本发明涉及技术清洁用品领域,尤其指一种除螨茶麸沐浴露及其制备方法。
背景技术
现今市面上沐浴露都是以月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠作为主要表面活性剂制作的,桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠可以产生很多泡沫且十分低廉,因而得到日化洗护厂商的广泛采用。但事实上刺激强,容易导致过敏,它的清洁能力过于强,使用会导致皮肤脆弱,抵抗力下降,产生多种皮肤问题,例如导致皮肤上的螨虫量增加。
油茶是我国特有的油料树种,应用于洗浴产品中,微量的茶油即可附着在皮肤表层,既能保护皮肤减少刺激,也能补充皮肤所需的微量元素等营养物质,使皮肤更细嫩润泽。茶麸,又称茶籽饼,别名茶枯、茶粕、茶籽饼,科学工艺从茶籽饼粕中提炼取得的茶皂素属三萜类化合物,它是一种优良的非离子天然表面活性剂,具有洗发、护发、乌发及去头屑、防脱发等功效。可见,利用油茶和茶麸解决现有的沐浴露普遍存在的问题将会是一个越来越被重视的趋势。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种刺激性低、除螨效果好的茶麸沐浴露及其制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种除螨茶麸沐浴露,包括以下重量份配比的原料:茶籽粉2~5份,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠8~12份,椰油酰羟乙磺酸酯钠3~6份,椰油酰胺DEA 1.5~3份,甘油2~5份,EDTA-2Na 0.1份,尿囊素0.1~0.3份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱10~15份,桑白皮提取物1~2份,绿茶提取物1~3份,甘草提取物1~2份,马齿苋提取物0.2~1份,积雪草提取物0.2~1份,茶花提取液0.2~1份,香精0.3~1份,苯氧乙醇0.3~0.6份,苯甲酸0.3~0.6份,柠檬酸0.05~0.3份,茶油0.3~0.8份,余量水补充至100份。
优选地,所述茶籽粉为60目规格的茶籽粉。
另外,本发明还提供一种制备上述除螨茶麸沐浴露的方法,按照上述重量份配比进行,包括以下步骤:
(1)将水抽入至乳化锅内,将月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,椰油酰羟乙磺酸酯钠,椰油酰胺DEA,甘油,EDTA-2Na,尿囊素,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,茶籽粉依次加入到乳化锅内搅拌至完全溶解。
(2)对乳化锅内升温至80~85℃,然后保温半小时。
(3)对乳化锅内降温至60℃以下再加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,柠檬酸搅拌至完全溶解。
(4)对乳化锅内降温至45℃以下再加入桑白皮提取物,绿茶提取物,甘草提取物,马齿苋提取物,积雪草提取物,茶花提取液,香精,茶油,苯氧乙醇,苯甲酸搅拌至完全溶解。
(5)取样检测合格后,采用20目筛网过滤步骤(4)得到的乳化锅内容物。
(6)将步骤(5)得到的过滤物静置5~7天,即得到所述的除螨茶麸沐浴露。
优选地,还包括对步骤(6)得到的柔顺去屑茶麸洗发水进行包装的步骤。
更优选地,步骤(5)中的筛网选用不锈钢筛网。
本发明的有益效果在于:月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠作为主要表面活性剂,椰油酰羟乙磺酸酯钠作为辅助表面活性剂,同时添加天然茶籽粉作辅助,生产过程中释放茶籽粉中的茶皂素,不仅能辅助泡沫的产生,增强清洁作用,提高除螨效果,而且有抗菌、消炎等多种功能;配以一定比例的尿囊素和甘油作为皮肤的保湿调理剂,以桑白皮提取物、绿茶提取物、甘草提取物、马齿苋提取物、积雪草提取物、茶花提取液等中药材和植物油脂的复合物作为皮肤除螨和修复的皮肤调理剂,多种成分的科学比例降低了月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠对皮肤的刺激性;通过用温和广谱的苯氧乙醇和食品防腐剂苯甲酸钠复配进行防腐,对人体更安全。
上述这些原料都是天然来源体系,同现市场上的沐浴露相比,大大地降低了刺激性,不但保持有强大的清洁效果,同时多种配比的中药和植物成分,既能消炎除螨,又能调理和修复皮肤,降低表面活性剂对皮肤的刺激新,对环境的污染也更小,其中的植物成分对环境甚至无污染,反而能够更好的降解表面活性剂成分并对环境中的细菌具有一定的抑制作用。
具体实施方式
为了让本领域技术人员更清楚地了解本发明相对现有技术的改进之处,下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,实施例提及的内容并非对本发明的限定。
实施例1
一种除螨茶麸沐浴露,包括以下重量份配比的原料:60目茶籽粉2份,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠8份,椰油酰羟乙磺酸酯钠3份,椰油酰胺DEA 1.5份,甘油2份,EDTA-2Na 0.1份,尿囊素0.1份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱10份,桑白皮提取物1份,绿茶提取物1份,甘草提取物1份,马齿苋提取物0.2份,积雪草提取物0.2份,茶花提取液0.2份,香精0.3份,苯氧乙醇0.3份,苯甲酸0.3份,柠檬酸0.05份,茶油0.3份,余量水补充至100份。
制备过程:
(1)将水抽入至乳化锅内,将月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,椰油酰羟乙磺酸酯钠,椰油酰胺DEA,甘油,EDTA-2Na,尿囊素,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,茶籽粉依次加入到乳化锅内搅拌至完全溶解。
(2)对乳化锅内升温至80℃,然后保温半小时。
(3)对乳化锅内降温至46℃以下再加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,柠檬酸搅拌至完全溶解。
(4)对乳化锅内降温至25℃以下再加入桑白皮提取物,绿茶提取物,甘草提取物,马齿苋提取物,积雪草提取物,茶花提取液,香精,茶油,苯氧乙醇,苯甲酸搅拌至完全溶解。
(5)取样检测合格后,采用20目筛网过滤步骤(4)得到的乳化锅内容物。
(6)将步骤(5)得到的过滤物静置5天,即得到所述的除螨茶麸沐浴露。
实施例2
一种除螨茶麸沐浴露,包括以下重量份配比的原料:60目茶籽粉5份,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠12份,椰油酰羟乙磺酸酯钠6份,椰油酰胺DEA 3份,甘油5份,EDTA-2Na 0.1份,尿囊素0.3份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱15份,桑白皮提取物2份,绿茶提取物3份,甘草提取物2份,马齿苋提取物1份,积雪草提取物1份,茶花提取液1份,香精1份,苯氧乙醇0.6份,苯甲酸0.6份,柠檬酸0.3份,茶油0.8份,余量水补充至100份。
制备过程:
(1)将水抽入至乳化锅内,将月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,椰油酰羟乙磺酸酯钠,椰油酰胺DEA,甘油,EDTA-2Na,尿囊素,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,茶籽粉依次加入到乳化锅内搅拌至完全溶解。
(2)对乳化锅内升温至85℃,然后保温半小时。
(3)对乳化锅内降温至58℃以下再加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,柠檬酸搅拌至完全溶解。
(4)对乳化锅内降温至43℃以下再加入桑白皮提取物,绿茶提取物,甘草提取物,马齿苋提取物,积雪草提取物,茶花提取液,香精,茶油,苯氧乙醇,苯甲酸搅拌至完全溶解。
(5)取样检测合格后,采用20目筛网过滤步骤(4)得到的乳化锅内容物。
(6)将步骤(5)得到的过滤物静置7天,即得到所述的除螨茶麸沐浴露。
实施例3
一种除螨茶麸沐浴露,包括以下重量份配比的原料:60目茶籽粉3份,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠10份,椰油酰羟乙磺酸酯钠4份,椰油酰胺DEA 2份,甘油3份,EDTA-2Na 0.1份,尿囊素0.2份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱12份,桑白皮提取物1.5份,绿茶提取物2份,甘草提取物1.5份,马齿苋提取物0.5份,积雪草提取物0.5份,茶花提取液0.5份,香精0.6份,苯氧乙醇0.4份,苯甲酸0.4份,柠檬酸0.1份,茶油0.5份,余量水补充至100份。
制备过程:
(1)将水抽入至乳化锅内,将月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,椰油酰羟乙磺酸酯钠,椰油酰胺DEA,甘油,EDTA-2Na,尿囊素,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,茶籽粉依次加入到乳化锅内搅拌至完全溶解。
(2)对乳化锅内升温至82℃,然后保温半小时。
(3)对乳化锅内降温至50℃以下再加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,柠檬酸搅拌至完全溶解。
(4)对乳化锅内降温至30℃以下再加入桑白皮提取物,绿茶提取物,甘草提取物,马齿苋提取物,积雪草提取物,茶花提取液,香精,茶油,苯氧乙醇,苯甲酸搅拌至完全溶解。
(5)取样检测合格后,采用20目筛网过滤步骤(4)得到的乳化锅内容物。
(6)将步骤(5)得到的过滤物静置6天,即得到所述的除螨茶麸沐浴露。
实施例4
一种除螨茶麸沐浴露,包括以下重量份配比的原料:60目茶籽粉4份,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠11份,椰油酰羟乙磺酸酯钠5份,椰油酰胺DEA 2.5份,甘油4份,EDTA-2Na 0.1份,尿囊素0.2份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱13份,桑白皮提取物1.5份,绿茶提取物2份,甘草提取物1.5份,马齿苋提取物0.6份,积雪草提取物0.6份,茶花提取液0.6份,香精0.7份,苯氧乙醇0.5份,苯甲酸0.5份,柠檬酸0.2份,茶油0.6份,余量水补充至100份。
制备过程:
(1)将水抽入至乳化锅内,将月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,椰油酰羟乙磺酸酯钠,椰油酰胺DEA,甘油,EDTA-2Na,尿囊素,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,茶籽粉依次加入到乳化锅内搅拌至完全溶解。
(2)对乳化锅内升温至84℃,然后保温半小时。
(3)对乳化锅内降温至55℃以下再加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,柠檬酸搅拌至完全溶解。
(4)对乳化锅内降温至35℃以下再加入桑白皮提取物,绿茶提取物,甘草提取物,马齿苋提取物,积雪草提取物,茶花提取液,香精,茶油,苯氧乙醇,苯甲酸搅拌至完全溶解。
(5)取样检测合格后,采用20目筛网过滤步骤(4)得到的乳化锅内容物。
(6)将步骤(5)得到的过滤物静置6天,即得到所述的除螨茶麸沐浴露。
对比例1
本对比例采用在实施例1的基础上去掉椰油酰胺DEA,其余组分同实施例1。
对比例2
本对比例采用在实施例1的基础上去掉茶油,其余组分同实施例1。
对比例3
本对比例采用市售的含有月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠成分的某品牌沐浴露。
性能测试
对实施例1-4及对比例1-3的沐浴露进行使用性能测试。
1、PH值测试:
使用PH测试仪对实施例1-4所制得的除螨茶麸沐浴露与对比例1-3提供的沐浴露进行PH值测试,测试数据如表1所示。
2、皮肤刺激性测试:
根据《化妆品卫生规范》(2007年版)皮肤刺激性/腐蚀性试验对实施例1-4与对比例1-3进行皮肤反应评分,其中,0-0 .5为无刺激性,0 .5-2 .0为轻刺激性,2 .0-6 .0为中刺激性,6 .0-8 .0为强刺激性。测试数据如表1所示。
3、清洁效果测试:
挑选18-40岁20人,男10人,女10人,身体健康,生活规律,无皮肤病。随机分为4组,每组5人,每组分别使用实施例1-4的除螨沐浴露与对比例1-3的沐浴露进行沐浴,沐浴后进行打分,其中,0表示无清洁效果,1表示具有一定清洁效果,但基本不能除螨,2表示清洁效果适中,具有一定除螨效果,3表示清洁效果较好,除螨效果较强,4表示清洁效果过强,虽能除螨但导致皮肤角质被过度去除。每组取平均值,记录结果。测试数据如表1所示。

结合上表的测试数据可以看出,实施例1-4中的除螨茶麸沐浴露对皮肤的刺激性均低于对比例1-3,而清洁效果也普遍高于对比例1-3,说明实施例1-4的除螨茶麸沐浴露具有对皮肤刺激性更低、清洁程度更好的效果。
实施例1-4中的除螨茶麸沐浴露理论上较现有的沐浴露具有以下优点:1、健康:选用以茶麸(即茶籽粉)和多种中药辅助活性成分,绿色配方、使用安全健康。2、环保:茶麸促进表面活性剂生物降解度更快更完全,对环境造成影响非常微小。3、安全:由于本发明加了茶麸,桑白皮提取物,绿茶提取物,甘草提取物,马齿苋提取物,积雪草提取物,茶花提取液和茶油多种中药和植物成分,进一步降低了产品的刺激性,增加了对皮肤的调理性,所选用的防腐剂是非常安全的食品级防腐剂,加以茶麸自带的抑菌的防腐作用,对人体更安全。4、实用:产品中的茶籽粉为60目规格,对人体皮肤没有任伤害,反而起到按摩作用,细小的粒子能增大洗涤面积,对于皮肤的微角落都能清洗和调理到,冲洗也非常容易,不残留,有更好的实用性。5、高效:除螨效果更好。6、护理效果广:茶麸提取物作为油茶籽压榨残余提取物,而以茶麸提取物辅助主要表面活性剂能良好的解决洗浴后的对皮肤的刺激性问题,调理修复肌肤,而选择的茶麸,桑白皮提取物,绿茶提取物,甘草提取物,马齿苋提取物,积雪草提取物,茶花提取液和茶油多种中药和植物成分,进一步降低了产品的刺激性更有消炎除螨功效。7、适应范围广:以茶麸提取物配以多中药和植物成分,能进可能的降低刺激性,对应各个不同敏感的皮肤人群,都能适应。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实现方案,除此之外,本发明还可以其它方式实现,在不脱离本技术方案构思的前提下任何显而易见的替换均在本发明的保护范围之内。
为了让本领域普通技术人员更方便地理解本发明相对于现有技术的改进之处,本发明的一些描述已经被简化,并且为了清楚起见,本申请文件还省略了一些其它元素,本领域普通技术人员应该意识到这些省略的元素也可构成本发明的内容。
Claims (5)
1.一种除螨茶麸沐浴露,其特征在于,包括以下重量份配比的原料:茶籽粉2~5份,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠8~12份,椰油酰羟乙磺酸酯钠3~6份,椰油酰胺DEA 1.5~3份,甘油2~5份,EDTA-2Na 0.1份,尿囊素0.1~0.3份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱10~15份,桑白皮提取物1~2份,绿茶提取物1~3份,甘草提取物1~2份,马齿苋提取物0.2~1份,积雪草提取物0.2~1份,茶花提取液0.2~1份,香精0.3~1份,苯氧乙醇0.3~0.6份,苯甲酸0.3~0.6份,柠檬酸0.05~0.3份,茶油0.3~0.8份,余量水补充至100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除螨茶麸沐浴露,其特征在于:所述茶籽粉为60目规格的茶籽粉。
3.一种制备如权利要求2所述的除螨茶麸沐浴露的方法,其特征在于,按照所述的重量份配比进行,包括以下步骤:
(1)将水抽入至乳化锅内,将月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,椰油酰羟乙磺酸酯钠,椰油酰胺DEA,甘油,EDTA-2Na,尿囊素,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,茶籽粉依次加入到乳化锅内搅拌至完全溶解;
(2)对乳化锅内升温至80~85℃,然后保温半小时;
(3)对乳化锅内降温至60℃以下再加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,柠檬酸搅拌至完全溶解;
(4)对乳化锅内降温至45℃以下再加入桑白皮提取物,绿茶提取物,甘草提取物,马齿苋提取物,积雪草提取物,茶花提取液,香精,茶油,苯氧乙醇,苯甲酸搅拌至完全溶解;
(5)取样检测合格后,采用20目筛网过滤步骤(4)得到的乳化锅内容物;
(6)将步骤(5)得到的过滤物静置5~7天,即得到所述的除螨茶麸沐浴露。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制备除螨茶麸沐浴露的方法,其特征在于:还包括对步骤(6)得到的柔顺去屑茶麸洗发水进行包装的步骤。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备除螨茶麸沐浴露的方法,其特征在于:步骤(5)中的筛网选用不锈钢筛网。
