The invention has the following advantages: 1. the device is controlled by pure machinery, advanced electrical appliance control technology is avoided, failure risk existing in a severe seabed environment can cause failure of device control, two valve balls are arranged in parallel, when one valve ball fails due to sealing, the second valve ball can be started immediately, the whole device is guaranteed to continue to work effectively, and disaster accidents are avoided.
2. Adopt the quarter bend formula structure, in order to let the valve possess 90 and turn to the function, the space size of the minimize device and the quantity of accessory let a part act as a plurality of functions, can reduce the part of a turn, reduced the connection quantity of flange, also reduced the leakage point simultaneously.
3. The top-mounted type is adopted, the damaged sealing surface can be maintained on line without detaching the valve from the pipeline for maintenance, after the internal part is taken out, the blind plate can be temporarily sealed, and the valve can be used as the pipeline to continue circulating media.
4. The back of the valve seat is provided with a pair of wave springs to prevent the material from expanding at high temperature to block the valve seat and the valve ball, and the size of the expansion is automatically adjusted and eliminated, so that the control valve can normally operate in opening and closing actions.
5. The outer side surfaces of the first ball body, the second ball body and the valve seat are coated with chromium carbide hard alloy in supersonic speed, the HRC can reach more than 80, the bonding force with a substrate can reach more than 100MPa, the bonding force is firm, the valve seat is not easy to fall off, and the sealing service life can exceed more than 10 ten thousand times without leakage.
6. The valve body is a stainless steel integral forging valve body, the material structure is compact, no casting defect exists, and the reliability of sealing of the main body material is ensured.
7. The sealing ring is a special graphite sealing ring, the use temperature can reach more than 600 ℃, and the sealing is reliable and has no leakage.

Claims (10)

1. An angle type duplex ball valve for a nuclear submarine comprises a valve body (1) and is characterized in that a pipeline (23) is fixedly arranged inside the valve body (1), the pipeline (23) is a right-angle bent pipeline, and two ends of the pipeline (23) are respectively communicated with two adjacent surfaces of the valve body (1);
a first ball body (2) and a second ball body (3) are connected to the pipeline (23), a sealing ring (5) is arranged at the joint of each of the first ball body (2) and the second ball body (3) and the pipeline (23), and a first valve cover (9) and a second valve cover (8) are respectively arranged at the positions, corresponding to the first ball body (2) and the second ball body (3), of the upper end of the valve body (1);
the upper end of the first ball body (2) is fixedly provided with a first bearing (11) penetrating through the first valve cover (9), the upper end of the first bearing (11) is provided with a hydraulic oil cylinder (15), the hydraulic oil cylinder (15) is fixedly connected with the first valve cover (9) through a screw (20), the upper end of the second ball body (3) is fixedly provided with a second bearing (16) penetrating through the second valve cover (8), the upper end of the second bearing (16) is fixedly provided with a worm gear reduction box (19), the worm gear reduction box (19) is fixedly connected with the second valve cover (8) through the screw (20), a worm (21) is arranged on the worm gear reduction box (19), and the outer end of the worm (21) is fixedly provided with a rotating wheel (22).

The angle type duplex ball valve for the nuclear submarine according to claim 1, wherein: the ball valve is characterized in that valve seats (4) are fixedly arranged at the bottom ends of the first ball body (2) and the second ball body (3), spring seats (6) are fixedly arranged on the rear sides of the valve seats (4), and wave springs (7) which are symmetrically distributed are mounted on the spring seats (6).
3. The angle type duplex ball valve for the nuclear submarine according to claim 1, wherein: the second valve cover (8) and the first valve cover (9) are connected with the valve body (1) through a stud (12), and the upper end of the stud (12) is in threaded connection with a nut (13).

The angle type duplex ball valve for the nuclear submarine according to claim 1, wherein: the second valve cover (8) with first valve cover (9) all with the junction of valve body (1) is provided with winding pad (10), second valve cover (8) with the junction of second spheroid (3) is provided with thrust pad (14), first valve cover (9) with the junction of first spheroid (2) also is provided with thrust pad (14).

The angle type duplex ball valve for the nuclear submarine according to claim 1, wherein: the upper end connecting part of the second bearing (16) and the second valve cover (8) is provided with a packing (17), the upper end connecting part of the first bearing (11) and the first valve cover (9) is also provided with the packing (17), the upper end of the packing (17) is fixedly provided with a seasoning gland (18), and the packing (17) is graphite packing.
6. The angle type duplex ball valve for the nuclear submarine according to claim 2, wherein: the outer side surfaces of the first sphere (2), the second sphere (3) and the valve seat (4) are coated with chromium carbide hard alloy in a supersonic spraying mode.
7. The angle type duplex ball valve for the nuclear submarine according to claim 1, wherein: the sealing ring (5) is a special graphite sealing ring.
8. The angle type duplex ball valve for the nuclear submarine according to claim 1, wherein: the valve body (1) is a stainless steel integral forging valve body.
9. A use method of an angle type duplex ball valve for a nuclear submarine is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
step 1: when the pipeline connecting device is used, two ends of the pipeline (23) are respectively connected with the pipeline to be communicated in a sealing mode through the connecting piece, and after the connection is completed, whether the connection between the ball valve and the pipeline is correct or not and whether the ball valve is damaged or not are checked;
step 2: then the rotating wheel (22) is rotated anticlockwise, the rotating wheel (22) rotates to drive the worm (21) to rotate, then the worm gear reduction box (19) is driven to rotate along with the worm (21), the output end of the worm gear reduction box (19) drives the second ball body (3) to rotate 90 degrees, and a pipeline at the joint of the second ball body (3) and the pipeline (23) is communicated;
and step 3: then the hydraulic oil cylinder (15) is started, the hydraulic oil cylinder (15) drives the first ball body (2) to rotate, so that the pipeline (23) is completely communicated with the pipeline, and the medium is normally conveyed;
and 4, step 4: when the valve needs to be closed, the rotating wheel (22) is rotated clockwise to enable the second sphere (3) to rotate for 90 degrees to seal the pipeline (23) or the hydraulic oil cylinder (15) is started to drive the first sphere (2) to rotate for 90 degrees to seal the pipeline (23), and only one of the first sphere (2) and the second sphere (3) needs to be closed.
10. The use method of the angle type duplex ball valve for the nuclear submarine according to claim 9, wherein the angle type duplex ball valve comprises the following steps: when one of the first ball body (2) and the second ball body (3) fails to work due to sealing, the other ball can be started to continue to be used.
