According to some embodiments of the present invention, the lid assembly 20 has a pressure relief hole 230, the pressure relief hole 230 communicates with the steam cavity 301 and the cooking cavity 12, and the lid assembly 200 of the cooking appliance further includes a pressure control device 40, wherein the pressure control device 40 is used for controlling the opening and closing of the pressure relief hole 230, so as to relieve the pressure and seal the cooking cavity 12.
In some embodiments, the steam valve 30 has a mounting opening 314 communicating with the steam chamber 301, the pressure control device 40 includes a pressure control sealing member 43 and a driving member 42, the pressure control sealing member 43 is disposed at the mounting opening 314, at least a portion of the pressure control sealing member 43 extends into the steam passage 210, so as to facilitate opening and closing of the pressure relief hole 230, and the driving member 42 is used for controlling the pressure control sealing member 43 to open and close the pressure relief hole 230. The pressure control device 40 is arranged on the steam valve 30, so that the modular design of the pressure control device 40 and the steam valve 30 is realized, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
In some examples, the mounting opening 314 is provided with a mounting seat 41 and a pressure control sealing member 43, the mounting seat 41 is press-fitted on the top of the pressure control sealing member 43, and the driving member 42 is provided on the mounting seat 41, so that the structure is simple, and the assembly and disassembly are convenient.
As shown in fig. 6, the driving member 42 includes an electromagnetic driving device 421, a reset elastic member 422 and a push rod 423, the electromagnetic driving device 421 is matched with the push rod 423, so that the push rod 423 is pushed to move by the electromagnetic driving device 421, the upper end of the push rod 423 has a limiting portion, the reset elastic member 422 is sleeved on the push rod 423, two ends of the reset elastic member 422 respectively abut against the electromagnetic driving device 421 and the limiting portion, and the push rod 423 resets by the reset elastic member 422.
Further, the lower end of the push rod 423 abuts against the pressure-controlling packing 43, thereby opening and closing the pressure-relief hole 230 with the pressure-controlling packing 43. Wherein, the pressure control sealing member 43 has a buffer chamber 431 with an open upper end therein, the top of the pressure control sealing member 43 has a buffer rib 432 surrounding the opening of the buffer chamber 431, and the lower end of the push rod 423 abuts against the buffer rib 432.
In some embodiments, the outer wall of the steam valve 30 is provided with a fixing portion 312, and the driving member 42 has a connecting portion 424 matched with the fixing portion 312.
For example, the outer wall of the valve seat 31 of the steam valve 30 is provided with at least two fixing portions 312 arranged at intervals, the fixing portions 312 form fixing columns, the connecting portions 424 form connecting lugs corresponding to the positions of the fixing columns, and the connecting lugs are provided with connecting holes, so that the steam valve 30 is fixedly mounted through connecting pieces penetrating through the connecting holes and the fixing columns.
As shown in fig. 8, in some examples, the outer wall surface of the steam valve 30 further has a reinforcement part 315 connected to the fixing part 312. Specifically, each fixing portion 312 forms a fixing column, a side peripheral wall of the fixing column is provided with a plurality of reinforcing portions 315 arranged at intervals, and by providing the reinforcing portions 315, the structural strength of the fixing portion 312 is enhanced, the valve seat 31 is prevented from being deformed, and the installation reliability of the steam valve 30 is further ensured.
In some embodiments, the outer wall surface of the steam valve 30 has a positioning rib 313, the positioning rib 313 surrounds the mounting opening 314, and the pressure control sealing member 43 has a positioning groove 430 matched with the positioning rib 313, so that the pressure control sealing member 43 can be pre-positioned, the anti-dropping effect can be realized, and the mounting reliability of the pressure control sealing member 43 is ensured.
In some embodiments, the outer wall surface of the steam valve 30 has a wire blocking member 322, and at least a portion of the wire blocking member 322 is located outside the driving member 42, thereby isolating the driving member 42 from the wire harness inside the pot cover assembly 20. In this embodiment, the wire blocking member 322 is formed at one side of the valve cover 32, and the wire blocking member 322 defines a channel, the upper end of the push rod 423 of the driving member 42 and the elastic return member 422 are located in the channel, and the wire blocking member 322 can play a role of protection, so as to prevent the wire harness in the lid assembly 20 from interfering with the push rod 423 and the elastic return member 422.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the pot lid assembly 200 of the cooking appliance further includes a vacuum pump 50 and an electromagnetic valve 60, the electromagnetic valve 60 is connected between the vacuum pump 50 and the air exhaust hole for controlling the on/off of the air flow between the vacuum pump 50 and the air exhaust hole, and the vacuum pump 50 can exhaust the cooking cavity 12 into a negative pressure state, so as to achieve negative pressure cooking and negative pressure heat preservation.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the cooking appliance 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a pot cover assembly 200 of the cooking appliance according to the above-described embodiment. Specifically, cooking utensil 100 further includes a pan body 10, pan body 10 includes an inner pan 11, inner pan 11 defines an open-top cooking chamber 12, and lid assembly 200 of the cooking utensil is pivotably disposed on the top of pan body 10 between an open position and a closed position.
Since the cooking appliance 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention has the above technical effects, the cooking appliance 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention also has the above technical effects, that is, the cooking appliance 100 of the present application has an attractive appearance, a good overall appearance visual effect, and a good anti-overflow function.

Claims (12)

1. A lid assembly for a cooking appliance, comprising:
the cooker cover assembly comprises an inner cover and a face cover arranged above the inner cover, and the face cover is provided with an exhaust port;
the steam valve is arranged between the inner cover and the face cover, a steam cavity is defined in the steam valve, the steam valve is provided with a steam inlet and a steam outlet which are communicated with the steam cavity, and the steam outlet corresponds to the exhaust port in position and is communicated with the exhaust port;
a heater disposed outside the steam valve and extending in a circumferential direction of the steam inlet.
2. The lid assembly of a cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the heating element has a power density of 20W/m to 50W/m; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the distance between the heating element and at least a portion of the inner wall surface of the steam valve at the steam inlet is 8mm-25 mm.
3. The lid assembly of a cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the steam valve includes a valve seat and a valve cover disposed over the valve seat,
the valve seat and the valve cover are integrally formed; or the like, or, alternatively,
the valve seat and the valve cover are formed separately, and the valve seat and the valve cover are connected in a clamping mode or in a threaded mode; or the like, or, alternatively,
the steam outlet is formed on the valve cover, an outer convex ring surrounding the steam outlet is arranged on the outer surface of the valve cover, and the outer convex ring is inserted into the exhaust port.
4. The pot cover assembly of a cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the inner cover has a steam passage, the steam inlet communicating with the steam passage,
and a lower sealing ring is arranged between the bottom of the steam valve and the inner cover and used for sealing a gap between the steam valve and the inner cover.
5. The pot cover assembly of the cooking appliance according to claim 4, wherein the upper surface of the inner cover has a first annular groove surrounding the steam passage, the lower sealing ring is provided at the steam passage and the lower sealing ring has an annular rib engaged with the first annular groove; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the lower sealing ring comprises an installation part and a sealing part, the installation part is arranged between the steam valve and the inner cover, and the longitudinal section of the sealing part forms a bent shape; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the inner peripheral wall of the lower sealing ring is provided with a supporting table and a guide inclined plane positioned above the supporting table, and the bottom of the steam valve is inserted into the lower sealing ring and supported on the supporting table.
6. The lid assembly of a cooking appliance as claimed in claim 5, wherein the lid assembly further comprises a cover plate assembly disposed below the inner lid, an upper end of the lower sealing ring is installed between the steam valve and the inner lid, a lower end of the lower sealing ring abuts against the cover plate assembly, and a lower end of the lower sealing ring has a reinforcing rib.
7. The lid assembly of a cooking appliance of claim 6, wherein the lid assembly further comprises an insulation seat plate located between the inner lid and the cover plate assembly,
the lower surface of the inner cover is provided with a second annular groove surrounding the steam channel, the heat preservation seat plate is provided with a avoiding hole avoiding the steam channel, and the hole edge of the avoiding hole forms a bending rib matched with the second annular groove.
8. The lid assembly of the cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the lid assembly has a pressure relief hole communicating with the steam chamber and the cooking chamber of the cooking appliance, and further comprising a pressure control device for controlling the opening and closing of the pressure relief hole.
9. The lid assembly of a cooking appliance of claim 8, wherein the steam valve has a mounting port in communication with the steam chamber, the pressure control device comprising:
the pressure control sealing element is arranged at the mounting opening, and at least one part of the pressure control sealing element extends into the steam channel to open and close the pressure relief hole;
and the driving piece is used for controlling the pressure control sealing piece to open and close the pressure relief hole.
10. The lid assembly of claim 9, wherein the outer wall of the steam valve is provided with a fixing portion, and the driving member has a connecting portion engaged with the fixing portion; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the outer wall surface of the steam valve is provided with a positioning rib surrounding the mounting opening, and the pressure control sealing piece is provided with a positioning groove matched with the positioning rib; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the outer wall surface of the steam valve is provided with a wire blocking piece, and at least one part of the wire blocking piece is positioned on the outer side of the driving piece so as to separate the driving piece from a wire harness in the pot cover assembly.
11. The lid assembly of a cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the steam inlet is formed at a bottom of the steam valve and the steam outlet is formed at a top of the steam valve; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the length of the steam outlet is 20mm-140mm, and the width of the steam outlet is 1.5mm-15 mm; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the size of the steam inlet in a first direction is 20mm-190mm, and the size of the steam inlet in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction is 10mm-190 mm; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the steam inlet forms a half-moon shape; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
at least one part of the inner side wall surface of the steam valve extends from top to bottom to the center position in the steam cavity; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the bent part of the inner wall surface of the steam valve forms a smooth curved surface; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the flow area of the steam inlet is 200mm2-36100mm2(ii) a And/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the steam inlet forms a constriction relative to a cross-sectional area of the steam chamber.
12. A cooking appliance comprising the pot cover assembly of the cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1-11.
