The invention is described in detail below with reference to the following figures and examples:

referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the drinking device of the present invention is adapted to be used with a beverage cup 5 having a sealing membrane 4 on a lid thereof, and includes a straw 1, a connecting member 2 extending outwardly from the straw 1, and a piercing member 3 connected to the connecting member 2.

The straw 1 comprises an engagement section 11 for connecting the connecting member 2, an insertion section 12 engaged with the engagement section 11 and adapted to be inserted into the beverage cup 5, and a sucking section 13 engaged with a side of the engagement section 11 opposite to the insertion section 12.

In this embodiment, the straw 1 and the connector 2 are made of silica gel, and have the advantages of light weight, portability, softness, no nozzle scraping, falling resistance, safety, easy cleaning, etc. However, in other embodiments, the material of the straw 1 and the connector 2 is not limited thereto, and other reusable materials can be used. In addition, the connecting member 2 is integrally connected to the connecting section 11, and the connecting member 2 is in a string shape, but the connection manner of the connecting member 2 is not limited to the integral connection, and the shape of the connecting member 2 is not limited to the string shape, as long as the connecting member 2 is fixedly disposed on the connecting section 11.
