Abstract
The invention relates to a non-contact IC card for playing audio and a control method thereof, comprising an IC card chip, a power circuit, an antenna, a voice chip which can send out preset audio in an analog signal mode, an amplifying circuit which can process the analog signal of the audio preset by the voice chip, a loudspeaker and a battery, wherein the IC card chip is connected with the antenna; the voice chip is connected with the amplifying circuit, the antenna and the battery; the loudspeaker is connected with the amplifying circuit; the power circuit is connected with the battery and the amplifying circuit, the non-contact IC card plays a section of designated audio when in card swiping transaction, and the voice chip supports maximum 80-second-duration audio storage. The invention can play a section of appointed audio when using the IC card to swipe the card for transaction, and is used for playing the prompting voice of the content or product advertisement propaganda, thereby ensuring that both parties of the transaction can confirm the success of the card swiping transaction or prompt and inform the information related to the card swiping content.

The invention relates to a non-contact IC card, in particular to a non-contact IC card for playing audio and a control method.
Background
Before the invention is made, the non-contact IC card in the current market can not play the established audio when the card is swiped, and can not determine the content of the swiped card or the advertising generated by the swiping card.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a non-contact IC card for playing audio and a control method, which can play a section of specified audio when IC card is used for card swiping transaction for playing prompt voice of contents or product advertisement propaganda, wherein a voice chip supports audio storage with the maximum time of 80 seconds, and can meet the requirements of various use scenes; therefore, the two transaction parties can confirm that the card swiping transaction is successful or prompt and inform information related to the card swiping content.

The amplifying circuit comprises a voice chip and an operational amplifier, wherein a trigger end of the voice chip is connected with a Wakeup, the Wakeup is a trigger signal sent OUT by rectification after an antenna enters a magnetic field, an audio output end PWM1/DAC of the voice chip is connected with an inverting input end IN-of the operational amplifier through a capacitor C11 and a resistor R9, meanwhile, the audio output end PWM1/DAC is connected with a loudspeaker and an output end 1OUT of the operational amplifier through a current-limiting resistor R10 respectively, a positive power supply end VCC of the operational amplifier is connected with three capacitors C14, C16 and C17 which are connected IN parallel, and the three capacitors C14, C16 and C17 which are connected with 9V through a resistor R11; the negative power supply terminal (VCC-) of the operational amplifier is connected with three other parallel capacitors C12, C13 and C15, and the three other parallel capacitors C12, C13 and C15 are connected with-9V through another resistor R12.
The invention discloses a control method of a non-contact IC card for playing audio, which comprises the following steps: the non-contact IC card antenna obtains energy from an electromagnetic field emitted by the card reader, one part of the non-contact IC card antenna is used for communicating with the IC card chip, and the other part of the non-contact IC card antenna is converted into direct current through the rectifier bridge and then is used for triggering the voice chip and the power circuit to start working; the power supply circuit provides positive and negative power supplies for the amplifying circuit, and after the voice chip is triggered, preset audio is sent out in an analog signal mode and processed by the signal amplifying circuit, and designated audio is played through the loudspeaker, so that the aims of reminding and propaganda of a user are fulfilled.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the advantages that:
1. the voice chip used by the invention supports the audio storage of the maximum 80-second duration, and can meet the requirements of various use scenes.
2. The invention has low power consumption, the leakage current is only 2uA in the standby state, and the power is supplied by adopting a high-capacity thin-film lithium-manganese battery, so that the standby state is overlong. For example, the audio with the playing length of 10 seconds can be played for more than 10000 times in 5 years.
3. The transaction function and the audio playing function of the IC card are mutually independent, and even if the audio cannot be played due to the exhaustion of the electric quantity of a battery or other factors, the IC card can be used as a common IC card to normally complete the transaction.

The amplifying circuit comprises a voice chip and an operational amplifier, wherein a trigger end of the voice chip is connected with a Wakeup, the Wakeup is a trigger signal sent OUT by rectification after an antenna enters a magnetic field, an audio output end PWM1/DAC of the voice chip is connected with an inverting input end IN-of the operational amplifier through a capacitor C11 and a resistor R9, meanwhile, the audio output end PWM1/DAC is connected with a loudspeaker and an output end 1OUT of the operational amplifier through a current-limiting resistor R10 respectively, a positive power source end VCC + of the operational amplifier is connected with three capacitors C14, C16 and C17 which are connected IN parallel, and the three capacitors C14, C16 and C17 which are connected with 9V through a resistor R11; the negative power supply terminal (VCC-) of the operational amplifier is connected with three other parallel capacitors C12, C13 and C15, and the three other parallel capacitors C12, C13 and C15 are connected with-9V through another resistor R12.
The invention discloses a control method of a non-contact IC card for playing audio, which comprises the following steps: the non-contact IC card antenna obtains energy from an electromagnetic field emitted by the card reader, one part of the non-contact IC card antenna is used for communicating with the IC card chip, and the other part of the non-contact IC card antenna is converted into direct current through the rectifier bridge and then is used for triggering the voice chip and the power circuit to start working; the power supply circuit provides positive and negative power supplies for the amplifying circuit, and after the voice chip is triggered, preset audio is sent out in an analog signal mode and processed by the signal amplifying circuit, and designated audio is played through the loudspeaker, so that the aims of reminding and propaganda of a user are fulfilled.
The audio is burned into the voice chip NVC080C when the voice chip is manufactured; in order to ensure the tone quality of audio, the voice chip NVC080C is set to be in a DAC output mode; when the current output by the audio output end PWM1/DAC flows through the resistor R8, a voltage signal U is generated on the resistor R8, and according to the formula U ═ I × R, the voltage signal is output to the speaker after passing through a voltage negative feedback amplifying circuit composed of the resistor R9, the resistor R10 and the operational amplifier NE 5532; the amplification factor F of the amplifying circuit is-R10/R9; the capacitors C12, C13, C14, C15, C16 and C17 and the resistors R11 and R12 are used for filtering ripples of the switching power supply.
In order to ensure the ultra-long standby, the leakage current is only 2uA when the whole system is not awakened, and the IC card can be standby for 10 years.
