Abstract
The invention relates to a process for producing a wash-and-wear shirt with a mildew-proof antibacterial lining, which comprises a fabric, a shirt fabric with mildew-proof antibacterial effect and a clamping ring fabric; the process comprises the following steps: cutting the fabric to form a ready-made clothes part; the shirt lining is bonded and pressed on the ready-made clothes part or part of the ready-made clothes part through a lining pressing process; sewing, namely sewing the ready-made clothes part subjected to the fusible interlining treatment into a shirt along the seam, synchronously introducing the clamping ring insert during sewing, and pressing and ironing the clamping ring insert at the seam by a rubber strip pressing and ironing process to form a rubber strip with mildew-proof and antibacterial effects; the clamping ring is a cellulose reaction type strip-shaped binder substrate, and the cellulose reaction type strip-shaped binder substrate comprises an HDPE binder main body and a mildew-proof antibacterial layer; and (5) shaping, namely shaping the adhesive tape and the sewn shirt through a shaping process. Preferably, the ready-made clothes parts comprise a collar, sleeves, cuffs, sleeve forks, a front bodice sheet, a rear bodice sheet and a door cylinder, and the shirt placket is bonded and pressed on at least the door cylinder and the collar through a lining pressing process. After baking and cold air blowing, the hand feeling of the shirt is soft and smooth like silk, the clothing process is accelerated, and the efficiency of a factory is greatly improved; and the shaping process can be matched with the mildew-proof antibacterial shirt fabric and the clamping ring fabric, so that the shirt has good mildew-proof antibacterial function and non-ironing function, almost no formaldehyde residue is left on the shirt, and the body and the environment are not influenced.
And furthermore, the fabric is a nano non-ironing fabric.

The process of the easy-care shirt with the mildew-proof antibacterial lining is described with reference to the attached drawings 1 to 4.
A process for producing a wash-and-wear shirt with a mildewproof and antibacterial interlining comprises a fabric, a shirt insert 10 with mildewproof and antibacterial effects and a collar insert; the process comprises the following steps:
cutting the fabric to form a ready-made clothes part;
the shirt placket 10 is bonded and pressed on the ready-made clothes part or part of the ready-made clothes part through a lining pressing process;
sewing, namely sewing the ready-made clothes part subjected to the fusible interlining treatment into a shirt along the seam 8, synchronously introducing the clamping ring insert during sewing, and pressing the clamping ring insert at the seam 8 by using a rubber strip 11 pressing and ironing process to form a rubber strip 11 with mildew-proof and antibacterial effects; the clamping ring comprises a cellulose reaction type strip-shaped binder substrate, wherein the cellulose reaction type strip-shaped binder substrate comprises an HDPE binder main body and a mildew-proof antibacterial layer;

The pressing and ironing process conditions of the adhesive tape 11 are 150-180 ℃, the time is 8-12 seconds, and the pressure is 2.5-3 KG. The main material develops this adhesive tape 11 pressure and scalds technological condition for HDEP in the cooperation adhesive tape 11 for HDEP makes HDEP melting effectual, makes the adhesive tape 11 that forms both have mould proof antibiotic effect, can keep leveling indeformable in seam crossing 8 again, prevents that seam crossing 8 from producing the fold. The shirt collar 10 comprises a cotton main body and a silver ion layer arranged on the surface layer of the main body, and the process conditions of the lining pressing process are 155-175 ℃ of temperature, 12-18 seconds of time and 2-3KG of pressure.
The mildew-proof antibacterial layer is a silver ion layer arranged on the surface layer of the HDPE binder main body. The antibacterial component of silver ion can destroy bacterial cell and inhibit the activity of cell enzyme to make cell lose reproduction ability and die, so as to obtain antibacterial effect.
The shaping process comprises the following process steps and process conditions:
sending the shirt sewn in the sewing step into a baking box, and carrying out primary drying under the conditions of temperature of 140-155 ℃ and humidity of 15-20%;

After baking and cold air blowing, the hand feeling of the shirt is soft and smooth like silk, the clothing process is accelerated, and the efficiency of a factory is greatly improved; and the shaping process can be matched with the mildew-proof antibacterial shirt placket 10 and the clamping ring placket, so that the shirt has good mildew-proof antibacterial function and non-ironing function, and meanwhile, the shirt almost has no formaldehyde residue, and does not affect the body and the environment.
The fabric is a nano non-ironing fabric.
The stitch length in the sewing step adopts 12-13 needles/3 CM.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a shirt manufactured according to the above-mentioned moldproof antibacterial shirt easy-care process comprises ready-made clothes parts, shirt panels 10 having moldproof antibacterial effect, and adhesive tapes 11, wherein the ready-made clothes parts are adhered and pressed with the shirt panels 10, the ready-made clothes parts are sewn together, and the adhesive tapes 11 are arranged at the seams 8 of the ready-made clothes parts and adhered to the ready-made clothes parts.
The ready-made clothes parts comprise a collar 2, sleeves 3, cuffs 4, sleeve forks 6, a front bodice 1, a rear bodice 7 and a door cylinder 5, and the shirt placket 10 is bonded and pressed on at least the door cylinder 5 and the collar 2 through a lining process. The door tube 5 and the collar 2 are common parts of the shirt, which are easy to breed bacteria, and the shirt placket 10 is stuck and pressed on the parts, so that the breeding of the bacteria of the shirt can be effectively prevented, and the materials of the shirt placket 10 can be saved.
The collar 2, the sleeves 3, the cuffs 4, the armholes 6, the front bodice piece 1, the back bodice piece 7 and the door cylinder 5 are sewn with one another to form a seam 8, and adhesive tapes 11 with mildew-proof and antibacterial effects are formed in the seam 8 according to the process, so that the manufactured shirt can be kept flat and free of ironing and has excellent mildew-proof and antibacterial effects.

cutting the fabric to form a ready-made clothes part;
the shirt lining is bonded and pressed on the ready-made clothes part or part of the ready-made clothes part through a lining pressing process;
sewing, namely sewing the ready-made clothes part subjected to the fusible interlining treatment into a shirt along the seam, synchronously introducing the clamping ring insert during sewing, and pressing and ironing the clamping ring insert at the seam by a rubber strip pressing and ironing process to form a rubber strip with mildew-proof and antibacterial effects; the clamping ring is a cellulose reaction type strip-shaped binder substrate, and the cellulose reaction type strip-shaped binder substrate comprises an HDPE binder main body and a mildew-proof antibacterial layer;
and (5) shaping, namely shaping the adhesive tape and the sewn shirt through a shaping process.
2. The process of claim 1, wherein said ready-to-wear garment components include collar, sleeves, cuffs, sleeve stays, front bodice, back bodice, and door cylinders, and said shirt panel is adhesively bonded to at least said door cylinders and collar by a process of interlining.

The process for producing a wash-and-wear shirt with a mold-proof and antibacterial lining as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the shirt panel comprises a cotton body and a silver ion layer disposed on the surface of the cotton body, and the process conditions of the padding process are 155-175 ℃, 12-18 seconds and 2-3KG of pressure.
4. The process for producing a wash-and-wear shirt with a mold-proof and antibacterial lining as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adhesive tape pressing process is carried out at a temperature of 150 ℃ and 180 ℃ for 8-12 seconds under a pressure of 2.5-3 KG.
5. The process for producing a mold and bacteria resistant lined easy-care shirt as recited in claim 1, wherein the mold and bacteria resistant layer is a silver ion layer disposed on the surface layer of the HDPE binder body.
6. The process for producing a mold-proof and antibacterial lined easy-care shirt as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sizing process comprises the following process steps and process conditions:
sending the shirt sewn in the sewing step into a baking box, and carrying out primary drying under the conditions of temperature of 140-155 ℃ and humidity of 15-20%;
ironing and shaping the shirt after primary drying by using a steam iron, wherein the ironing temperature is set to 145-160 ℃;
