a cutting plate 27 is arranged in the filtering and cleaning nozzle 18 close to the outlet, a plurality of conical cutting holes 28 are arranged on the cutting plate 27 in a circular matrix manner, the aperture of the cutting holes 28 close to the outlet end of the filtering and cleaning nozzle 15 is smaller than that of the cutting holes at the other end, and on one hand, the pressure of sprayed water can be increased when the filtering net III 23 is cleaned by spraying water through the filtering and cleaning nozzle 18; on the other hand, when the 'rake pressing' phenomenon occurs, the water suction pump 10 rotates reversely and sucks water inwards through the stirring cleaning nozzle 15, water on the upper portion of the sewage treatment box 1 is pumped to the bottom to wash sludge and impurities of the stacked pellets, and the water suction pump 10 rotates forward again to pump the washed sludge and impurities of the stacked pellets and the pellets to the third filter screen 23, the cutting holes 27 in the cutting plate 27 can extrude and crush the sludge and the impurities of the larger pellets, so that the sludge and the impurities are convenient to recycle and treat. The filtering and cleaning spray head 18 is movably connected with the filtering and cleaning pipe 16 through threads, so that when the problem of rake pressing is solved, the filtering and cleaning spray head 18 is directly detached from the filtering and cleaning pipe 16, and the water suction pump 10 can conveniently suck the flushed accumulated and pelletized sludge and impurities onto the third filter screen 23; the mesh size of the second filter screen 9 is larger than that of the third filter screen 23, so that when the rake pressing problem is solved, flushed accumulated and pelletized sludge and impurities which are filtered by the second filter screen 9 and pumped by the water suction pump 10 can be effectively filtered when being pumped to the third filter screen 23; the size of the second filter screen 9 is larger than that of the first filter screen 6, so that the water suction pump 10 can absorb impurities in water on the upper part of the sewage treatment tank 1 through the stirring cleaning nozzle 15 and cannot block the stirring cleaning pipe 13 and the water suction pump 10 when the problem of rake pressing is solved.
When the 'rake pressing' problem occurs and the stirring blade 3 cannot normally rotate, and the device is required to automatically wash the bottom of the sewage treatment box 1, water is injected into the sewage treatment box 1 through the sewage discharge pipe 20 to ensure that the water level is higher than the height of the stirring cleaning nozzle 15, the controller closes the third battery valve 29, closes the second electromagnetic valve 17, opens the first electromagnetic valve 14, the water suction pump 10 reversely rotates and absorbs water into the stirring cleaning pipe 13 through the stirring cleaning nozzle 15, the water at the upper part of the sewage treatment box 1 is pumped to the bottom to wash accumulated and pelletized sludge and impurities, meanwhile, the water flow extrudes to drive the filter screen I6 to rotate around the fixed block 7 and be blocked by the block 26, the water flow is filtered by the filter screen I6, after the washing time set in the controller is reached, the controller closes the third electromagnetic valve 29, closes the first electromagnetic valve 14, opens the second electromagnetic valve 17, the controller controls the water suction pump 10, the flushed sludge and impurities of the stacked and pelletized bodies pass through the filtering and cleaning pipe 16 and are extruded and crushed by the cutting holes 28 on the cutting plate 27, and finally are discharged onto the third filter screen 23, the sewage and the smaller pelletized impurities enter the sewage treatment box 1 after being filtered by the third filter screen 23, and the larger pelletized impurities are filtered onto the third filter screen 23 and can be subsequently and independently cleaned; repeating the steps, continuously washing the bottom accumulation and the pellet sludge and impurities in the sewage treatment tank 1 until the problem of 'rake pressing' is solved, and normally rotating the stirring blades 3 under the drive of the stirring motor 5. Meanwhile, the smaller pellet impurities filtered by the third filter screen 23 still contain a certain amount of flocculating agent, so that the sewage in the sewage treatment tank 1 can be continuously flocculated and pelletized, the impurities are settled, and the impurities are discharged in time through the underflow pipe 24 and the electric control blow-down valve 25 after being completely settled, thereby preventing the occurrence of secondary 'rake pressing'. Through cooperation such as first solenoid valve 14, second solenoid valve 17, suction pump 20 positive and negative rotation suction water, realized the inner loop when "pressing harrow" aftertreatment sewage, utilize the inside ration sewage of sewage treatment case 1 to cause the pelletizing of "pressing harrow" to self, the impurity of flocculation washes, sewage can not arrange outward, can not increase extra sewage volume, and the effect is showing.
