Abstract

本发明提供了一种软包锂离子动力电池极耳激光焊接方法,包括以下步骤:A.将多个箔材通过超声波焊接在一起;B.将电芯极耳放在步骤A处理后的箔材的上表面;C.步骤B中电芯极耳和预焊后的箔材压紧贴合至没有缝隙;D.在电芯极耳上表面进行激光焊接,通过脉冲焊接,形成1排或者两排焊点;通过连续焊接,形成1条焊线。本发明有益效果:使用激光焊接,可以解决超声焊接目前存在的虚焊,焊裂,覆箔量不良等现象。

一种软包锂离子动力电池极耳激光焊接方法
技术领域
本发明属于锂离子动力电池极耳焊接技术领域,尤其是涉及一种软包锂离子动力电池极耳激光焊接方法。
背景技术
目前在锂离子软包芯包极耳焊接过程中,使用焊接方式采用的是超声波焊接,但超声波焊接箔材与极耳经常发生如下问题:焊接虚焊,焊透毛刺过大、拉力不足,覆箔量不稳定。这样就会造成电芯的电阻大,大电流充放电芯发热较大,而且对于电池包也有很大影响,经常发生车辆趴窝等现象,给电芯的制作和电池的使用都带来不良影响。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种软包锂离子动力电池极耳激光焊接方法,以解决上述问题的不足之处。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种软包锂离子动力电池极耳激光焊接方法,包括以下步骤:
A.将多层正极为铝箔材、负极为铜箔材的箔材通过超声波焊接在一起;
B.将正极为铝极耳、负极为铜极耳的电芯极耳放在步骤A处理后的箔材的上表面;
C.步骤B中电芯极耳和预焊后的箔材压紧贴合至没有缝隙;
D.在电芯极耳上表面进行激光焊接,如果通过脉冲焊接,则形成1排或者两排焊点;如果通过连续焊接,则形成1条焊线或者多条焊线。
进一步的,所述步骤A中超声波预焊的面积为3mm*40mm。
进一步的,所述步骤D中激光焊接为正离焦方式焊接。
进一步的,所述步骤D中使用脉冲焊接时,形成1排或者两排焊点,正极铝箔材每个焊点的直径为0.8-1mm,负极铜箔材每个焊点的直径约为0.8-1mm;使用连续焊接时,形成1条焊线,正极铝箔材焊线宽度为0.8-1.2mm,负极铜箔材每个焊线的宽度约为0.8-1.2mm。
进一步的,所述步骤D中激光焊接的焊线或者焊点与极耳胶的距离为1mm。
进一步的,所述正极铝箔材厚度为12um-25um,负极铜箔材为6um-10um。正极箔材和负极箔材的层数小于或等于60层。
进一步的,所述正极极耳的厚度为0.2mm-0.4mm,负极极耳的厚度为0.2mm-0.3mm,且电芯极耳数量为一片。
进一步的,所述步骤D中激光焊接时吹入氮气或氩气。
相对于现有技术,本发明所述的软包锂离子动力电池极耳激光焊接方法具有以下优势:
本发明所述的软包锂离子动力电池极耳激光焊接方法使用激光焊接技术,可以解决超声焊接目前存在的虚焊,焊裂,覆箔量不良等现象,同时,还避免超声波作为接触式焊接,焊头焊座的磨损非常严重,造成电芯制造成本高的问题,即节约制造成本。

需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
如图1所示,一种软包锂离子动力电池极耳激光焊接方法,包括以下步骤:
A.将多层正极为铝箔材、负极为铜箔材的箔材通过超声波焊接在一起;
B.将正极为铝极耳、负极为铜极耳的电芯极耳放在步骤A处理后的箔材的上表面;
C.步骤B中电芯极耳和预焊后的箔材压紧贴合至没有缝隙,使铝箔和铝极耳焊接,铜箔和铜极耳焊接;如有缝隙,则会发生电芯极耳烧穿等异常现象;
D.在电芯极耳上表面进行激光焊接,如果通过脉冲焊接,则形成1排或者两排焊点;如果通过连续焊接,则形成1条焊线或者多条焊线。
所述步骤A中超声波预焊的面积为3mm*40mm。
所述步骤D中激光焊接为正离焦方式焊接,形成比较大的熔深。
所述步骤D中使用脉冲焊接时,形成1排或者两排焊点,正极铝箔材每个焊点的直径为0.8-1mm,负极铜箔材每个焊点的直径约为0.8-1mm;使用连续焊接时,形成1条焊线,正极铝箔材焊线宽度为0.8-1.2mm,负极铜箔材每个焊线的宽度约为0.8-1.2mm。
所述步骤D中激光焊接的焊线或者焊点与极耳胶的距离为1mm,激光焊接不会烧伤极耳。
所述正极铝箔材厚度为12um-25um,负极铜箔材为6um-10um。正极箔材和负极箔材的层数小于或等于60层。
所述正极极耳的厚度为0.2mm-0.4mm,负极极耳的厚度为0.2mm-0.3mm,且电芯极耳数量为一片。
所述步骤D中激光焊接时吹入氮气或氩气,保护铜极耳和铝极耳不被氧化。
所述步骤D中采用光纤激光器进行焊接,品牌为IPG。
本实施例中,使用激光焊接,可以解决目前产线焊接质量问题,如虚焊、焊裂、覆箔量不良等;可以提升焊接线的效率,因为焊接激光焊接的时间约为0.5S左右。

1.一种软包锂离子动力电池极耳激光焊接方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A.将多层正极为铝箔材、负极为铜箔材的箔材通过超声波焊接在一起;
B.将正极极耳为铝极耳、负极极耳为铜极耳的电芯极耳放在步骤A处理后的箔材的上表面;
C.步骤B中电芯极耳和预焊后的箔材压紧贴合至没有缝隙;
D.在电芯极耳上表面进行激光焊接,如果通过脉冲焊接,则形成1排或者两排焊点;如果通过连续焊接,则形成1条焊线;
所述步骤D中使用脉冲焊接时,形成1排或者两排焊点,正极铝箔材每个焊点的直径为0.8-1mm,负极铜箔材每个焊点的直径为0.8-1mm;使用连续焊接时,形成1条焊线,正极铝箔材焊线宽度为0.8-1.2mm,负极铜箔材每个焊线的宽度为0.8-1.2mm;
所述正极铝箔材厚度为12um-25um,负极铜箔材为6um-10um;正极箔材和负极箔材的层数小于或等于60层;
