the SaaS layer is a financial asset transaction cloud platform based on a blockchain, and the transaction cloud platform comprises a user side asset transaction platform and a business side operation management platform; the asset transaction platform comprises a client center, an account center, a product and service center, a data center and an operation marketing center; the operation management platform comprises an operation management system, a risk monitoring management system and an operation maintenance monitoring management system; the asset transaction platform forms the blockchain composed of a supervision mechanism, an asset registration circulation mechanism, a personal transaction mechanism and an enterprise transaction mechanism of financial transactions, wherein the supervision mechanism in the blockchain coordinates the organization coordination, the asset registration circulation mechanism is responsible for, the transaction mechanisms participate together, a unified digital specification of financial assets and an intelligent contract of the financial assets are formulated, and the blockchain adopts a two-stage account mode to manage members of the transaction mechanisms;
