一种能在河面上对荷叶和荷茎进行回收处理的装置,包括浮箱以及设置于所述浮箱中的枯叶储存腔,所述枯叶储存腔左端设有通过孔,所述通过孔内弹性设有压缩弹簧,所述压缩弹簧上固定设有格挡块,所述浮箱左端固定设有支撑板,所述支撑板上转动设有滚动轴,所述滚动轴上固定设有滚动轮,所述枯叶储存腔前后壁上转动设有左传送带轴,所述左传送带轴与所述滚动轴间通过连接皮带轮传动连接,本发明能先将枯萎的漂浮在河面上的荷叶进行排水收集,防止收集的荷叶内有枯萎的荷叶掺杂,本发明还能将未枯萎的荷叶和荷茎一同剪断后运至装置内,再对其进行荷叶与荷茎的分离,将荷叶放置在储存腔内,方便后续对荷叶的回收加工利用处理,将收益达到最大化。

背景技术
荷叶多生长于河面上,一般都伴随着荷花一起生长,荷叶数量远多于荷花,而只有荷花具有观赏性,当荷花凋零后荷叶在河面上聚集会导致影响河面形象,并且会吸收水下氧气,导致河面下的生物生长受到影响,目前对河面上荷叶的清除处理都是人工进行打捞,效率慢并且耗费人力,而荷叶具有药用价值,目前并不能对还未枯萎的荷叶进行收集进而利用,针对上述问题,本发明进行了改进。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能在河面上对荷叶和荷茎进行回收处理的装置,克服了上述的问题。

工作步骤为:将本装置置于水面上,螺旋电机55启动带动螺旋浆轴56、螺旋浆57转动推动浮箱10向左移动,驱动电机29启动带动驱动轴30转动,驱动轴30带动右传送带轴23转动通过带动传送带22传动左传送带轴19转动,左传送带轴19通过连接皮带轮16带动滚动轴14、滚动轮15转动,滚动轮15转动使其上的尖刺状针头一同转动将河面上漂浮的枯萎荷叶被扎起顺时针转动,尖刺状针头通过通过孔12与格挡块17碰撞将枯萎荷叶卡落在格挡块17右侧掉落至带动传送带22上,格挡块17由于压缩弹簧18弹回至原处与滚动轮15上的尖刺状针头反复碰撞使其上的枯萎荷叶均落至带动传送带22上,同时带动传送带22顺时针转动将枯萎的荷叶运至枯叶收集腔25内,同时驱动轴30转动带动驱动轮31转动带动推动连杆27、推动挤压块26左右运动将枯萎的荷叶挤压至左端,多余的水通过排水管20排至枯叶收集箱24外部,使得枯叶收集箱24能储放的枯萎荷叶量增多,浮箱10下方碰撞到荷茎后,剪断电机58启动通过剪断皮带轮59传动带动剪断轴60转动,剪断轴60转动使夹紧夹板62、剪断夹板63一起相对运动,剪断夹板63相对运动使剪断刀68相互碰撞将荷茎剪断,夹紧夹板62相对运动使夹紧软块67将荷茎夹紧,动力电机40启动带动动力齿轮41转动将移动齿条45、操作箱46向上带动,由于盘状棘轮42的作用动力锥齿轮44不转动,当荷叶在夹紧夹板62的带动下与浮箱10顶部碰撞后压力传感器32感应到,电动滑轨34启动带动滑块35、裁断板36向后运动将荷叶与荷茎分离,荷叶留在裁断板36、碰撞板65上,动力电机40反转一段时间,动力齿轮41带动移动齿条45向下运动一段距离,电动合叶38带动移动限位块37向右转动,压力传感器32感应到无压力后电动滑轨34启动带动滑块35、裁断板36运动至原处,荷叶由裁断板36上掉落至移动限位块37上端滑落至分隔板39左侧,动力电机40正转带动操作箱46向上运动使荷茎与移动限位块37上端圆弧面碰撞向右弯折运动至传动传送带47上,剪断电机58反转使夹紧夹板62相互分离放下荷茎,动力电机40反转带动动力齿轮41转动使移动齿条45、操作箱46运动回原处,同时动力电机40带动盘状棘轮42、动力锥齿轮44转动,动力锥齿轮44传动带动传动锥齿轮52转动,传动锥齿轮52带动联动转动轴50、联动转动齿轮51转动,联动转动齿轮51传动带动传动转动轴53、传动转动齿轮54转动,传动转动齿轮54通过传动皮带轮49传动带动传动传送带轴48转动,传动传送带轴48带动传动传送带47向右运动将荷茎运动至荷叶处理收集腔33向下延伸的底部储存。

1.一种能在河面上对荷叶和荷茎进行回收处理的装置,包括浮箱以及设置于所述浮箱中的枯叶储存腔,其特征在于:所述枯叶储存腔左端设有通过孔,所述通过孔内弹性设有压缩弹簧,所述压缩弹簧上固定设有格挡块,所述浮箱左端固定设有支撑板,所述支撑板上转动设有滚动轴,所述滚动轴上固定设有滚动轮,所述枯叶储存腔前后壁上转动设有左传送带轴,所述左传送带轴与所述滚动轴间通过连接皮带轮传动连接,所述左传送带轴右端转动设有右传送带轴,所述右传送带轴与所述左传送带轴间通过带动传送带传动连接,所述枯叶储存腔底部固定设有枯叶收集箱,所述枯叶收集箱内设有枯叶收集腔,所述枯叶收集箱左端固定设有排水管,所述排水管内设有单向阀,所述枯叶储存腔右端固定设有阻隔板,所述阻隔板左侧固定设有驱动电机,所述驱动电机上转动设有驱动轴,所述驱动轴与所述右传送带轴通过联动皮带轮传动连接,所述驱动轴上固定设有驱动轮,所述驱动轮上铰接设有推动连杆,所述推动连杆左端固定设有推动挤压块,所述推动挤压块、所述推动连杆左端均位于所述枯叶收集腔内,所述阻隔板右侧设有荷叶处理收集腔,所述阻隔板内固定设有电动滑轨,所述电动滑轨上设有能前后运动的滑块,所述滑块上固定设有裁断板,所述裁断板后端比较锋利,所述裁断板后方固定设有碰撞板,所述浮箱内固定设有压力传感器,所述压力传感器与所述电动滑轨电性连接,所述荷叶处理收集腔底部固定设有分隔板,所述分隔板上转动设有电动合叶,所述电动合叶上设有移动限位块,所述荷叶处理收集腔下方设有荷叶通过孔,所述荷叶处理收集腔后壁设有能上下移动的移动齿条,所述移动齿条能运动至所述荷叶处理收集腔外部,所述移动齿条下方固定连有操作箱,所述操作箱内设有操作腔,所述操作腔上固定设有剪断电机,所述剪断电机底部转动设有剪断轴,所述剪断轴上设有前后对称的夹紧夹板,所述夹紧夹板下方设有前后对称的剪断夹板,所述荷叶处理收集腔上壁固定设有动力电机,所述动力电机上转动设有动力轴,所述动力轴上固定设有动力齿轮,所述动力齿轮与所述移动齿条啮合,所述动力齿轮右端固定设有盘状棘轮,所述盘状棘轮右端固定设有动力锥齿轮,所述荷叶处理收集腔前后壁转动设有联动转动轴,所述联动转动轴上固定设有联动转动齿轮,所述联动转动齿轮前方固定设有传动锥齿轮,所述传动锥齿轮与所述动力锥齿轮啮合,所述联动转动轴右侧转动设有传动转动轴,所述传动转动轴上固定设有传动转动齿轮,所述传动转动齿轮与所述联动转动齿轮啮合,所述联动转动轴下方设有传动传送带,所述传动传送带右端设有传动传送带轴,所述传动传送带轴与所述传动转动轴通过传动皮带轮传动连接,所述荷叶处理收集腔右端下方为向下延伸的壳体,可用于储存分离出的荷茎。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种能在河面上对荷叶和荷茎进行回收处理的装置,其特征在于:所述滚动轮上设有多个尖刺状针头,所述滚动轮转动时尖刺状针头能将河面上漂浮的枯萎荷叶扎起,所述滚动轮转动一周后尖刺状针头与所述格挡块碰撞挤压所述压缩弹簧使枯萎的荷叶被所述格挡块卡住而留在所述格挡块右侧,尖刺状针头继续转动,所述压缩弹簧将所述格挡块顶起,反复运动使枯萎的荷叶被挑起后都能落于所述格挡块右侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种能在河面上对荷叶和荷茎进行回收处理的装置,其特征在于:所述剪断电机的轴与所述剪断轴间通过剪断皮带轮传动连接,每个所述夹紧夹板上均弹性设有挤压弹簧,所述挤压弹簧上均固定设有夹紧软块,每个所述剪断夹板上均固定设有剪断刀,所述夹紧夹板间的夹角小于所述剪断夹板间的夹角,使得所述剪断轴转动时所述夹紧夹板、所述剪断夹板同时相对运动夹紧,当所述剪断夹板相互碰撞时所述夹紧夹板上的所述夹紧软块相互碰撞,使得荷茎上方被所述夹紧软块夹紧时所述夹紧夹板将荷茎下方剪断。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种能在河面上对荷叶和荷茎进行回收处理的装置,其特征在于:所述浮箱右端固定设有螺旋电机,所述螺旋电机上转动设有螺旋浆轴,所述螺旋浆轴上固定设有螺旋浆,使得所述浮箱能在河面上运动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种能在河面上对荷叶和荷茎进行回收处理的装置,其特征在于:所述移动限位块上方为圆弧面,下方为斜坡,当荷叶与荷茎分离后荷叶留在所述裁断板上方,所述电动合叶转动带动所述移动限位块向右转动,荷叶能沿所述移动限位块下方斜坡落入所述分隔板左侧,荷茎碰撞到所述移动限位块上方圆弧面后转向向右移动至所述传动传送带上。
