本发明公开了一种高耐压高换热率钎焊式换热器,包含若干片用于两种不同热交换气/流体A、B换热的叠放的板片和前后端板,其中每2片相互配合形成两回路的板循环排列,所述板片上均压设有波纹槽,在波纹槽的波峰波谷上,依次间隔设置鳍状凸起和加强筋,在相对的两个板片之间,所述鳍状凸起在同一介质流道上为相对设置,所述加强筋设置在两个板片的焊接面的上方。本发明结构巧妙,换热介质在各流道上,因为鳍状凸起的扰流作用,可以减缓介质的流速,增加换热的时间,让换热更彻底,且因为扰流的效果,可避免形成流道死区,促进死区扫清,而且,加强筋的设置,可以大大提高换热器整体的承压能力,适用范围更广,使用寿命延长。

本发明属于换热器领域,尤其涉及一种高耐压高换热率钎焊式换热器。
背景技术
钎焊式换热器是加热、冷却、热回收、快速灭菌等用途的优良设备。但目前常用的钎焊式换热器通常流速较快,对于较热的介质换热不够,为了达到换热效率高,现有的通常采用延长换热线的方式,但是这种方式需要的设备多、占地面积大,而且,现有的钎焊式换热器,对于一些特殊场合越来越高的压力要求,无法很好的适应,故人们需要找到更好的方式来解决这些问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种高耐压高换热率钎焊式换热器。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
高耐压高换热率钎焊式换热器,包含若干片用于两种不同热交换气/流体A、B换热的叠放的板片和前后端板,其中每2片相互配合形成两回路的板(1-2)循环排列,所述板片上均压设有波纹槽,在波纹槽的波峰波谷上,依次间隔设置鳍状凸起3和加强筋4,在相对的两个板片之间,所述鳍状凸起3在同一介质流道上为相对设置,所述加强筋4设置在两个板片的焊接面的上方。
作为优选,板片与板片之间通过铜为钎料进行真空钎焊。
作为优选,所述加强筋4为分段式结构。
本发明的有益效果是:

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,高耐压高换热率钎焊式换热器,包含若干片用于两种不同热交换气/流体A、B换热的叠放的板片和前后端板,其中每2片相互配合形成两回路的板1-2循环排列,所述板片上均压设有波纹槽,在波纹槽的波峰波谷上,依次间隔设置鳍状凸起3和加强筋4,在相对的两个板片之间,所述鳍状凸起3在同一介质流道上为相对设置,所述加强筋4设置在两个板片的焊接面的上方。
板片与板片之间通过铜为钎料进行真空钎焊。
所述加强筋4为分段式结构。
