For convenience of description, herein, the lateral direction refers to a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the slide rail and parallel to the target mounting surface, and the longitudinal direction refers to a direction perpendicular to the lateral direction and perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the slide rail. The target mounting surface is a surface of a target connecting object of the slide rail, which is connected with the slide rail, wherein the target connecting object is a pull basket or a wardrobe body, for example, if the target connecting object is a pull basket, the target mounting surface may be a bottom surface or a side surface of the pull basket; and if the target connecting object is a wardrobe body, the target mounting surface is a surface connected with the sliding rail on the wardrobe body.
Referring to fig. 1-5, a wardrobe drawer basket 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a drawer basket body 400, and two slide rails 90 symmetrically disposed on two sides of the drawer basket body 400; the slide rail 90 comprises a second rail 93 connected with the pull basket body 400, and a first rail 94 used for being connected with the wardrobe body (not shown in the figure); the end of the first rail 94 and/or the second rail 93 is provided with a slide rail position adjusting mechanism 100;
referring to fig. 6 to 15, the slide rail position adjusting mechanism 100 includes:
the fixed seat 1 is used for being connected with a target installation surface;
the sliding block 2 is arranged in the fixed seat 1 and is connected with the end part of the first rail 94 or the second rail 93;
and the adjusting assembly 4 is used for adjusting the transverse position of the sliding block 2 so as to adjust the relative position of the sliding rail 90 and the target installation surface.
The slide rail 90 may be disposed on a side surface of the basket body 400, or may be disposed on a bottom surface of the basket body 400.
For the first rail 94, the target connecting object is a wardrobe body, and the target installation surface is an installation surface on the wardrobe body; for the arrangement on the second rail 93, the target attachment is a wardrobe pull basket 300 and the target mounting surface is a mounting surface on the wardrobe pull basket 300.
When the sliding rail position adjusting mechanism is installed, the sliding rail position adjusting mechanism is installed on a target installation surface, then the sliding rail 90 is connected with the sliding block 2, and finally the transverse position of the sliding block 2 is adjusted by the adjusting component 4 as required, so that the transverse position of the sliding rail 90 is adjusted; the transverse position of the sliding block 2 can be adjusted according to the requirement, and then the sliding rail 90 is connected with the sliding block 2; the deviation of the transverse position of the sliding rail can be reduced by adjusting the transverse position of the sliding rail 90, so that the friction between all the sections of the sliding rail is reduced, the sliding smoothness of the pull basket is improved, and the noise generated during sliding is reduced.
In some embodiments, both ends of the first rail 94 and/or the second rail 93 are provided with a slide rail position adjustment mechanism 100.
For example, when only both ends of the first rail 94 are provided with the slide rail position adjustment mechanisms 100, only the position adjustment can be performed at the first rail 94;
for another example, when only both ends of the second rail 93 are provided with the slide rail position adjusting mechanisms 100, the position adjustment can be performed only at the second rail 93;
for another example, when the slide rail position adjustment mechanisms 100 are provided at both ends of the first rail 94 and the second rail 93, the adjustment can be performed at the first rail 94 or the second rail 93, or at both the first rail 94 and the second rail 93.
In other embodiments, one end of the first rail 94 and/or the second rail 93 is provided with an adjustable connection 95;
the adjustable connecting portion 95 is used for connecting with the pull-out basket body 400 or the wardrobe body, and the transverse connecting position is adjustable.
For example, when only one end of the first rail 94 is provided with the slide rail position adjustment mechanism 100 and the other end is provided with the adjustable connection portion 95, the position adjustment can be performed only at the first rail 94;
for another example, when only one end of the second rail 93 is provided with the slide rail position adjusting mechanism 100, and the other end is provided with the adjustable connecting portion 95, the position adjustment can be performed only at the second rail 93; this case is referred to fig. 1-10;
for another example, when the first rail 94 and the second rail 93 are both provided with the slide rail position adjusting mechanism 100 at one end and the adjustable connecting portion 95 at the other end, the adjustment can be performed at the first rail 94 or the second rail 93, or at the first rail 94 and the second rail 93 at the same time;
or for example, when the position of one of the first rail 94 and the second rail 93 is adjusted, the adjustment can be performed at the first rail 94 or the second rail 93, or at the first rail 94 and the second rail 93 at the same time, one of the first rail 94 and the second rail 93 is provided with the slide rail position adjusting mechanism 100 at both ends thereof, and the other of the first rail 94 and the second rail 93 is provided with the connecting hook 95 at one end thereof.
In this embodiment, see fig. 8, 10, 12, 14, the adjustable connection 95 is a connection hook.
When the second rail 93 is provided with the connecting hook, the pull basket body 400 is provided with an adjusting hole 401 extending along the transverse direction, and the length of the adjusting hole 401 is greater than the width of the connecting hook; the coupling hooks are coupled in the adjustment holes 401 as shown in fig. 4. Because the slide rail position adjusting mechanism 100 and the connecting hook are disposed on the same slide rail section, the length of the slide rail section is fixed, and the relative positions of the slide rail position adjusting mechanism 100, the connecting hook and the slide rail section are fixed, after the connection, the slide rail section cannot swing (if the slide rail section can swing, the relative position of the slide rail position adjusting mechanism 100 or the connecting hook and the slide rail section is required to be variable).
The adjusting holes 401 may be disposed on the mounting surface of the basket body 400, or on the rear side surface of the basket body 400. Taking fig. 3 and 4 as an example, the adjusting hole 401 is disposed on a mounting seat 402, and the mounting seat 402 is fixedly connected to the rear side surface of the basket body 400; wherein, the mounting seat 402 is provided with a screw connecting hole 403 for screw connection, and the screw connecting hole 403 is a waist hole extending along the longitudinal direction, so that the longitudinal position of the mounting seat 402 can be adjusted to reduce the longitudinal position deviation caused by the dimension error of the slide rail 90 in the longitudinal direction.
Further, referring to fig. 4, the side of the adjustment hole 401 that extends into the inside of the coupling hook is provided with a plastic fastener 404. When the connecting hook is hooked on the adjusting hole 401, the plastic fixing piece 404 can stretch into the inner side of the connecting hook to tension the connecting hook, so that the gap between the connecting hook and the edge of the adjusting hole 401 is effectively eliminated, and the sliding rail is prevented from shaking.
Preferably, referring to fig. 4, concave lines 405 in the shape of wave, tooth, etc. may be formed on the plastic fixing member 404 along the length direction; the provision of the dimples 405 provides space for the plastic retainer 404 to deform, making it easier for the attachment hooks to hook onto the plastic retainer 404.
Similarly, when the first rail 94 is provided with a connecting hook, an adjusting hole 401 needs to be formed on the wardrobe body.
The adjustable connection portion 95 is not limited to a connection hook, for example, the adjustable connection portion 95 may also be a waist hole extending in the transverse direction provided on the first rail 94/the second rail 93 (the waist hole may be referred to as a first waist hole herein to be distinguished from other waist holes), and connected to the target link by a screw passing through the waist hole, and when it is necessary to adjust the transverse distance of the slide rail 90, the screw is loosened, and the screw is retightened after the adjustment is completed; the waist hole may be directly formed in the body of the first rail 94/the second rail 93, or an extended portion for forming the waist hole may be formed at an end portion of the first rail 94/the second rail 93. The above is merely an example, and the structure of the adjustable connection portion 95 is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, see fig. 7 and 11, the adjustment assembly 4 comprises a threaded rod rotatably arranged in the holder 1, extending in the transverse direction, on which the slider 2 is threaded. Through making this screw rod reciprocating motion, can order about slider 2 along horizontal round trip movement to can realize the horizontal position control of slider, and carry out position control through the screw rod, can realize infinitely variable control, the position precision is higher.
Further, a dial portion 4.1 and/or a force applying groove 4.2 may be provided at least one end of the screw, as shown in fig. 7, 9, 11, 13. Wherein, the circumferential surface of the dial wheel part 4.1 can be provided with anti-skid lines, and the dial wheel part 4.1 can be directly dialed by hands, so that the screw rod 3 can rotate conveniently and quickly; the force applying groove 4.2 may be, but not limited to, a straight groove, a cross groove, an inner hexagonal groove, etc., and the screw is rotated by inserting a tool such as a screwdriver or an inner hexagonal key into the force applying groove 4.2 to apply a torque. Generally, if the transverse position of the sliding block 2 is adjusted as required, and then the sliding rail 90 is connected with the connecting structure, the friction force is small at the moment, the position can be adjusted through the dial wheel part 4.1, additional tools are not needed, and the operation is convenient and fast; if the slide rail 90 is connected with the connecting structure, and then the transverse position of the slide block 2 is adjusted as required, the friction force is large at the moment, the screw rod is difficult to rotate only by hand through the dial wheel part 4.1, and a tool can be used for applying torque through the force application groove 4.2 at the moment.
The structure of the adjustment assembly 4 is not limited thereto, for example, in some embodiments, the adjustment assembly 4 includes a rack provided on the fixed base 1, and a gear provided on the sliding block 2; the gear is meshed with the rack, and the end part of a gear shaft of the gear is provided with a force application groove; the gear can rotate by applying torque to the force application groove, so that the sliding block 2 is driven to move transversely to adjust the transverse position. The above is merely an example, and the structure of the adjustment assembly 4 is not limited thereto.
Preferably, see fig. 7 and 11, at least one guide rod 5 extending in the transverse direction may be provided in the fixed base 1, the guide rod 5 being inserted into the sliding block 2. On the one hand, the movement of the sliding block 2 can be guided, on the other hand, the sliding block 2 can be limited in the fixed seat 1, and the sliding block 2 is prevented from being separated from the fixed seat 1.
In this embodiment, see fig. 7, 9, 11 and 13, the slide rail position adjusting mechanism 100 further comprises at least one locking screw 6, the slide block 2 is provided with a corresponding waist hole 2.1 (the waist hole 2.1 may be referred to as a second waist hole to distinguish it from other waist holes), the waist hole 2.1 extends in the transverse direction, and the locking screw passes through the corresponding waist hole 2.1 and is used for locking the slide block 2. After the position of the sliding block 2 is adjusted, the sliding block 2 can be locked through the locking screw 6, and the sliding block 2 is prevented from being displaced due to vibration and the like in the subsequent transportation and use processes. The thread portion of the locking screw 6 can be connected to the fixing base 1, or can pass through the fixing base 1 to be connected to the target installation surface, as shown in fig. 8, 9, 12, and 13.
Wherein, fixing base 1 includes that the integrative bottom plate and two blocks of curb plates that form of bending, and screw rod, guide bar 5 all connect between two blocks of curb plates, as shown in fig. 9, 13, but not limited to this.
Further, the fixing seat 1 can be connected with the basket body 400 through screw connection, buckle connection, gluing, welding and other modes. For example, in fig. 8, 9, 12, 13, the holder 1 is connected to the target mounting surface by a screw 7. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the slide block 2 is provided with a clearance hole 2.2, and the clearance hole 2.2 is disposed opposite to the screw 7 so that the screw 7 can pass through the clearance hole 2.2 for operation.
The slider 2 and the end of the first rail 94 or the second rail 93 may be connected by means of screw connection, adhesive bonding, welding, or the like, or may be connected by means of snap connection.
The following exemplifies the connection between the slider 2 and the end of the first rail 94 or the second rail 93; in this example, the slider 2 is engaged with the first rail 94 or the second rail 93.
For example, in some embodiments, see fig. 6-9, the slider 2 is connected to the first rail 94 or the second rail 93 by a first snap structure 3 a; the first engaging structure 3a includes a slot 3.1, a buckle connection block 3.3 adapted to the slot 3.1, and a hook 3.2 for locking the buckle connection block 3.3 in the slot 3.1.
This example has the following two cases:
1) the slot 3.1 and the hook 3.2 are both arranged on the sliding block 2, and the buckle connecting block 3.3 is arranged at the end part of the first rail 94 or the second rail 93; this case can be referred to fig. 6, 7;
2) the slot 3.1 and the hook 3.2 are both arranged on the first rail 94 or the second rail 93, and the buckle connection block 3.3 is arranged at the end part of the sliding block 2.
Wherein, slot 3.1 can extend along longitudinal direction, when connecting, insert slot 3.1 along longitudinal direction buckle connecting block 3.3.
Wherein, can set up the spigot surface towards one side of buckle connecting block 3.3 in pothook 3.2 upper end, insert the in-process of slot 3.1 at buckle connecting block 3.3, thereby buckle connecting block 3.3 can extrude this spigot surface and make the pothook automatic retreat, insert the pothook automatic re-setting after targetting in place and block buckle connecting block 3.3 until buckle connecting block 3.3.
Wherein the slot 3.1 may be, but is not limited to, a dovetail slot, a T-slot, etc. Along vertical direction of inserting, slot 3.1 can diminish gradually to the realization is to buckle connecting block 3.3's direction, need not accurate alignment when making buckle connecting block 3.3 insert, and is more convenient.
For another example, in other embodiments, see fig. 10-15, the slider 2 is connected to the first rail 94 or the second rail 93 through the second engaging structure 3 b; the second clamping structure 3b comprises two parallel positioning plates 3.4 which are arranged oppositely, and at least one positioning plate 3.4 is provided with a clamping hole 3.5/clamping bulge 3.6; the second clamping structure 3b further comprises a clamping protrusion 3.6/clamping hole 3.5 for clamping with the clamping hole 3.5/clamping protrusion 3.6.
This example has the following two cases:
1) the positioning plate 3.4 is arranged on the sliding block 2, an insertion space (the first rail 94 or the second rail 93 is inserted into the insertion space) matched with the first rail 94 or the second rail 93 is formed between the two positioning plates 3.4, and the clamping bulge 3.6/the clamping hole 3.5 matched with the clamping hole 3.5/the clamping bulge 3.6 of the positioning plate 3.4 is arranged on the side surface of the first rail or the second rail;
in this case, if the catching hole 3.5 is provided on the positioning plate 3.4, the catching projection 3.6 is provided on the side of the first rail or the second rail; if the clamping bulge 3.6 is arranged on the positioning plate 3.4, the clamping hole 3.5 is arranged on the side surface of the first rail or the second rail;
2) the positioning plate 3.4 is arranged on the first rail 94 or the second rail 93, an insertion space (the slide block 2 is inserted into the insertion space) matched with the slide block 2 is formed between the two positioning plates 3.4, and the clamping bulge 3.6/the clamping hole 3.5 matched with the clamping hole 3.5/the clamping bulge 3.6 of the positioning plate 3.4 is arranged on the side surface of the slide block 2;
in this case, if the catching hole 3.5 is provided on the positioning plate 3.4, the catching projection 3.6 is provided on the side surface of the slider 2; if the clamping bulge 3.6 is arranged on the positioning plate 3.4, the clamping hole 3.5 is arranged on the side surface of the sliding block 2.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 11 and 15, an inclined guide surface 3.7 may be provided on the inward side of the end of the positioning plate 3.4, during the connection process, the clamping protrusion 3.6 may press the guide surface 3.7 to automatically push the positioning plate 3.4 away, and when the connection is in place, the positioning plate 3.4 may automatically reset to complete the clamping.
