The outer locking sleeve 23 is screwed into the inner locking sleeve 22 but not locked. A removable stop 28 is mounted on the locating and clamping block 24. The detachable stop block 28 can prop against the sharp corner and the cutting edge of the thread-passing sewing hook when being installed on the positioning clamping block 24, thereby playing a role in limiting. After the sharp edge of the suture hook blank abuts the removable stop 28, the outer locking sleeve 23 is tightened to compress the outer conical surface of the inner locking sleeve 22 to grip the suture hook blank. After the positioning is completed, the detachable stopper 28 is removed, and the positioning and clamping block 24 is moved downward by rotating the long handle 29 to the maximum position, i.e. the position where the positioning block 27 is in contact with the base 21. The movable clamping block 25 is then moved downwards by rotating the long handle 29 to be bent. After bending, the bending angle required by the sewing hook is less than or equal to the bending limit angle of the clamp. When the first piece is bent, if the bending angle is too bent, the first piece can be folded back, the two long handles 29 are rotated upwards to be bent to qualified positions, then marks are made on the movable clamping blocks 25, and the qualified position is obtained when the first piece is bent to the marked position every time.
The processing of the sewing hook comprises the following steps:
material picking: taking a slender pipe material;
bending: bending by adopting a first bending tool 10;
wire cutting: clamping the suture hook blank bent by the first bending tool 10 by using a wire cutting tool 30, and then performing wire cutting;
milling: milling a sharp corner of a cutting edge on the end part after the line cutting by using a milling tool 40;
deburring: removing burrs;
bending: a second bending tool 20 is adopted to assist bending which is not in the same plane with the bent bending;
wire cutting: the wire cutting tool 30 is used to clamp the parts and cut the allowance of the non-bent end, namely the long rod section.
Deburring: removing burrs on the cut end face;
cleaning: removing stains on the surface of the product.

the wire-electrode cutting frock includes: the linear cutting tool comprises a linear cutting tool main body, a linear cutting tool pressing plate and a compression screw, wherein the compression screw is used for pushing the linear cutting tool pressing plate to move so that the linear cutting tool pressing plate and the linear cutting tool main body clamp a sewing hook blank; the wire cutting tool main body is provided with a first positioning groove for embedding the long rod sections of the plurality of sewing hook blanks and a second positioning groove for embedding the bending allowance sections of the plurality of sewing hook blanks; the wire-electrode cutting tool pressing plate and the groove wall of the first positioning groove simultaneously clamp the long rod sections of the plurality of sewing hook blanks from two sides.

carrying out milling tooling for milling a cutting edge on the end part of the suture hook blank after the wire cutting;
