Abstract
The invention relates to the field of skiing supplies, in particular to a general ski-aid wax which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of paraffin, 3-8 parts of lanolin, 5-15 parts of silicone oil, 0.7-4.3 parts of perfluoroalkyl acrylic additive, 7-13 parts of polyethylene wax, 0.5-1.5 parts of ethylene bis stearamide, 5-10 parts of microcrystalline wax and 0.1-0.5 part of pentaerythritol stearate. The obtained slip-assisting wax has excellent weather resistance and waterproofness, is wide in applicable temperature and snow temperature range, can completely migrate to the surface of a ski board to form a protective film by introducing the acrylic acid additive of perfluoroalkyl, can protect the bottom surface of the ski board from being damped and deformed in the wax coating process, blocks ultraviolet radiation and reduces the oxidation degree; and the water resistance of the slip-assisting wax can be obviously improved by cooperating with the addition of the lanolin, the silicone oil, the ethylene distearamide and the like, so that the adhesion of ice, snow and moisture is prevented.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of skiing supplies, in particular to a general ski-aid wax.
Background
Research has shown that snow water melted by friction when a snowboard is sliding can act like lubricating oil to greatly reduce the resistance between the sliding surface of the snowboard and the snow and ice surface. After the paraffin is coated on the sliding surface, the snow water is thrown away by the skis and then is spherical, thereby being more beneficial to the sliding of the skis and simultaneously prolonging the service life of the skis.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a general ski-aid wax which can prevent ice, snow and moisture from adhering, improve the weather resistance of a ski and prolong the service life of the ski.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a general ski slipping aid wax is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
30-50 parts of paraffin, 3-8 parts of lanolin, 5-15 parts of silicone oil, 0.7-4.3 parts of perfluoroalkyl acrylic additive, 7-13 parts of polyethylene wax, 0.5-1.5 parts of ethylene bis stearamide, 5-10 parts of microcrystalline wax and 0.1-0.5 part of pentaerythritol stearate.
Preferably, the feed additive is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
30 parts of paraffin, 3 parts of lanolin, 5 parts of silicone oil, 0.3 part of perfluoroalkyl acrylic additive, 7 parts of polyethylene wax, 0.5 part of ethylene bisstearamide, 5 parts of microcrystalline wax and 0.1 part of pentaerythritol stearate.
Preferably, the feed additive is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
50 parts of paraffin, 8 parts of lanolin, 15 parts of silicone oil, 4.3 parts of perfluoroalkyl acrylic additive, 13 parts of polyethylene wax, 1.5 parts of ethylene bisstearamide, 10 parts of microcrystalline wax and 0.5 part of pentaerythritol stearate.
Preferably, the feed additive is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
10 parts of paraffin, 5.5 parts of lanolin, 10 parts of silicone oil, 2.5 parts of perfluoroalkyl acrylic additive, 10 parts of polyethylene wax, 1 part of ethylene bisstearamide, 7.5 parts of microcrystalline wax and 0.3 part of pentaerythritol stearate.
Further, when the slip-assisting wax is prepared, firstly, paraffin and perfluoroalkyl acrylic acid additives are mixed according to a proportion, added into a blending kettle, heated to 100 ℃, stirred at 50 revolutions per minute, heated to 110 ℃ after paraffin is completely dissolved, added with lanolin, stirred at 50-60 revolutions per minute, heated to 110-130 ℃ after lanolin is completely dissolved, added with polyethylene wax, stirred at 50-75 revolutions per minute, added with microcrystalline wax after the polyethylene wax is completely dissolved, stirred at 50-75 revolutions per minute, added with silicone oil, ethylene bis-stearamide and pentaerythritol stearate, continuously stirred at 50-75 revolutions per minute for 15-20 min, filled into a mold, and naturally cooled and solidified, thus obtaining the slip-assisting wax.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the obtained slip-assisting wax has excellent weather resistance and water resistance, is wide in applicable temperature and snow temperature range, introduces perfluoroalkyl acrylic acid series additive, has extremely high migration efficiency, can completely migrate to the surface of a ski board to form a protective film in the wax coating process, is incompatible with water and has stronger acid and alkali resistance, can protect the bottom surface of the ski board from being affected with damp and deformation, can block ultraviolet radiation and reduce the oxidation degree; the addition of the synergistic lanolin, the silicone oil, the ethylene bisstearylamide and the pentaerythritol stearate can obviously improve the water resistance of the slip-assisting wax, thereby preventing ice, snow and moisture from adhering.
