In the field of helmet display, a head display image source is the most core component of a head display system for completing photoelectric information conversion, and a stable and reliable image source is provided for the head display system. With the continuous revolution of display technology, the development direction of the helmet display system will show the trend of integration and light-weight. In view of the practical application of helmets when worn by a human body, users expect that the weight of the helmet display product should be as light as possible to enhance the wearing comfort of the user. The neck discomfort of the user caused by the heavy weight of the head display system is a common problem of the active helmet. Considering the actual use function requirement of the helmet display system and the requirement of the strength of the helmet, a more concise design scheme of the helmet display system is adopted to reduce the weight of the helmet. The lightweight head portrait image source product structural design and the simple image source architecture design can effectively reduce the overall weight of the head display system.
Currently, the structure of most head display sources is composed of a display head assembly 1 and a display driving assembly 6. The two components are connected by a flexible connecting belt 2. If the housing structure of the display driving assembly 6 is omitted, the flexible connecting band 2 can be made narrower and lighter due to the integration of the driving circuit board 14 in the display head assembly 1, and the weight and volume of the whole product are reduced. The flexible connecting belt 2 is designed into a narrow-band-shaped and flat flexible connecting belt 2, and is connected with the driving circuit board 14 and the user connector 3 to realize the electrical connection of products. The flat flexible connecting belt 2 has smaller space requirement, generally has the thickness not more than 1mm, and is more suitable for the connection, installation and fixation of helmet display products.
