A turning bed for turning over a patient 4 in a prone position, which is described in the specification with reference to the attached figure 10; the turnover bed comprises: a turnover mechanism and a bed board 21; a patient 4 can lie on the bed plate 21, the bed plate 21 penetrates through the turnover right of the turnover mechanisms, the bed plate 21 is connected with the clamping pieces 15 on the turnover rings 14, and the bundling net 5 is positioned above the bed plate 21 so as to drive the bed plate 21 to turn over through the turnover mechanisms, thereby achieving the purpose that the turnover bed can turn over the patient 4 in the prone position.
It should be noted that, the conventional hospital bed 2 is simplified, only the bed plate 21 is reserved to reduce the weight of the hospital bed 2, and a turnover bed is formed by combining the bed plate 21 and the turnover mechanism, so that under the condition that the weight of the hospital bed 2 is reduced, the overall stress intensity of the turnover mechanism can be properly weakened, the material and thickness of the turnover ring 14 and the fixed framework 11 can be selected to be next to one, and the selection of the driving source 13 can also be selected to be low-power, so that the cost of the whole turnover mechanism is reduced, and the turnover mechanism can be used as a turnover bed for a patient 4 for a long time. In addition, when the turnover mechanism is used as a long-term turnover bed, a locking structure is required to be arranged between the supporting wheel 12 and the turnover ring 14 so as to ensure that the turnover ring 14 is in a fixed state and the bed plate 21 is stable under a normal state.
The working principle is as follows:
the sickbed 2 is lifted by utilizing a lifting piece 3 (a jack or a hydraulic oil cylinder), the overturning rings 14 of the two overturning mechanisms are sleeved on the sickbed 2 from two ends of the sickbed 2, and the sickbed 2 is clamped and fixed by utilizing clamping pieces 15 in the overturning mechanisms; and the bundle net 5 is laid over the patient 4, fixing the bundle net 5.
Fixed and the restraint of reexamination, after confirming that preparation work finishes, driving source 13 drives supporting wheel 12 and rotates, and supporting wheel 12 drives 14 upsets of turning circle, and turning circle 14 drives the upset of sick bed 2 to make patient 4 change into the beam network 5 state of bowing lying prone from lying on the back sick bed 2 state, make patient 4's back obtain the relaxation, reduce the production of pressing the sore.
When the turnover bed is adopted, the turnover bed can be directly used as a conventional sickbed 2, and when a patient 4 needs to be turned over, the beam net 5 is added, and the driving source 13 is started.
The technical effects are as follows:
1. in the embodiment of the application, the turnover mechanism with the turnover ring is arranged, the hospital bed is clamped and fixed by the clamping piece in the turnover ring, the support wheel is driven by the driving source, and the turnover ring is driven by the support wheel, so that the turnover mechanism and the bed can be turned over together, the patient can change the lying state of the hospital bed into the lying state, the network state is changed, the back of the patient can be relaxed, and the pressure sore can be reduced; the technical problems that in the prior art, the labor intensity is high and the labor time is long when a patient is turned over manually are solved; the technical effect of labor saving and convenience for turning over the patient is achieved.
2. In the embodiment of the application, the idler wheels are arranged on the fixed framework, so that the turnover mechanism can be flexibly pushed to a position, and the turnover mechanism can be conveniently moved in different wards; when the turnover mechanism works, the fixed seat can be put down, so that the turnover mechanism is fixed relative to the ground.
3. In the embodiment of the application, the structure of the clamping piece is optimized, so that the side blocking surface of the clamping plate plays a role of a sickbed guardrail when the clamping piece clamps a sickbed, and a patient is prevented from rolling down in the turnover process of the sickbed; in addition, the clamping plate can also be used as a connecting end of the beam net to fix the position of the beam net, so that the upper surface, the lower surface, the left surface and the right surface of a cavity formed by the beam net and a sickbed are restricted, the restriction is friendly to a patient, and the patient is prevented from being injured by the restriction in the overturning process.
4. In the embodiment of the application, the beam net is optimized, the supporting capacity of the beam net is enhanced by utilizing the inclined pulling of the beam belt, and the deformation amplitude of the beam net after supporting a patient with a large weight is reduced, so that the patient feels comfortable when being supported. In addition, the bridle is arranged in a cavity formed by the bridle and the sickbed, and the bridle can also be used as a limiting part for limiting the left and right movement of the patient, so that the patient is in a stable state in the overturning process of the whole overturning ring.
5. In the embodiment of the application, simplify traditional sick bed, only keep the bed board in order to alleviate the weight of sick bed, constitute a turnover bed through the combination of bed board and tilting mechanism, subtract heavy condition at the sick bed, tilting mechanism's whole stress intensity can suitably weaken, the material and the thickness of upset circle and fixed skeleton can select next rank, the selection of driving source also can select miniwatt for whole tilting mechanism's cost reduces, can supply a turnover bed that the patient used for a long time as one. In addition, when tilting mechanism used as long-term upset bed, locking structure need set up again between supporting wheel and the upset circle to under guaranteeing normal condition, the upset circle is in fixed state, and the bed board is steady.

Claims (6)

1. A turnover mechanism for turning over a patient in a prone position is characterized by comprising:
a flip assembly, the flip assembly comprising:
the fixing framework is of a framework structure and is hollow;
the overturning ring is positioned in the fixed framework, and a gap is reserved between the overturning ring and the fixed framework; the turnover ring is in a ring shape, and a sickbed on which a patient lies can be accommodated in the turnover ring;
the clamping piece is fixedly connected to the overturning ring and can clamp the sickbed;
the supporting wheels are arranged in a plurality and are arranged in a gap between the overturning ring and the fixed framework in a surrounding manner, the supporting wheels are movably connected to the fixed framework, and the supporting wheels are in contact with the overturning ring; the contact surfaces of the supporting wheel and the overturning ring are respectively provided with teeth, and the supporting wheel and the overturning ring are meshed so that the supporting wheel drives the overturning ring to overturn; and
the driving source is arranged on the fixed framework and is connected with the supporting wheels;
the beam net is positioned above the sickbed and covers the patient; the beam net is connected with the overturning ring or the clamping piece, so that the beam net and the sickbed form a cavity with upper and lower limiting surfaces;
the drive source indirectly acts on the turnover ring through the support wheel, and the patient changes the state of lying on the bed from the state of bending over and bending over the beam net through the turnover ring;
the lifting piece comprises a lifting wheel, a lifting arm and a lifting screw; wherein the lifting wheel is positioned on the inner side of the turnover ring and acts on the inner side surface of the turnover ring from bottom to top; one end of the lifting arm is connected with the fixed framework above the turnover ring; the other end of the lifting arm is connected to the lifting wheel, the lifting arm is movably connected with the fixed framework through a lifting screw, the lifting screw is sequentially connected with the lifting arm and the fixed framework from top to bottom, the screwing-in depth of the lifting screw can control the distance from the lifting wheel to the inner side surface of the turnover ring, and a lifting spring is sleeved on the lifting screw;
the clamping device comprises a clamping piece, a turnover ring, a clamping plate and a clamping base, wherein the clamping piece is provided with two groups, the two groups of clamping pieces are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the turnover ring and are positioned on two sides of a sickbed so as to clamp the sickbed from two sides, the clamping piece comprises a clamping base and a clamping plate, the clamping base is fixedly connected with the turnover ring, the clamping plate is connected with the clamping base through a clamping screw, and a clamping cavity for clamping the sickbed is formed between the clamping plate and the clamping base; wherein, the pressfitting face corresponds the centre gripping base, and the side fender face is towards the sick bed, and the side fender face has certain height and length.

The turnover mechanism for turnover of prone position of patient as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower end of said fixed skeleton is provided with rollers and a fixed seat; the fixed seat can move relative to the fixed framework so that the fixed seat has a first state and a second state relative to the roller, and when the fixed seat is in the first state, the fixed seat is lifted off the ground, and the roller is grounded; in the second state, the fixed seat contacts the ground and the roller leaves the ground.
3. The turnover mechanism for turnover of a prone position of a patient as claimed in claim 2, wherein the fixed seat is telescopically connected with respect to the bottom surface of the fixed framework.
4. The turnover mechanism for turning over a prone position of a patient as claimed in claim 1, wherein the number of the support wheels is at least three, and a plurality of the support wheels are arranged at equal intervals with respect to the circumference of the turnover ring.

The turnover mechanism for turning over a prone position of a patient as claimed in claim 1, wherein the turnover mechanism is provided with at least two turnover mechanisms, and a plurality of turnover mechanisms are operated in a linear parallel manner; wherein, a connecting rod is arranged between the adjacent turnover mechanisms.
6. A turn-over bed for turning over a patient in a prone position, the turn-over bed comprising:
a turnover mechanism as claimed in any one of claims 1-5;
the bed board is arranged on the clamping piece of the turnover mechanism, and a patient can lie on the bed board.
