本发明涉及设备故障预警技术领域,具体为基于远程控制的高电压设备故障预警***。
背景技术
变电站,改变电压的场所,为了把发电厂发出来的电能输送到较远的地方,必须把电压升高,变为高压电,到用户附近再按需要把电压降低,这种升降电压的工作靠变电站来完成,变电站的主要设备是开关和变压器,按规模大小不同,小的称为变电所,变电站大于变电所,变电所指的一般是电压等级在110kV以下的降压变电站,变电站包括各种电压等级的“升压、降压”变电站。
目前变电站的高压设备在使用中,因各种情况而产生故障,一旦出现故障会导致变电站停止工作,造成断电的现象,且设备故障前一段时间某些异常如放电信号接点温度和裂纹等会逐渐增大的特点,为此我那提出了基于远程控制的高电压设备故障预警***。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述不足,本发明提供了基于远程控制的高电压设备故障预警***。
本发明提供如下技术方案:基于远程控制的高电压设备故障预警***,包括模拟量采集器、无线通信管理机、全景摄像头、视频采集器、预警***和监控中心;
全景摄像头与视频采集器通讯连接,且视频采集器与监控中心通讯连接;
模拟量采集器与无线通信管理机通讯连接,且无线通信管理机与监控中心通讯连接;
预警***与监控中心通讯连接;
监控中心包括服务器、监控客户机、解码器、预警主机、电视墙和CAN总线,服务器、监控客户机、解码器和预警主机分别与CAN总线通讯连接,且解码器与电视墙通讯连接;
视频采集器、无线通信管理机和预警***均与CAN总线通讯连接;
预警***包括天线传感器、数据采集模块、数据处理模块和数据分析模块,天线传感器与数据采集模块通讯连接,数据采集模块和数据处理模块通讯连接,数据处理模块和数据分析模块通讯连接。
优选的,模拟量采集器主要采集各母线的电压,电流和电压值的电源线,馈线电压和功率,频率值,电流值、相位,除此之外直流电源电压、变压器的油温、变电站的室温以及电压和功率。
优选的,预警主机通过实时接收上传的各种模拟量、开关量及视频图像信号,分类存储各类信息并进行分析、计算、判断、统计和其它处理,通过对监测对象设置不同的门槛值和智能分析,对变电站环境参数、设备状态进行实时监测,实现越限报警、事故预警及隐患定位,当变电站发生事故、故障、越限事件时,在视频的条件下,能主动推报警画面,画面闪烁,进行语音告警,文字告警。
优选的,CAN总线由PC机、CAN网络节点和中继节点组成,以现场总线协议的总线技术为标准,以便在不同的地方放置不同厂家的设备,不同用途功能的测量控制仪表相互连接形成区域通讯网络,组成了多变量、多向、总线式结构的全数字化通信。
优选的,多个全向天线传感器组成传感器阵列,对变电站空间内的超高频电磁波信号进行实时监测,当有局放信号产生时,天线阵列可分别接收到局放源激发的超高频电磁波信号,这些超高频电磁波信号经放大滤波处理后送人超高速数据采集模块。
优选的,数据采集模块同步采样各个通道数据并按照规定的格式存储。
优选的,数据处理模块主要完成背景干扰抑制、时延序列获取功能。
优选的,数据分析模块主要包括局放信号识别及归类、时延自适应补偿、定位计算功能,最终确定局放源的三维空间坐标,并在变电站可视化三维空间视图中显示,对可能的故障设备进行预警。
优选的,服务器通过基站与客户端通讯连接,客户端通过APP登录服务器,并远程对监控中心进行控制。
与现有技术对比,本发明具备以下有益效果:
该基于远程控制的高电压设备故障预警***,利用预警主机对母线的电压,电流和电压值的电源线,馈线电压和功率,频率值,电流值,相位,除此之外直流电源电压、变压器的油温、变电站的室温以及电压和功率进行检测,一旦发生异常便会就那些预警,配合预警***对异常如放电信号进行检测,及时发现这些较大的异常信号,并对可能发生故障的设备提前预警,及时进行维护处置,能有效防止重大设备故障和停电事故的发生。

模拟量采集器:主要用于采集包括各母线的电压,电流和电压值的电源线,馈线电压和功率,频率值,电流值,相位,除此之外直流电源电压、变压器的油温、变电站的室温以及电压和功率。
监控中心包括服务器、监控客户机、解码器、预警主机、电视墙和CAN总线,服务器、监控客户机、解码器和预警主机分别与CAN总线通讯连接,且解码器与电视墙通讯连接;
服务器通过基站与客户端通讯连接,客户端通过APP登录服务器,并远程对监控中心进行控制。

预警***与监控中心通讯连接;
监控中心包括服务器、监控客户机、解码器、预警主机、电视墙和CAN总线,服务器、监控客户机、解码器和预警主机分别与CAN总线通讯连接,且解码器与电视墙通讯连接;
视频采集器、无线通信管理机和预警***均与CAN总线通讯连接;
预警***包括天线传感器、数据采集模块、数据处理模块和数据分析模块,天线传感器与数据采集模块通讯连接,数据采集模块和数据处理模块通讯连接,数据处理模块和数据分析模块通讯连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于远程控制的高电压设备故障预警***,其特征在于:模拟量采集器主要采集各母线的电压,电流和电压值的电源线,馈线电压和功率,频率值,电流值、相位,除此之外直流电源电压、变压器的油温、变电站的室温以及电压和功率。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基于远程控制的高电压设备故障预警***,其特征在于:预警主机通过实时接收上传的各种模拟量、开关量及视频图像信号,分类存储各类信息并进行分析、计算、判断、统计和其它处理,通过对监测对象设置不同的门槛值和智能分析,对变电站环境参数、设备状态进行实时监测,实现越限报警、事故预警及隐患定位,当变电站发生事故、故障、越限事件时,在视频的条件下,能主动推报警画面,画面闪烁,进行语音告警,文字告警。
4.根据权利要求1所述的基于远程控制的高电压设备故障预警***,其特征在于:CAN总线由PC机、CAN网络节点和中继节点组成,以现场总线协议的总线技术为标准,以便在不同的地方放置不同厂家的设备,不同用途功能的测量控制仪表相互连接形成区域通讯网络,组成了多变量、多向、总线式结构的全数字化通信。
5.根据权利要求1所述的基于远程控制的高电压设备故障预警***,其特征在于:多个全向天线传感器组成传感器阵列,对变电站空间内的超高频电磁波信号进行实时监测,当有局放信号产生时,天线阵列可分别接收到局放源激发的超高频电磁波信号,这些超高频电磁波信号经放大滤波处理后送人超高速数据采集模块。
6.根据权利要求1所述的基于远程控制的高电压设备故障预警***,其特征在于:数据采集模块同步采样各个通道数据并按照规定的格式存储。
