根据2007年8月27日国家质检总局公布的《化妆品标识管理规定》,化妆品是指以涂抹、喷洒或者其他类似方法,散布于人体表面的任何部位,如皮肤、毛发、指趾甲、唇齿等,以达到清洁、保养、美容、修饰和改变外观,或者修正人体气味,保持良好状态为目的的化学工业品或精细化工产品。
可参考公开号为CN111329811A的中国专利,其公开了一种保湿修复精华乳及其制备方法。该保湿修复精华乳包括如下原料:酵母菌发酵溶胞产物滤液、葡萄籽提取物、龙胆根提取物、植物仿生皮脂剂、聚谷氨酸、乳化剂、鲸蜡醇磷酸酯钾、柔润剂、聚二甲基硅氧烷、牛油果树果脂油、鲸蜡硬脂醇、生育酚、季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯、螯合剂、尿囊素、羟乙基脲、甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯、泛醇、黄原胶等。
上述专利具有使用功效显著、性能温和、无刺激、无副作用的优势,适合所有人使用,各原料合理复配所得的保湿修复精华乳质地均匀柔和,使面部肌肤柔嫩细腻平滑,光滑通透;本发明提供的生产工艺简单、成本低廉、安全环保,具有极高的经济价值的效果,但是其也存在缺陷,如:其成分中化学制剂过多,容易对皮肤产生副作用,且其锁水保湿效果较差,无法修复肤质,延缓衰老。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种液体化妆品配方及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种液体化妆品配方,包括以下重量计组分:基液5-10份、去离子水5-8份、天然植物油脂0.3-0.5份、植物仿生皮脂剂0.2-0.8份、防腐剂0.1-0.3份、润肤剂0.1-0.4份、苦参提取物0.3-0.5份、海藻提取物1-5份、玫瑰草纯露2-8份。
优选的,所述基液的制备方法如下:
S11.选取原料:称重以下重量计组分:玻尿酸原液20-35份、灵芝发酵滤液5-10份、甘草黄酮5-12份、银耳提取液5-8份;
S12.反应:将玻尿酸原液、灵芝发酵滤液放入反应釜内,水浴加热至55-65℃,加入助剂使玻尿酸原液与灵芝发酵滤液充分反应;
S13.混合:将S12中得到的混合液体加入乳化锅内,再依次注入甘草黄酮、银耳提取液,调整转速为120r/min,持续搅拌30-45min,直至充分溶解,即制得基液。
优选的,所述天然植物油脂是由杏仁油、椰子油、荷荷巴油、葡萄籽油、蓖麻油充分混合制得。

S21.混合:将基液、去离子水、玫瑰草纯露、天然植物油脂依次放入反应釜内,水浴加热至55-75℃,保持温度进行搅拌,得到混合液体A;
S22.反应:将混合液体A注入到乳化机内,依次加入苦参提取物、海藻提取物,进行混合搅拌,直至充分溶解,得到混合液体B;
S23.二次反应:向混合液体B中依次加入植物仿生皮脂剂、防腐剂、润肤剂,进行混合搅拌,直至充分溶解,得到化妆品初液;
S24.取样检测:在无菌环境中,使用滴管抽取化妆品初液进行检测,检测合格后即为本液体化妆品。
优选的,所述S24取样检测后,将检测合格的液体化妆品在无菌环境下装瓶,每瓶容量在150ml。

本实施例中,优选的,天然植物油脂中杏仁油、椰子油、荷荷巴油、葡萄籽油、蓖麻油的重量计比例为1:2:2:2:0.5;更好的说明各植物油脂之间的比例。
本实施例中,优选的,润肤剂为角鲨烷、神经酰胺、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、环己硅氧烷组成;具有填充皮肤表面的空间,代替在角质层内损失的脂质,减少鳞片状皮肤,改善皮肤外观的功效。
本实施例中,优选的,润肤剂中角鲨烷、神经酰胺、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、环己硅氧烷的重量计比例为1:3:1:1;各润肤剂混合后护肤效果更佳。
本实施例中,优选的,植物仿生皮脂剂由癸酸甘油三酯、植物甾醇类、甘油硬脂酸酯、生育酚乙酸酯、氢化卵磷脂、红没药醇、甘草根提取物按照重量计比例1:3:1:2:1:0.5:1混合制备而成;具有能快速修复受损肤质的效果。
本实施例中,优选的,包括以下步骤:
S21.混合:将基液、去离子水、玫瑰草纯露、天然植物油脂依次放入反应釜内,水浴加热至55℃,保持温度进行搅拌,得到混合液体A;
S22.反应:将混合液体A注入到乳化机内,依次加入苦参提取物、海藻提取物,进行混合搅拌,直至充分溶解,得到混合液体B;
S23.二次反应:向混合液体B中依次加入植物仿生皮脂剂、防腐剂、润肤剂,进行混合搅拌,直至充分溶解,得到化妆品初液;
S24.取样检测:在无菌环境中,使用滴管抽取化妆品初液进行检测,检测合格后即为本液体化妆品。
达到更好说明本液体化妆品制备流程的效果。
本实施例中,优选的,S24取样检测后,将检测合格的液体化妆品在无菌环境下装瓶,每瓶容量在150ml;装瓶后易保存使用。
对通过实施例1-3制备的化妆品进行了效果测试,为了便于比较,所有实施例的数据基于实施例1的数据进行归一化。

由表一可知,由于实施例1中制备化妆品其凝胶效果、皮肤改善效果、延缓衰老效果、祛斑抑痘效果均比其它实施例要好,故实施例1中给出的化妆品制备方法是最优选择。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (9)
1.一种液体化妆品配方,其特征在于:包括以下重量计组分:基液5-10份、去离子水5-8份、天然植物油脂0.3-0.5份、植物仿生皮脂剂0.2-0.8份、防腐剂0.1-0.3份、润肤剂0.1-0.4份、苦参提取物0.3-0.5份、海藻提取物1-5份、玫瑰草纯露2-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种液体化妆品配方,其特征在于:所述基液的制备方法如下:
S11.选取原料:称重以下重量计组分:玻尿酸原液20-35份、灵芝发酵滤液5-10份、甘草黄酮5-12份、银耳提取液5-8份;
S12.反应:将玻尿酸原液、灵芝发酵滤液放入反应釜内,水浴加热至55-65℃,加入助剂使玻尿酸原液与灵芝发酵滤液充分反应;
S13.混合:将S12中得到的混合液体加入乳化锅内,再依次注入甘草黄酮、银耳提取液,调整转速为120r/min,持续搅拌30-45min,直至充分溶解,即制得基液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种液体化妆品配方,其特征在于:所述天然植物油脂是由杏仁油、椰子油、荷荷巴油、葡萄籽油、蓖麻油充分混合制得。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种液体化妆品配方,其特征在于:所述天然植物油脂中杏仁油、椰子油、荷荷巴油、葡萄籽油、蓖麻油的重量计比例为1:2:1:2:0.5。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种液体化妆品配方,其特征在于:所述润肤剂为角鲨烷、神经酰胺、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、环己硅氧烷组成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种液体化妆品配方,其特征在于:所述润肤剂中角鲨烷、神经酰胺、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、环己硅氧烷的重量计比例为1:3:1:1。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种液体化妆品配方,其特征在于:所述植物仿生皮脂剂由癸酸甘油三酯、植物甾醇类、甘油硬脂酸酯、生育酚乙酸酯、氢化卵磷脂、红没药醇、甘草根提取物按照重量计比例1:3:1:2:1:0.5:1混合制备而成。
8.一种液体化妆品配方的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S21.混合:将基液、去离子水、玫瑰草纯露、天然植物油脂依次放入反应釜内,水浴加热至55-75℃,保持温度进行搅拌,得到混合液体A;
S22.反应:将混合液体A注入到乳化机内,依次加入苦参提取物、海藻提取物,进行混合搅拌,直至充分溶解,得到混合液体B;
S23.二次反应:向混合液体B中依次加入植物仿生皮脂剂、防腐剂、润肤剂,进行混合搅拌,直至充分溶解,得到化妆品初液;
S24.取样检测:在无菌环境中,使用滴管抽取化妆品初液进行检测,检测合格后即为本液体化妆品。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种液体化妆品配方的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S24取样检测后,将检测合格的液体化妆品在无菌环境下装瓶,每瓶容量在150ml。
