综合智慧能源管理***是以大数据、物联网、移动互联网技术等为支撑的大型开放式能源管理服务平台,采用分层分布式结构,借助云数据中心,对电、热(冷)、气等多种能源的生产、输送、消费等各类信息进行智能处理,对整个能源***进行监控和管理。
实现节能环保是贯彻可持续发展战略的重要一环。在现有的供电网络中,缺少数字化监控和智能化组网远程管理功能,无法对用电终端的用电量和全网的实时用电量进行监测,也无法实现根据实时的用电量对应整个电网的设备进行监控。因此,如何实现在监测每条线路是否使用正常的同时,方便控制和调节各供电线路上用电设备的用电量,达到节能环保的目的,是本领域亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足之处,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种电力能源信息化管理***。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种电力能源信息化管理***,包括远程监控中心、供电设备、能源管控装置、多个用电终端和智能电表,所述供电设备通过电网连接所述用电终端,每个所述用电终端安装一个所述智能电表,所述供电设备设置有所述能源管控装置,所述能源管控装置通过网络连接各个智能电表;所述能源管控装置还通过网络连接远程监控中心,通过所述远程监控中心进行远程监控和数据的传送。
所述能源管控装置包括中央处理器,所述中央处理器用于接收所述远程监控中心发送的监控指令并转发给所述智能电表,同时接收所述智能电表传输的监测参数和报警信号,将所述监测参数上报给所述远程监控中心,并对所述报警信号进行分析判断,在判断为需要上报时生成上报信号,将所述上报信号传输给所述远程监控中心,同时生成操作指令,若判断不需上报则解除该报警信号,所述操作指令用于控制配电柜与所述用电终端线路的供电电源的开和关。
所述能源管控装置还包括与所述中央处理器连接的数据存储模块、电力线载波通信模块、无线通信模块、GPRS通信模块、以太网接口模块、交流接触器驱动模块、实时时钟模块、按键输入模块和液晶显示模块;
所述数据存储模块用于数据存储和管理;所述GPRS通信模块用于与所述远程监控中心进行GPRS通信;所述以太网接口模块用于接入网络与所述远程监控中心进行通信;所述电力线载波通信模块用于通过电力线与所述用电终端进行交互;所述无线通信模块用于通过无线通信协议与所述用电终端进行交互;所述交流接触器驱动模块用于接收所述操作指令并控制配电柜与用电终端线路的供电电源的开和关;所述实时实钟模块用于记录每个用电终端产生的事件时间点,还用于设置时间定时任务;所述按键输入模块用于本地控制及输入配置参数,所述液晶显示模块用于本地操作时的人机显示界面。

3、本发明中的电力线载波通信和无线通信技术共存的双模通信网络,保证了网络内设备间的组网及通信成功率;
4、本发明结构简单,成本低廉,节省电力资源,运维信息化,应用范围也较为广泛。

如图1所示,一种电力能源信息化管理***,包括远程监控中心1、供电设备6和多个用电终端4,所述供电设备6与多个用电终端4间通过电网连接,各个用电终端4均安装有智能电表5,所述供电设备6设置有能源管控装置7,所述能源管控装置7通过网络连接各个用电终端4安装的智能电表5,所述供电设备6还通过网络连接远程监控中心1,通过远程监控中心1进行远程监控和数据的传送。
如图2所示,所述能源管控装置7包括有中央处理器8,中央处理器8接收所述远程监控中心1发送的监控指令后发送给所述用电终端4,中央处理器8还用于接收所述用电终端4传输的监测参数和报警信号进行分析判断(对报警信号与预设的报警等级进行对比,判断是否需要上报),在判断为需要上报时生成一上报信号并传输给所述远程监控中心1,同时生成一操作指令并传输出去,若判断不需上报时解除该报警信号;所述中央处理器8分别与数据存储模块9、电力线载波通信模块10、无线通信模块11、GPRS通信模块12、以太网接口模块13、交流接触器驱动模块14、实时实钟模块15、按键输入模块16和液晶显示模块17连接,所述数据存储模块9用于数据存储和管理,所述GPRS通信模块12用于与所述远程监控中心1进行GPRS通信,所述以太网接口模块13用于接入网络和所述远程监控中心1进行通信,所述电力线载波通信模块10用于通过电力线与所述用电终端4进行交互,所述无线通信模块11用于通过无线通信协议与所述用电终端4进行交互,所述交流接触器驱动模块14用于接收所述操作指令控制配电柜与用电终端4线路的供电电源的开和关,所述实时实钟模块15用于记录每个用电终端4产生的事件时间点,也用于设置不同时间定时任务,所述按键输入模块16用于本地控制及输入配置参数,所述液晶显示模块17用于本地操作时的人机显示界面。
