Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "opening," "upper," "lower," "thickness," "top," "middle," "length," "inner," "peripheral," and the like are used in an orientation or positional relationship that is merely for convenience in describing and simplifying the description, and do not indicate or imply that the referenced component or element must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus should not be considered as limiting the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a pulsator assembly for washing machines, includes: a plurality of impeller sheets 2, a chassis 9 and a rotor 1; the rotating body 1 is provided with a hollow inner cavity, and the chassis 9 is detachably and fixedly connected with the rotating body 1 and covers the inner cavity; the plurality of impeller sheets 2 are arranged on the chassis 9, the plurality of impeller sheets 2 are arranged around the center of the chassis 9 at equal intervals, and one end, away from the center of the chassis 9, of each impeller sheet 2 is hinged with the chassis 9; the chassis 9 is provided with a plurality of rotating grooves for the rotation of the impeller sheet 2.
An arc-shaped groove 11 is formed in the impeller sheet 2, one end of the arc-shaped groove 11 penetrates into the inner cavity of the rotating body 1, and the other end of the arc-shaped groove extends in the direction far away from the base plate 9; an arc-shaped plate 6 is connected in the arc-shaped groove 11 in a sliding manner, one end of the arc-shaped plate 6 extends downwards into the inner cavity, and the other end of the arc-shaped plate 6 can extend outwards along the other end of the arc-shaped groove 11; a baffle is sleeved on the arc-shaped plate 6, a baffle is fixedly sleeved on the side wall of the arc-shaped plate 6 positioned in the inner cavity part, a first spring is arranged between the baffle and the outer wall of the wave wheel plate 2, and the first spring is sleeved on the arc-shaped plate 6; articulated on the both sides wall of the width direction of arc 6 have many connecting rods 8, a plurality of counter bores have been seted up on the both sides wall of the width direction of arc 6, second spring 7 has been arranged in the counter bore, the one end of second spring 7 with the bottom surface of counter bore is connected, the other end with connecting rod 8's lateral wall is connected.
A horizontally arranged pressing plate 4 is arranged between two adjacent impeller sheets 2, and the pressing plate 4 can move up and down along the vertical direction; a horizontally arranged push plate 10 is arranged in the inner cavity, and the lower end of the arc-shaped plate 6 is abutted against the upper end of the push plate 10; and a driving mechanism is fixedly arranged in the inner cavity and is used for driving the push plate 10 to move up and down.
The working principle of the pulsator assembly of the present invention will be further described below, in which the rotor 1 is driven to rotate by the motor of the washing machine, and the base plate 9 and the pulsator blades 2 thereon are also rotated with the rotor 1. At this moment, the pushing plate 10 is pushed up by starting the driving mechanism in the inner cavity, so that the pushing plate 10 pushes up the arc-shaped plate 6, the arc-shaped plate 6 drives the impeller sheet 2 to rise, and the height of the impeller sheet 2 is adjusted to generate different stirring ranges. When the impeller sheet 2 rises, the arc-shaped plate 6 extends out of the upper end of the arc-shaped groove 11, the elastic part in the counter bore jacks up the connecting rod 8 due to elastic recovery, and the connecting rod 8 is unfolded and covers the washed clothes. When dehydration is needed, the pressing plate 4 can be lifted, and the clothes are limited not to move upwards due to the elongated arc-shaped plates 6 and the extended connecting rods 8, so that the pressing plate 4 can pre-press moisture out when moving upwards, and the total weight is reduced. After the extrusion is finished, the push plate 10 moves downwards, the arc-shaped plate 6 also resets, and in the process that the arc-shaped plate 6 retracts into the arc-shaped groove 11, the inner wall of the arc-shaped groove 11 extrudes the second spring 7 and the connecting rod 8, so that the connecting rod 8 is forced to retract, is attached to the side wall of the arc-shaped plate 6 again and retracts into the arc-shaped groove 11. Therefore, it can be said that the load in the tub is smaller when the motor performs spin-drying, and the service life of the driving part can be effectively extended. When not in use, the arc-shaped plate 6 is contained in the arc-shaped groove 11 and the inner cavity of the rotating body 1, so that the space of the washing tub is not occupied, and the structure is more compact.
Further, the guide plate 3 is surrounded on the outer side of the wave wheel sheet 2, a channel is formed on the guide plate 3, and the wave wheel sheet 2 is attached to the inner wall of the guide plate 3. The guide plates 3 are supported at two sides, and when the water body and clothes are stirred, the bending strength of the impeller blades 2 is enhanced.
Further, a limiting block is fixedly mounted on the guide plate 3, and the limiting block is aligned with the impeller sheet 2.
Furthermore, an annular water drainage groove is formed in the side wall of the rotating body 1 and used for draining water leaked into the rotating body 1.
Further, an air bag is arranged between the pressure plate 4 and the chassis 9 and is communicated with an external air source. Due to the direct contact of the pressure plate 4 with moisture, reliable waterproofing techniques need to be provided if electrical equipment is used. In this example, the bladder may be inflated to jack up the platen 4, thereby squeezing out moisture from the garment.
Further, the middle part fixed mounting of chassis 9 has the dabber, the dabber is vertical to be arranged, just the dabber has the hollow chamber that holds, a plurality of through-holes have been seted up on the lateral wall of dabber, the through-hole coats and is stamped the end cover, the end cover with be equipped with the elastic component between the inner wall of dabber. Specifically, the laundry detergent may be placed in the spindle before washing.
Furthermore, an extension spring is arranged in the arc-shaped groove 11, one end of the extension spring is fixedly connected with the side wall of the arc-shaped plate 6, and the other end of the extension spring is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the arc-shaped groove 11. When the pushing plate 10 pushes up the arc-shaped plate 6, the arc-shaped plate 6 can pull the wave wheel sheet 2 through the tension spring, and the extension height of the wave wheel sheet 2 is adjusted. Because the arc-shaped plate 6 has a large extending stroke, if the impeller sheet 2 continuously rises along with the arc-shaped plate 6, the impeller sheet can be separated from the guide plate 3. Therefore, after the limiting block is arranged, the impeller blade 2 stops rising, and the arc-shaped plate 6 can still rise in the deformation range of the tension spring.
In the description herein, references to the description of "one embodiment," "an example," "a specific example" or the like are intended to mean that a particular feature, structure, material, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment or example is included in at least one embodiment or example of the invention. In this specification, the schematic representations of the terms used above do not necessarily refer to the same embodiment or example. Furthermore, the particular features, structures, materials, or characteristics described may be combined in any suitable manner in any one or more embodiments or examples.
The foregoing shows and describes the general principles, essential features, and advantages of the invention. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, which are described in the specification and illustrated only to illustrate the principle of the present invention, but that various changes and modifications may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, which fall within the scope of the invention as claimed.
