the high-temperature disinfection chamber is between the upper heat-preservation limit temperature and the lower heat-preservation limit temperature, the temperature detection device maintains the original state, so that the temperature of the high-temperature disinfection chamber is adjusted to be between the upper heat-preservation limit temperature and the lower heat-preservation limit temperature by controlling the starting number of the heating devices, and the disinfection effect of the high-temperature disinfection chamber is better;
and when the heat preservation time is over, all the heating devices and the fans are turned off, and the disinfection is over.

The integrated box body 200 has the functions of information display and setting of heating upper limit temperature, heat preservation lower limit temperature and heat preservation time, also has the function of automatic calculation of oil consumption of the fuel heater, can also automatically draw a temperature rise curve of a high-temperature disinfection chamber, also has an overload overcurrent protection mechanism of a motor on the fuel heater, and also has a manual control function, and can be manually stopped in emergency.
The integrated box body is provided with a smoke detection device, a smoke separation device and a gas collection device.
When the fuel oil warmer starts to work, the fuel oil warmer ignites and burns and then blows hot air, the smoke detection device detects smoke and controls the smoke separation device to be opened, the smoke separation device separates the smoke from the hot air, the separated smoke is collected into the gas collection device, and the separated hot air is blown into the high-temperature disinfection chamber, so that toxic and harmful substances contained in the smoke can be prevented from entering the high-temperature disinfection chamber.
And a fire detector and a spraying fire extinguishing device are arranged in the high-temperature disinfection chamber.
When the fire detector detects the fire accident in the high-temperature disinfection chamber, the spraying fire extinguishing device is automatically opened to extinguish fire, so that the high-temperature disinfection chamber can be prevented from causing fire due to high temperature.
The high-temperature disinfection chamber is internally provided with an oxygen concentration detection device and an air inlet device.
When the oxygen concentration detection device detects that the oxygen content in the high-temperature disinfection chamber is lower than 16%, the air inlet device is opened to supply oxygen for the high-temperature disinfection chamber, so that the oxygen content in the high-temperature disinfection chamber is increased, and the oxygen requirement of human bodies or animals in the high-temperature disinfection chamber is ensured.

As shown in fig. 2, the high temperature sterilization chamber 100 has an inlet 110, the heating devices are respectively disposed at two sides of the high temperature sterilization chamber 100, and the heating devices at two sides of the high temperature sterilization chamber 100 are oppositely disposed in a one-to-one correspondence manner, so that the hot air blown out by the heating devices in the high temperature sterilization chamber 100 is blown in two opposite directions, and the temperature in the high temperature sterilization chamber 100 is more uniform.
The heating device is a fuel oil warmer.
The high temperature sterilization chamber 100 is further provided with a temperature sensing probe 130, and the temperature sensing probe 130 is used for detecting the temperature in the high temperature sterilization chamber 100.
The high temperature sterilization chamber 100 is further provided with a fan 20, the fan 20 is close to the inlet 110 and respectively disposed at two sides of the inlet 110, and when the fan 20 works, the hot air blown out by the heating device can flow in the high temperature sterilization chamber 100.
An electronic control box 120 is used for controlling the operation of the electrical equipment.

setting the upper heating limit temperature, the upper heat-preservation limit temperature, the lower heat-preservation limit temperature and the heat-preservation time of the high-temperature disinfection chamber;
starting all heating devices to heat the high-temperature disinfection chamber;
starting a fan to enable hot air to circularly flow in the high-temperature disinfection chamber;
when the temperature detection device detects that the temperature in the high-temperature disinfection chamber reaches the heating upper limit temperature, entering a heat preservation program, starting timing the heat preservation time, and closing a part of heating devices;
in the process of heat preservation in the high-temperature disinfection chamber, the temperature detection device detects the temperature of the high-temperature disinfection chamber once every certain time, and the temperature detection device performs the following operations according to the detection result after detecting the temperature once: if the temperature detection device detects that the temperature of the high-temperature disinfection chamber is lower than the lower limit temperature of the heat preservation, a heating device is started; if the temperature detection device detects that the temperature of the high-temperature disinfection chamber is higher than the upper limit temperature of the heat preservation, one heating device is closed; if the temperature detection device detects that the temperature of the high-temperature disinfection chamber is between the upper temperature limit and the lower temperature limit, the temperature is maintained to be the original state;
and when the heat preservation time is over, all the heating devices and the fans are closed.

The intelligent heating control method for the high-temperature sterilization chamber as claimed in claim 1, wherein the temperature detection device performs temperature detection on the high-temperature sterilization chamber every 2 minutes during the heat preservation of the high-temperature sterilization chamber.

The intelligent warming control method for high temperature disinfection chamber as claimed in claim 1, wherein when the temperature detection device detects that the temperature in the high temperature disinfection chamber reaches the upper heating limit temperature, the temperature keeping program is entered, the temperature keeping time is started to time, and at least half of the heating devices are turned off.
