Abstract
The invention discloses a method for generating a general cross-border logistics distribution bill, which is used for preparing a whole-course logistics distribution bill and generating a PDF file; abstracting content elements in a PDF file into PDF labels for storage, and forming record data of a configuration table; adopting PDF editing software to design a template file containing a specified configuration table, and enabling the template file to be related to data of the whole logistics distribution bill in information by adding or deleting templates and label information; generating a PDF file, matching a specified template and label information from a configuration table according to port routing information, and filling the PDF template according to a corresponding label metadata table to complete filling of each item of information of the PDF template; and setting an overseas printing domain system to realize the transmission and downloading of the PDF file. The method integrates the distribution information into the PDF file, avoids changing orders inside and outside, avoids mismatching and missing distribution, is suitable for import processes of various ports, solves the printing bottleneck of distribution lists, and improves the logistics distribution efficiency.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of internet, in particular to a method for generating a general cross-border logistics distribution bill.
Background
With the rapid development of global trade, more and more cross-border logistics are involved, wherein a logistics distribution bill is a bill used for recording relevant information such as senders, receivers, product weight, price and the like in the process of transporting goods in the logistics industry, and most of the bills are in a bar code form, so that continuous data output is facilitated, and management is facilitated. At present, cross-border logistics distribution bill is mostly printed overseas by import merchant, when domestic delivery is made by domestic delivery company and is delivered, still need once to trade the bill, according to the information of international express bill, print into domestic express bill, because every aviation batch's parcel all has thousands, the manual operational load who trades the bill of delivery company is very big, the probability of conversion process mistake is very high, thereby cause various problems such as mismatch neglected distribution, in case make mistakes, seriously influence the normal delivery of article. Meanwhile, in various sales promotion periods, logistics distribution lists printed by imported merchants overseas are rapidly increased, and servers of a cross-border logistics platform are mostly arranged in China, so that frequent printing stagnation conditions are caused, and articles ordered by customers cannot be sent.
The cross-border e-commerce in China is still in the initial development stage, the cross-border import e-commerce test-point policy is not mature yet, and is still in the trial-and-trial stage, and the supervision modes of different test-point cities are not consistent; the content requirements of each port customs for the delivery receipt attached to the package are also inconsistent. This results in that each new port and the distribution company are docked, a new docking scheme is made for the distribution bill, so that the technical cost of each new port is high.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a method for generating a general cross-border logistics distribution bill, which overcomes the defects of the generation of the traditional cross-border logistics distribution bill, integrates overseas and domestic distribution information into a general PDF file, avoids changing the bill from the overseas to the domestic, avoids mismatching and missing distribution, is suitable for import processes of various ports, adopts distributed cross-country network deployment, solves the printing bottleneck of the distribution bill and improves the logistics distribution efficiency.

step one, preparing a whole-course logistics distribution list which comprises an international distribution list number, a sender name address, a domestic distribution list number, a receiver name address, an entrance clearance list number, declared article information and settlement information, and generating a PDF file;
secondly, performing PDF file templating configuration, abstracting content elements in the PDF file into PDF tags, and storing the tags into a mysql database by using the characteristics of editable and designed PDF tags to form recorded data of a configuration table;
the configuration table includes:
PDF template table for storing the basic information data of each new template, including the size and type of the printed file and the address of the printed template file;
the PDF template and the port routing relation table are used for storing port information, supplier information and logistics line information corresponding to the template;
the PDF template and label relation mapping table is used for storing a label list required by the PDF template;
the label metadata table is used for storing various labels required by all types of PDF files, including character strings, two-dimensional codes and/or bar codes, and the metadata corresponds to the service data one by one;
the label attribute is used for representing the attribute of the label, including the printing size of the character string, the two-dimensional code and/or the bar code;
thirdly, PDF editing software is adopted to design a template file containing a specified configuration table, and the template file is associated with the data of the whole logistics distribution bill in information by adding or deleting the template and the label information;
generating PDF files, wherein each whole-course logistics distribution surface list contains port routing information, matching a designated template and label information from a configuration table according to the port routing information, and filling the PDF template according to a corresponding label metadata table to complete filling of each item of information of the PDF template;
and step five, setting an overseas printing domain system, wherein the printing domain system comprises a printing data service, a file generation service, a file downloading service, a file service component and a mysql database, the printing data service receives the whole-course logistics distribution list printing data of a business party and transmits the whole-course logistics distribution list printing data to the mysql database for storage, the file generation service provides data query support and generates a PDF file, the file service component is used for storing the generated PDF file, the file downloading service extracts the generated PDF file from the file service component according to a downloading request of a front-end user and transmits the PDF file to a request party, and the mysql database is used for storing the printing data.
Further, in the fifth step, the file generation service polls the data to be printed at regular time, checks whether the data is complete, generates a PDF file when the data is complete, and stores the generated PDF file to the file service component for the file download service to use.
Further, in the fifth step, the file service component uses Fast-DFS as a storage means of PDF files at home and uses alisma OSS as a storage means of PDF files at abroad.
The method for generating the universal cross-border logistics distribution bill adopts the technical scheme, namely, the method prepares the whole-course logistics distribution bill comprising various distribution information and generates a PDF file; abstracting content elements in a PDF file into PDF labels, and storing the labels into a mysql database to form record data of a configuration table; adopting PDF editing software to design a template file containing a specified configuration table, and enabling the template file to be related to data of the whole logistics distribution bill in information by adding or deleting templates and label information; generating a PDF file, matching a specified template and label information from a configuration table according to port routing information, and filling the PDF template according to a corresponding label metadata table to complete filling of each item of information of the PDF template; and setting an overseas printing domain system to realize the transmission and downloading of the PDF file. The method overcomes the defect of generation of the traditional cross-border logistics distribution bill, integrates overseas and domestic distribution information into a universal PDF file, avoids changing bills from the overseas to the domestic, avoids mismatching and missing distribution, is suitable for import processes of various ports, adopts distributed cross-country network deployment, solves the printing bottleneck of the distribution bill, and improves the logistics distribution efficiency.

Detailed Description
Embodiments as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, the method for generating a universal cross-border logistics distribution menu of the present invention comprises the following steps:
step one, preparing a whole-course logistics distribution list which comprises an international distribution list number, a sender name address, a domestic distribution list number, a receiver name address, an entrance clearance list number, declared article information and settlement information, and generating a PDF file;
secondly, performing PDF file templating configuration, abstracting content elements in the PDF file into PDF tags, and storing the tags into a mysql database by using the characteristics of editable and designed PDF tags to form recorded data of a configuration table;

and step five, setting an overseas printing domain system, wherein the printing domain system comprises a printing data service, a file generation service, a file downloading service, a file service component and a mysql database, the printing data service receives the whole-course logistics distribution list printing data of a business party and transmits the whole-course logistics distribution list printing data to the mysql database for storage, the file generation service provides data query support and generates a PDF file, the file service component is used for storing the generated PDF file, the file downloading service extracts the generated PDF file from the file service component according to a downloading request of a front-end user and transmits the PDF file to a request party, and the mysql database is used for storing the printing data.
Preferably, in the fifth step, the file generation service polls the data to be printed at regular time, checks whether the data is complete, generates a PDF file when the data is complete, and stores the generated PDF file to the file service component for the file download service to use.
Preferably, in the fifth step, the file service component uses Fast-DFS as a storage means of PDF files at home and uses arilocos as a storage means of PDF files at abroad.
In the whole-course logistics distribution bill template shown in fig. 1, each light-colored rectangle represents a label, for example, the largest three light-colored rectangles represent a clearance bill number barcode, an international distribution bill number barcode and a domestic distribution bill number barcode, and other slender labels are all of character string types, including a sender name address, a receiver name address, a port code, declared article information, settlement information and the like.
In the overseas print domain system shown in fig. 2, the file download service automatically allocates the latest file download service according to the user's request IP source; the upstream service mainly generates packages and other information, initiates message notification, pushes service data required by printing to a printing domain system through a message subscription mechanism, receives the printing data of a service party and lands in a mysql database to provide data query support for a file generation service, and because the data of the service party can not be sent to the printing domain system at one time, the file generation service polls the data to be printed regularly to check whether the data is complete or not, generates a file when the data is complete, and puts the generated file into a file service component for downloading service.
FIG. 3 is a block diagram showing a PDF document templating configuration, which firstly creates the label source data required by the template, the data is prepared in the beginning of the whole logistics distribution bill, and the subsequent modification is rarely made; creating a template according to the label data, and designating port information, distributor information, product line information and the like to which the template belongs; uploading a pre-designed template label file, establishing a required label mapping relation for the template, setting the attributes of labels and the like, and finally forming a PDF file template of the whole logistics distribution bill.
The method integrates the information of the international delivery order and the domestic delivery order on the same PDF, delivers the goods after the port clearance is made, and can be directly collected by domestic delivery companies. After the clearance link of each original parcel is finished, the distribution company needs to manually change the order, so that the workload is greatly increased, mistakes are easy to occur, and various problems such as mismatching and missing distribution are caused. Meanwhile, the method realizes distributed cross-country network deployment and solves the performance problem when a large number of tasks are printed in the cross-country network. When a certain client needs to perform a large amount of printing operations, the PDF file downloading is often failed due to network problems, and the rapid distribution of logistics is affected.
According to the method, the PDF label is operated visually through the PDF file templating configuration, the PDF template is uploaded in a supporting manner, and a large number of repeated codes are avoided. When the original delivery company manually changes the order, a large amount of hard codes and complicated test work are needed to be manually done each time a new template is made or the content of a certain area of the PDF is modified, and finally a PDF template can be completed, so that the efficiency is very low.
The method realizes the integration of distribution information in and out of the country, avoids the operation of changing the order, avoids mismatching and missing distribution, is suitable for the import flow of each port through port information matching, adopts distributed transnational network deployment, solves the printing bottleneck of the distribution order and improves the logistics distribution efficiency.

PDF template table for storing the basic information data of each new template, including the size and type of the printed file and the address of the printed template file;
