in one embodiment, the adaptive circuit 104 includes a seventh switching tube Q7, an eighth switching tube Q8, a ninth switching tube Q9, a tenth switching tube Q10, an eleventh switching tube Q11, and a second amplifier AM 2.
Specifically, the gate of the seventh switching tube Q7 and the gate of the eighth switching tube Q8 are both connected to the audio power amplifier circuit 103, the source of the seventh switching tube Q7 and the source of the eighth switching tube Q8 are both connected to the drain of the ninth switching tube Q9, the drain of the ninth switching tube Q9 is connected to the gate of the ninth switching tube Q9 and the gate of the tenth switching tube Q10, the source of the ninth switching tube Q9 is connected to the source of the tenth switching tube Q10, the drain of the tenth switching tube Q10 is connected to the source of the eleventh switching tube Q11 and the input of the second amplifier AM2, and the output of the second amplifier AM2 is connected to the power supply circuit 102.
The second-level signal in the audio power amplifier circuit 103 is collected through the grid of the seventh switch tube Q7 and the grid of the eighth switch tube Q8, when the amplitude of the second-level signal is larger than a set threshold value, the power supply circuit 102 is triggered through the output end of the second amplifier AM2 to switch to a boosting mode, and the proportion of the R1 to the R2 is adjusted, so that the size of the output power supply voltage is adjusted, and the output of the power amplifier signal is ensured.
The present application provides in a second aspect an audio device comprising an audio load; and the audio power amplifier integrated circuit.
Wherein the audio load may be a multimedia device. The audio power amplifier integrated circuit is used for amplifying the audio signal output by the audio source so as to drive the audio load.
It should be noted that the audio device is added with the audio load 101 on the basis of the audio power amplifier integrated circuit, so that the functional description and the principle description of the power circuit 102, the audio power amplifier circuit 103 and the adaptive circuit 104 of the audio power amplifier integrated circuit may refer to the embodiments of fig. 1 to 9, and are not repeated herein.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects: according to the audio power amplifier integrated circuit and the audio equipment, the audio power amplifier circuit 103 is arranged to amplify an audio signal, the power supply circuit 102 is arranged to provide power supply voltage for the audio power amplifier circuit 103, the adaptive circuit 104 is arranged to sample the audio signal, and when the amplitude of the audio signal is larger than a set threshold value, the power supply voltage is increased, so that the effect of improving the driving capability of the audio load 101 is achieved; according to the application, the power circuit 102 and the audio power amplifier circuit 103 are integrated in a single chip, the output of larger power can be realized only by supplying power by a single power supply in the application process, the amplitude of a signal can be detected, the dynamic adjustment of power amplifier driving voltage and sound breaking prevention control output gain are realized, the hearing feeling is comfortable, and the application is widely applied to high-power output portable multimedia products.

Claims (10)

1. An audio power amplifier integrated circuit for amplifying an audio signal output by an audio source to drive an audio load, the audio power amplifier integrated circuit comprising:
a power supply circuit for outputting a supply voltage;
the audio power amplifier circuit is connected with the power supply circuit and the audio load and is used for receiving the power supply voltage, working and amplifying the audio signal and then outputting the power amplifier signal to drive the audio load; and
and the self-adaptive circuit is connected with the power supply circuit and the audio power amplifier circuit and is used for sampling the audio signal and increasing the power supply voltage when the amplitude of the audio signal is greater than a set threshold value.
2. The audio power amplifier integrated circuit of claim 1, further comprising:
and the anti-sound-breaking control circuit is connected with the audio power amplifier circuit and is used for detecting the audio signal and adjusting the gain of the audio signal when the amplitude of the audio signal is greater than a preset amplitude so as to ensure that the amplitude of the audio signal is less than or equal to the preset amplitude.
3. The audio power amplifier integrated circuit of claim 1, further comprising:
and the protection circuit is connected with the power circuit and the audio load and is used for cutting off the output of the power circuit when the audio load is subjected to overcurrent and/or overtemperature.
4. The audio power amplifier integrated circuit of claim 1, wherein the audio power amplifier circuit comprises:
the pre-stage amplification circuit is used for receiving the audio signal, pre-amplifying the audio signal and outputting a secondary signal;
the gain amplification circuit is connected with the pre-stage amplification circuit and is used for performing gain amplification on the secondary signal and outputting a gain signal; and
and the power output circuit is connected with the gain amplifying circuit, the power supply circuit and the audio load and is used for receiving the gain signal and outputting the power amplifying signal.
5. The audio power amplifier integrated circuit of claim 1, wherein the power circuit comprises a power chip, a first switch tube, a first adjustable resistor and a second adjustable resistor;
the power chip is connected with the grid electrode of the first switch tube, the drain electrode of the first switch tube is connected with the anode of the diode, the cathode of the diode is connected with the first end of the first capacitor and the first end of the first adjustable resistor, the cathode of the diode is also connected with the audio power amplification circuit, the second end of the first capacitor is grounded, the second end of the first adjustable resistor is connected with the first end of the second adjustable resistor, the common end of the first adjustable resistor and the second adjustable resistor is connected with the power chip, the second end of the second adjustable resistor is grounded, and the source electrode of the first switch tube is grounded.
6. The audio power amplifier integrated circuit of claim 2, wherein the anti-mute control circuit comprises:
the detection circuit is connected with the audio power amplification circuit and is used for detecting the amplitude of the audio signal;
and the regulating and controlling circuit is connected with the detecting circuit and the audio power amplifying circuit and is used for regulating the gain of the audio signal according to the amplitude of the audio signal.
7. The audio power amplifier integrated circuit of claim 6, wherein the detection circuit comprises a first comparator and a control chip;
the in-phase end of the first comparator is connected with the regulating and controlling circuit, the out-phase end of the first comparator is connected with the audio power amplifier circuit, the output end of the first comparator is connected with the control chip, and the control chip is connected with the regulating and controlling circuit.

The audio power amplifier integrated circuit of claim 7, wherein the regulation circuit comprises a second switching tube, a third switching tube, a fourth switching tube, a fifth switching tube, a sixth switching tube, a second capacitor, a third capacitor, a fourth capacitor, a second comparator, a third comparator, a first amplifier, a first resistor, a second resistor, a third resistor, a fourth resistor, a fifth resistor, and a sixth resistor;
the grid electrode of the second switch tube, the grid electrode of the third switch tube, the grid electrode of the fourth switch tube and the grid electrode of the fifth switch tube are all connected with the control chip, the source electrode of the second switch tube is connected with the in-phase end of the first comparator, the drain electrode of the second switch tube is connected with the drain electrode of the third switch tube and the source electrode of the fourth switch tube, the source electrode of the third switch tube is grounded, the drain electrode of the fourth switch tube is connected with the source electrode of the fifth switch tube and the first end of the second capacitor, the second end of the second capacitor is grounded, the drain electrode of the fifth switch tube is connected with the in-phase end of the second comparator and the in-phase end of the third comparator, the output end of the second comparator and the output end of the third comparator are both connected with the input end of the first amplifier, and the output end of the first amplifier is connected with the grid electrode of the sixth switch tube, the drain electrode of the sixth switch tube is connected with the second end of the first resistor and the first end of the second resistor, the first end of the first resistor is connected with the audio power amplifier circuit, the second end of the second resistor is connected with the first end of the third resistor and the first end of the fourth capacitor, the second end of the third resistor is connected with the audio power amplifier circuit, the source electrode of the sixth switch tube is connected with the second end of the fourth resistor and the first end of the fifth resistor, the first end of the fourth resistor is connected with the audio power amplifier circuit, the second end of the fifth resistor is connected with the second end of the fourth capacitor and the first end of the sixth resistor, and the second end of the sixth resistor is connected with the audio power amplifier circuit.
9. The audio power amplifier integrated circuit according to claim 1, wherein the adaptive circuit comprises a seventh switching tube, an eighth switching tube, a ninth switching tube, a tenth switching tube, an eleventh switching tube and a second amplifier;
the grid electrode of the seventh switch tube and the grid electrode of the eighth switch tube are both connected with the audio power amplifier circuit, the source electrode of the seventh switch tube and the source electrode of the eighth switch tube are both connected with the drain electrode of the ninth switch tube, the drain electrode of the ninth switch tube is connected with the grid electrode of the ninth switch tube and the grid electrode of the tenth switch tube, the source electrode of the ninth switch tube is connected with the source electrode of the tenth switch tube, the drain electrode of the tenth switch tube is connected with the source electrode of the eleventh switch tube and the input end of the second amplifier, and the output end of the second amplifier is connected with the power circuit.
10. An audio device, comprising:
an audio load; and
the audio power amplifier integrated circuit of any one of claims 1-9 configured to amplify an audio signal output by an audio source to drive the audio load.
