The invention provides a simple refining method of camellia oil, belonging to the technical field of vegetable oil preparation, and comprising the following steps: 1) mixing the camellia crude oil with magnesium silicate under stirring, and then mixing with water under stirring to obtain a stirred substance; 2) heating the stirred material obtained in the step 1) to 110-120 ℃ at a constant speed while stirring, cooling and filtering to obtain a camellia oil finished product. The invention simplifies the refining process of camellia oil, does not need too much intermediate medium, and reduces the cost and the medium pollution.

In the present invention, the stirring speed is preferably 30 to 60 rpm. In the present invention, the time for raising the temperature is preferably 2 hours. In the invention, the temperature is uniformly increased to 110-120 ℃ so that the magnesium silicate has better adsorption property. Too high a temperature will cause the oxidation of the grease to be accelerated.
In the present invention, the filtration is preferably performed under stirring, and the stirring speed is preferably 30 to 60 rpm. In the invention, the oil is filtered by using 70-90-mesh filtering cotton cloth and food-grade filtering paper, the oil is automatically filtered by utilizing a high potential difference, and then the oil is conveyed and filtered by using a vortex pump until the filtering is finished, so that a finished camellia oil product is obtained.

Example 1
122.4886g of crude camellia oil is mixed with 3.5746g of food-grade magnesium silicate under the stirring of 60rpm, and then is mixed with 0.367g of water under the stirring of 60rpm to obtain a stirrer (the pressure of a container of the stirrer is kept below 0.09 MPa), the stirrer is stirred under 60rpm for 2h and is heated to 120 ℃ at a constant speed, and the mixture is cooled and filtered to obtain finished camellia oil.
Example 2
110.7628g of crude camellia oil is mixed with 1.1076g of food-grade magnesium silicate under the stirring of 60rpm, and then is mixed with 0.11g of water under the stirring of 60rpm to obtain a stirrer (the pressure of a container of the stirrer is kept below 0.09 MPa), the stirrer is stirred at 60rpm for 2h and is heated to 110 ℃ at a constant speed, and the mixture is cooled and filtered to obtain finished camellia oil.
The quality indexes of the crude camellia oil and the finished camellia oil of the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 2 are detected, and the results are shown in table 1.

6. The refining method of claim 1, wherein the water in step 1) is 0.1-0.4 ‰ of the quality of crude camellia oil.
7. The process of claim 1, wherein the temperature in step 2) is raised for a period of 2 hours.
8. The refining process of claim 4, wherein the food grade magnesium silicate has a purity of 99% or more.
