Background
The pet food is a food specially provided for pets and small animals, and is a high-grade animal food between human food and traditional livestock and poultry feed.
At present, the manufacturing methods used in the pet food industry mainly include the following three methods: extrusion, oven baking and injection molding. The oven baking method is to slowly and gently bake the elastic dough after the elastic dough is converted into an independently formed product by a forming roller, and is suitable for pet food with a certain area but without high requirements on shape. For pet food with shape requirement, injection molding is generally adopted. The injection molding method is to use a porous mold, inject a molten fluid material into the mold by pressure, cool the material, and then release the mold.
However, in the current injection molding method, solid plastic is melted according to a certain melting point, and is injected into a mold at a certain speed under the pressure of an injection machine, and the mold is cooled through a water channel to solidify the plastic, so that a product which is the same as a designed mold cavity is obtained. The molten raw material is extremely slowly molded and easily damaged and deformed at the time of mold release, resulting in poor continuity and low productivity.

mixing and stirring the pre-cured raw materials, the nutritional auxiliary materials and the hot melt adhesive liquid uniformly, and kneading to prepare a semi-fluid material;
the temperature during the pre-curing treatment is 110-130 ℃, and the pre-curing treatment time is 3-6 minutes;
the hot melt adhesive is obtained by adding hot water of 60-80 ℃ into hot melt adhesive for dissolving and then heating in a water bath until the hot melt adhesive is completely melted;
the weight ratio of the hot melt adhesive to the precured raw material is 5-15%;
the weight of the hot water is 2.3-2.5 times of that of the hot melt adhesive;
the temperature of the water bath is 60-80 ℃.

s2-1, extruding the semifluid material at a second constant temperature to prepare a strip semifluid semi-finished product.
Preferably, the second constant temperature is 60 to 80 ℃. Illustratively, the second constant temperature is 60 deg.C, 65 deg.C, 70 deg.C, 75 deg.C, 80 deg.C, respectively, to maintain the semi-fluid stream in a semi-fluid state.
Specifically, the semi-fluid material obtained in step S1 is transferred to a dough extruding and cutting machine, and the semi-fluid material is extruded by the dough extruding and cutting machine to form a strip-shaped semi-fluid semi-finished product.
S2-2, cutting the strip-shaped semi-fluid semi-finished product to prepare the block-shaped semi-fluid semi-finished product.
Specifically, the bar-shaped semi-fluid semi-finished product obtained in step S2-1 is cut into small pieces of a predetermined size by using a rotary cutter. The rotary cutter adopts a driving device such as a motor to drive the rotary cutter to rotate and cut, so that the cutting speed is improved.
S3, pressing and molding the blocky semi-fluid semi-finished product and drying to obtain the pet food.
Specifically, step S3 includes the following substeps:
s3-1, conveying the blocky semi-fluid semi-finished product to a mould for filling, and pressing and molding under the pressure of 0.6-0.8MPa and the rotating speed of 25-30r/h to prepare a molded semi-fluid semi-finished product; the mould at least comprises a soft colloid mould.
Specifically, the block-shaped semi-fluid semi-finished product obtained in the step S2 is conveyed by a parallel conveyor to form a production line type conveying to improve the manufacturing continuity, and is pressed by a rotary tablet press. The die of the rotary tablet press adopts a metal disc die with a pouring gate arranged at the top, the pouring gate is uniformly distributed on the metal disc die, one lattice of products is pressed when one lattice is rotated, the pressure is 0.6-08MPa, the rotating speed is 25-30r/h, half of the whole metal disc die is filled, and half of the whole metal disc die is discharged, so that the purpose of continuous pressing is achieved. Can dismantle in the pouring gate and fill there is soft colloid mould, set up the opening that supplies to pour into a mould semifluid semi-manufactured goods on the soft colloid mould, semifluid semi-manufactured goods are poured into a mould soft colloid in by the briquetting of rotary tablet press, effectively solve the product because the draft is not enough and the unable condition of separating when the drawing of patterns. The soft rubber body mold is simple and convenient to manufacture and fine in simulation, and can adapt to the production of pet foods in different shapes by replacing different soft rubber bodies, so that the product appearance is more vivid, richer and more diverse.
S3-2, baking the formed semi-fluid semi-finished product at 50-60 ℃ for 20-25 hours to obtain the pet food.
Specifically, the molded semi-fluid semi-finished product prepared in step S3-1 is demolded from the soft rubber mold and taken out, and then transferred to a drying system for drying, preferably, in this embodiment, the semi-fluid semi-finished product is transferred to a drying room for slow and mild baking drying until the moisture content is less than or equal to 20%. Illustratively, the shaped semi-finished product is baked at 50 ℃ for 25 hours to obtain a pet food, or the shaped semi-finished product is baked at 60 ℃ for 20 hours to obtain a pet food, or the shaped semi-finished product is baked at 55 ℃ for 22 hours to obtain a pet food.
The embodiment provides a pet food manufacturing method, which is characterized in that mixture raw materials are pretreated to obtain a semi-fluid material, and the semi-fluid material is subjected to compression molding through a rotary tablet press, so that the semi-fluid material not only has fluidity and is convenient for compression molding, but also can solve the problems that the cooling time required by the fluid state is too long, the cooling molding cannot be completely performed during demolding, the deformation is easily damaged during demolding, the continuity is poor, and the productivity is low.
Example 2: in this embodiment, a pet food manufacturing apparatus is provided, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the apparatus at least includes:
the pretreatment system 10 is used for pretreating the mixture raw material to obtain a semi-fluid material;
the extrusion dividing system 20 is used for extruding and separating the semi-fluid material into blocky semi-fluid semi-finished products;
a rotary tabletting system 30 for compression moulding and drying the block-shaped semi-fluid semi-finished product to obtain pet food;
a drying system 40 for baking the shaped semi-finished product at 50-60 ℃ for 20-25 hours to obtain the pet food.
Specifically, the pretreatment system 10 includes:
a steam mixer 11 for pre-curing the mixture raw material to obtain a pre-cured raw material;
a constant temperature kneading mixer 12 for mixing and stirring the precured raw material, the nutritional auxiliary materials and the hot melt adhesive liquid uniformly, and kneading to prepare a semi-fluid material;
the extrusion division system 20 includes a dough extrusion divider 21;
the rotary tablet press system 30 includes:
a parallel conveyor 31 for conveying the block-shaped semi-fluid semi-finished product to a mold for filling;
and the rotary tablet press 32 is used for pressing and forming the semi-fluid semi-finished product under the pressure of 0.6-0.8MPa and the rotating speed of 25-30 r/h.
Specifically, the rotary tablet press comprises at least a rotary tablet press body and a disc die; the disc mold comprises a metal disc mold main body 321 and a soft colloid mold 323, wherein the top of the metal disc mold main body 321 is provided with a plurality of pouring gates 322, and the soft colloid mold 323 is detachably filled in the pouring gates 322 and is provided with an opening for pouring semi-fluid semi-finished products. The semi-fluid semi-finished product is poured into the soft rubber mold 323 and is pressed and formed by a rotary tablet press, so that the problem that the semi-fluid semi-finished product cannot be separated due to insufficient draft angle during demolding is effectively solved. The soft rubber body mold 323 is simple and convenient to manufacture and fine in simulation, and can adapt to the production of pet foods in different shapes by replacing different soft rubber bodies, so that the product appearance is more vivid, richer and more diverse. More specifically, the soft rubber mold 323 may be fixed in the pouring gate 322 in a clamped manner, and the shape of the inner cavity of the soft rubber mold 323 may be the same as or different from that of the inner cavity of the pouring gate 322, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The drying system 40 comprises in particular a drying chamber 41.
It should be noted that the apparatus in this embodiment is used for implementing the method provided in embodiment 1, and the specific implementation steps, process parameters and corresponding technical effects involved have been specifically described in embodiment 1, and specific reference is made to the description in embodiment 1, which is not described herein again.
It should be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments are only illustrative of the technical concepts and features of the present invention, and are intended to enable those skilled in the art to understand the contents of the present invention and implement the present invention, and not to limit the scope of the present invention. Claims (10)
1. A method of manufacturing a pet food, the method comprising the steps of:
pretreating the mixture raw material to obtain a semi-fluid material;
extruding and separating the semi-fluid material to prepare a blocky semi-fluid semi-finished product;
and pressing and molding the blocky semi-fluid semi-finished product and drying to obtain the pet food.
2. The method for manufacturing pet food as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pre-treating the mixture material to obtain a semi-fluid material comprises:
pre-curing the mixture raw material to obtain a pre-cured raw material; the mixture at least comprises meat powder, rice flour, starch, oil, yeast extract and water, and the weight ratio is as follows: 20-25%: 19-29%: 18-28%: 8-10%: 3-5%: 22 to 28 percent;
mixing and stirring the pre-cured raw materials, the nutritional auxiliary materials and the hot melt adhesive liquid uniformly, and kneading to prepare a semi-fluid material;
the temperature during the pre-curing treatment is 110-130 ℃, and the pre-curing treatment time is 3-6 minutes;
the hot melt adhesive is obtained by adding hot water of 60-80 ℃ into hot melt adhesive for dissolving and then heating in a water bath until the hot melt adhesive is completely melted;
the weight ratio of the hot melt adhesive to the precured raw material is 5-15%;
the weight of the hot water is 2.3-2.5 times of that of the hot melt adhesive;
the temperature of the water bath is 60-80 ℃.
3. The method for manufacturing pet food according to claim 2, wherein the steps of mixing and stirring the pre-cured raw material, the nutritional supplement and the hot melt adhesive solution uniformly and kneading the mixture to prepare the semi-fluid material specifically comprise:
mixing the pre-cured raw material with nutritional auxiliary materials and the hot melt adhesive solution, uniformly stirring and kneading at a first constant temperature to prepare the semi-fluid material;
the first constant temperature is 80-90 ℃.
4. The method for manufacturing pet food according to claim 1, wherein the step of extruding and separating the semi-fluid material into the semi-fluid semi-finished block specifically comprises:
extruding the semi-fluid material at a second constant temperature to prepare a strip semi-fluid semi-finished product;
cutting the strip-shaped semi-finished product to prepare the block-shaped semi-finished product;
the second constant temperature is 60-80 ℃.
5. The method for manufacturing pet food according to claim 1, wherein the step of pressing and drying the semi-fluid block semi-finished product to obtain the pet food specifically comprises the following steps:
conveying the massive semi-fluid semi-finished product to a mold for filling, and pressing and molding under the pressure of 0.6-0.8MPa and the rotating speed of 25-30r/h to prepare a molded semi-fluid semi-finished product;
baking the formed semi-fluid semi-finished product at 50-60 ℃ for 20-25 hours to obtain pet food;
the mould at least comprises a soft colloid mould.
6. A pet food manufacturing apparatus, characterized in that it comprises at least:
the pretreatment system is used for pretreating the mixture raw material to obtain a semi-fluid material;
the extrusion and separation system is used for extruding and separating the semi-fluid material into a blocky semi-fluid semi-finished product;
the rotary tabletting system is used for pressing, forming and drying the blocky semi-fluid semi-finished product to obtain pet food;
and the drying system is used for baking the formed semi-fluid semi-finished product at the temperature of 50-60 ℃ for 20-25 hours to obtain the pet food.
7. The pet food manufacturing apparatus of claim 6, wherein the pre-treatment system comprises:
the steam stirrer is used for pre-curing the mixture raw material to obtain a pre-cured raw material;
and the constant-temperature kneading stirrer is used for uniformly mixing and stirring the pre-cured raw materials, the nutritional auxiliary materials and the hot-melt adhesive liquid, and kneading the mixture to prepare a semi-fluid material.
8. The pet food manufacturing apparatus of claim 6, wherein the rotary tablet system comprises:
the parallel conveyor is used for conveying the blocky semi-fluid semi-finished product to a mold for filling;
a rotary tablet press, which is used for pressing and forming the semi-fluid semi-finished product under the pressure of 0.6-0.8MPa and the rotating speed of 25-30 r/h.
9. The pet food manufacturing apparatus of claim 8, wherein the rotary tablet press includes at least a rotary tablet press body and a disc die;
the disc mould comprises a metal disc mould main body and a soft colloid mould, wherein a plurality of pouring gates are formed in the top of the metal disc mould main body, and the soft colloid mould is detachably filled in the pouring gates and is provided with an opening for pouring semi-fluid semi-finished products.
10. The pet food manufacturing apparatus of claim 6, wherein the drying system includes a drying room.
