Description

Antiperspirant and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemical products, in particular to an antiperspirant and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Sweating is a natural phenomenon, and the human body takes away heat through sweating to achieve the function of regulating the body temperature. Sweat is essentially odorless and contains, in addition to water, proteins, lipids, fatty acids, cholesterol, salts containing iron, and the like. Bacteria such as staphylococcus epidermidis and staphylococcus aureus decompose sweat, and ammonia, propionic acid, isovaleric acid, benzothiazole and the like may be generated, so that sour taste and odor are generated. In addition, urea discharged from sweat may have odor, and is particularly serious after decomposition. Eating high protein, high fat foods may result in increased odor. The cleaning is considered at ordinary times, and the odor can be reduced by regularly replacing clothes and bathing. To avoid the problem of hyperhidrosis, or to reduce body odor, some have chosen extreme methods, such as surgical removal of the apocrine gland or injection of botulinum bacteria. In fact, such extreme approaches are undesirable if not particularly serious. Reduce the amount of sweating, keep the daily fresh and dry, and can be realized by antiperspirant products. The antiperspirant product has the effect of reducing the amount of sweat that flows onto the skin surface and inhibiting the proliferation of body odor-causing bacteria, decomposing or adsorbing body odor-causing components. Common methods of body odor prevention and suppression are: 1) antiperspirant: inhibiting secretion of sweat glands; 2) and (3) bactericide: inhibiting the proliferation of bacteria on the skin surface; 3) adsorbent: converting original odorous substances into odorless substances through a chemical deodorant or an odor adsorbent; 4) aromatic agent: fragrance masking, and odor masking with pleasant-smelling essence.
Most antiperspirant products on the market are composed of chemical antiperspirant components, have certain irritation, and are easy to cause dermatitis, allergy and the like after being used by people with allergic constitution; in addition, sweat can be mixed with sebum on the body surface to form a milky lipid membrane, which has the effects of moistening and protecting the skin, and sweat glands are blocked for a long time to easily blacken the armpits in order to inhibit the sweat; more seriously, the skin is liable to produce a series of inflammations such as skin itch, red swelling, etc. because the biological metabolism in the skin is not normally excreted. In addition, most of the antiperspirant and deodorant products on the market lack the antiperspirant and waterproof properties, and under the condition of high temperature or after sports, the antiperspirant effect is difficult to maintain for a long time, and peculiar smell brought by sweat can also appear, so that the antiperspirant and deodorant effects are greatly reduced, and the inconvenience of consumers is caused.

(II) Performance testing
1. Testing the antiperspirant effect:
the degree of reduction in sweat secretion of the antiperspirant dew was determined by gravimetric method for each of the examples and comparative examples: specifically, 30 volunteers are selected as subjects, half of each volunteer is used for male and female, and the male and female volunteers are uniformly shaken before the antiperspirant is used, then the antiperspirant is uniformly smeared under the armpit and gently massaged until the antiperspirant is completely absorbed; 30 volunteers tested the antiperspirant in each example and comparative example in turn to serve as an experimental group, specifically after one antiperspirant sample is tested, the coated antiperspirant sample is washed off, and the antiperspirant effect test of the next antiperspirant sample is carried out under the same condition state; in addition, a set of tests of uncoated antiperspirant lotion was performed as a blank control.
Evaluation environment: the test experiment is carried out in the environment with the temperature (37.8 +/-1.1) DEG C and the relative humidity of 35-40 percent.
The method comprises the following specific operations: placing a fiber pad as an absorption pad at the armpit part of a subject to absorb sweat, obtaining the sweat amount absorbed by the absorption pad after lasting for 80min, and then calculating the sweat discharge reduction rate of the subject before and after using the antiperspirant dew through the following calculation formula, thereby analyzing the effect of the antiperspirant dew on reducing sweat secretion.
The formula for the amount of sweating and the rate of decrease in the amount of sweating is:
the axillary sweating amount is the weight of the absorption pad after the sweat collection and the weight of the absorption pad before the sweat collection;
the sweating rate is (control axillary sweating amount-experimental axillary sweating amount)/control axillary sweating amount.
The antiperspirant preparations of the examples and comparative examples were tested for reduction in perspiration by the above test methods (results are averaged)

Figure BDA0002682082330000072
As can be seen from table 3 above, the antiperspirant prepared in examples 1 to 3 has the synergistic effect of antiperspirant by adding five traditional Chinese medicines, namely the sophora flavescens extract, the asiaticoside, the honeysuckle flower extract, the agave extract and the aloe barbadensis leaf extract, and the traditional Chinese medicines and the traditional Chinese medicine extract, wherein the antiperspirant prepared in example 3 has the best effect, and the reduction rate of the perspiration amount can reach 29.68%.
2. Test of deodorizing Effect
The test method comprises the following steps: 30 axillary odor volunteers were selected as subjects, and were indiscriminately listed as test subjects regardless of the degree of odor, and the test subjects were continuously tested for 8 days to test the deodorizing effect of the antiperspirant lotion of each example and comparative example. Before use, the antiperspirant lotion is shaken lightly and then is evenly coated on the armpit, and the antiperspirant lotion is massaged lightly until the antiperspirant lotion is completely absorbed.
Effect evaluation criteria:
obviously improve the following steps: the preparation can be maintained for more than 8-12 hours without side effect;
the effect is shown: the preparation is maintained for 4-8 hours without side effect;
the method has the following advantages: the smell is obviously weakened and maintained for 0-4 hours, and no side effect is caused;
and (4) invalidation: the odor does not disappear and the deodorizing effect is not achieved.
The deodorant effect of the antiperspirant lotions of the respective examples and comparative examples was tested by the above method, and the use effect was filled in by the subjects according to their own experiences, and the results are shown in table 4.

3. Human body patch test
The test method comprises the following steps: referring to the cosmetic skin disease diagnosis standard and treatment principle general rule (GB17149-1997), 30 human subjects over 18 years old are selected, and 15 human subjects are selected; then, selecting qualified spot test materials, respectively using the antiperspirant dew of each embodiment and comparative example to carry out experiments, putting the antiperspirant dew of the tested object into a spot tester, wherein the dosage is about 0.03mL, and no substance is put in a blank control group; applying the spot test substance with the test substance on the inner side of forearm of the subject, while the test substance is a blank control group and an experimental group, and applying the spot test substance on skin by pressing with palm for 24 h; the examinee is ordered to keep the spot patch dry within 24h, and avoid strenuous exercise, scratching or long-time light irradiation.
The skin adverse reaction grading criteria are shown in table 5:

Wherein the Aloe barbadensis leaf extract, Agave stem extract, and asiaticoside have repairing effect, and can greatly reduce irritation and anaphylaxis rate of the product.
4. Skin pigmentation test
The test method comprises the following steps: 30 volunteers, half of men and women, were selected as subjects, and the subjects were allowed to continuously use the antiperspirant prepared in example 3, and used one-sidedly, and the degree of pigmentation of the underarm skin was observed after continuous use for 1 month, 2 months and 3 months, respectively, and recorded. Wherein the pigmentation degree classification criteria are shown in table 7:
