本发明涉及纺织面料领域,尤其涉及一种导热耐脏抗菌面料,该面料设有导热、耐脏和抗菌结构,增加了面料功能,有效解决背景技术中提出的问题。包括中间的导热层,所述的导热层外侧粘接设有耐脏结构,所述的导热层内侧粘接设有抗菌层。所述的导热层包括柔性电热膜,所述的柔性电热膜内外两侧均粘接设有石墨烯纤维层。所述的耐脏结构包括外侧的纳米防污层,所述的纳米防污层内侧粘接设有竹炭纤维层,所述的竹炭纤维层内侧粘接设有防水层。它结构简单,使用方便,适用于多种场所。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料领域,具体为一种导热耐脏抗菌面料。
背景技术
随着科技的进步和社会的发展,人们的生活水平得到了不断的提高,随之而来是对各类消费品要求的不断提高,面料作为一种常用的消费品,人们对其也提出了更高的要求,结构过于简单的面料逐渐远离人们的视线,不受消费者的青睐。现有的纺织面料,其结构比较简单,上面没有设置导热、耐脏和抗菌的结构,功能比较单一。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种导热耐脏抗菌面料,该面料设有导热、耐脏和抗菌结构,增加了面料功能,有效解决背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种导热耐脏抗菌面料,其特征在于:包括中间的导热层,所述的导热层外侧粘接设有耐脏结构,所述的导热层内侧粘接设有抗菌层。
优选的,所述的导热层包括柔性电热膜,所述的柔性电热膜内外两侧均粘接设有石墨烯纤维层。
优选的,所述的耐脏结构包括外侧的纳米防污层,所述的纳米防污层内侧粘接设有竹炭纤维层,所述的竹炭纤维层内侧粘接设有防水层。
优选的,所述的纳米防污层由纳米二氧化硅与纳米二氧化钛纤维混合制备而成。
优选的,所述的抗菌层包括外侧的苎麻纤维层,所述的苎麻纤维层内侧粘接设有甲壳素纤维层。
优选的,所述的苎麻纤维层和甲克素纤维层之间夹设有亚麻纤维层。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种导热耐脏抗菌面料,具备以下有益效果:
1.本发明通过包括中间的导热层,所述的导热层外侧粘接设有耐脏结构,所述的导热层内侧粘接设有抗菌层,使用时,导热层使得面料具有导热效果,耐脏结构可以在外侧起到耐污效果,抗菌层可以在内侧起到抗菌抑菌的作用。
2.本发明通过导热层包括柔性电热膜,所述的柔性电热膜内外两侧均粘接设有石墨烯纤维层,使用时,柔性电热膜和石墨烯纤维层可以使得面料具有良好的导热特性。
3.本发明通过耐脏结构包括外侧的纳米防污层,所述的纳米防污层内侧粘接设有竹炭纤维层,所述的竹炭纤维层内侧粘接设有防水层,使用时,纳米防污层可以起到良好的耐脏效果,竹炭纤维层可以起到吸湿除异味的作用,防水层可以有效隔绝污物,避免穿过面料。
4.本发明通过所述的抗菌层包括外侧的苎麻纤维层,所述的苎麻纤维层内侧粘接设有甲壳素纤维层,使用时,苎麻纤维层和甲壳素纤维层可以有效起到抗菌抑菌的作用。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1至图4所示,一种导热耐脏抗菌面料,包括中间的导热层2,所述的导热层2外侧粘接设有耐脏结构3,所述的导热层3内侧粘接设有抗菌层1。
上述实施例中,具体的,所述的导热层2包括柔性电热膜21,所述的柔性电热膜内外两侧均粘接设有石墨烯纤维层22。
上述实施例中,具体的,所述的耐脏结构3包括外侧的纳米防污层31,所述的纳米防污层31内侧粘接设有竹炭纤维层32,所述的竹炭纤维层32内侧粘接设有防水层33(聚氨酯涂层)。
上述实施例中,具体的,所述的纳米防污层31由纳米二氧化硅与纳米二氧化钛纤维混合制备而成。
上述实施例中,更为具体的,所述的抗菌层1包括外侧的苎麻纤维层12,所述的苎麻纤维层12内侧粘接设有甲壳素纤维层11。
上述实施例中,更为具体的,所述的苎麻纤维层12和甲克素纤维层11之间夹设有亚麻纤维层(未示出,起到柔软吸湿的作用)。
特性及优点:导热层2使得面料具有导热效果,耐脏结构3可以在外侧起到耐污效果,抗菌层1可以在内侧起到抗菌抑菌的作用。具体的,柔性电热膜21和石墨烯纤维层22可以使得面料具有良好的导热特性。纳米防污层31可以起到良好的耐脏效果,竹炭纤维层32可以起到吸湿除异味的作用,防水层33可以有效隔绝污物,避免穿过面料。苎麻纤维层12和甲壳素纤维层11可以有效起到抗菌抑菌的作用。
本发明中使用的部件均为通用标准件或本领域技术人员知晓的部件,其结构和原理均为本领域技术人员所熟知。

1.一种导热耐脏抗菌面料,其特征在于:包括中间的导热层,所述的导热层外侧粘接设有耐脏结构,所述的导热层内侧粘接设有抗菌层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种导热耐脏抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述的导热层包括柔性电热膜,所述的柔性电热膜内外两侧均粘接设有石墨烯纤维层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种导热耐脏抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述的耐脏结构包括外侧的纳米防污层,所述的纳米防污层内侧粘接设有竹炭纤维层,所述的竹炭纤维层内侧粘接设有防水层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种导热耐脏抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述的纳米防污层由纳米二氧化硅与纳米二氧化钛纤维混合制备而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种导热耐脏抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述的抗菌层包括外侧的苎麻纤维层,所述的苎麻纤维层内侧粘接设有甲壳素纤维层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种导热耐脏抗菌面料,其特征在于:所述的苎麻纤维层和甲克素纤维层之间夹设有亚麻纤维层。
