As shown in figures 13 and 14, after the electric cylinder 6-21 is contracted, the front end of the shifting fork 6-22 pushes the hook connecting rod 6-20 rightwards, so that the upper end of the hook 6-26 swings rightwards, the hook structure at the lower end of the hook 6-26 swings leftwards, the pull ring 6-3.1 is disengaged, and the sliding frame 6-3 can move downwards, meanwhile, the rear end of the shifting fork 6-22 pulls the shifting ring 6-25 leftwards, so that the large bevel gear 6-8 moves leftwards, and meshing with the small bevel gear 6-30 is realized, so that the rotating shaft 6-23 can drive the rolling cylinder 6-5 to rotate through the large bevel gear 6-8, the small bevel gear 6-30, the worm 6-27 and the worm wheel 6-7, and ascending and descending of the sliding frame 6-3 are realized.
As shown in fig. 10 and 12, the cover plate 6-4 is fixedly installed at the front side of the upper end of the sliding frame 6-3, the sliding frame 6-3 is installed inside the fixed frame 6-11, a moving pair is formed by two guide rails and four sliding blocks and a fixed frame 6-11, a ratchet bar 6-11.1 is longitudinally arranged on the back side surface inside the fixed frame 6-11, four guide posts 6-15 are tightly installed on the top surface inside the sliding frame 6-3, a connecting plate 6-14 is installed with the four guide posts 6-15 in a matching way to form the moving pair, the four guide posts 6-15 provide a guiding effect for the up-and-down movement of the connecting plate 6-14, four springs 6-13 are installed between the connecting plate 6-14 and the top surface inside the sliding frame 6-3, and the lower end of a steel wire rope 6-6 is tightly connected with the center position of the connecting; the steel wire rope 6-6 compresses the four springs 6-13 through the connecting plates 6-14 to carry out suspended load on the sliding frame 6-3, and after the hoisting drum 6-5 is started, the four springs 6-13 can buffer the tensile force suddenly loaded by the steel wire rope 6-6, so that the technical effect of starting buffering is achieved.

As shown in fig. 10 and 11, five drawer chambers and driving chambers which are inclined downwards by 20 degrees are arranged at the lower side of a sliding frame 6-3, the driving chambers are positioned at the left side of the drawer chambers, each driving chamber is internally provided with a driving mechanism 6-12 which consists of a motor and a screw rod, the front end of each driving chamber is provided with a control panel 6-2, each control panel 6-2 is provided with a display screen, a closing button and a chamber supplementing button, and is internally integrated with an intelligent microprocessor which is used for controlling the display information of the display screen, controlling the rotation time sequence of the driving mechanism 6-12, processing the pressure data of a pressure sensor 6-28 and the information collection of the closing button and the chamber supplementing button and can perform information interaction with a computer 3, the upper left corner of each drawer chamber is provided with a medicine chamber air inlet 6-3.2, the upper right corner is provided with a medicine bin air outlet 6-3.3, each drawer bin is internally provided with a drawer 6-1, the upper left corner of each drawer 6-1 is provided with an air inlet 6-1.1, the upper right corner is provided with an air outlet 6-1.2, each drawer 6-1 and the bottom of the drawer bin where the drawer is located form a moving pair through a guide rail sliding block structure, the left side of each drawer 6-1 is provided with a lead screw sliding block structure which is matched and installed with a lead screw in a driving mechanism 6-12, and therefore a motor in the driving mechanism 6-12 can drive the drawer 6-1 to be opened outwards and closed inwards through the lead screw structure.
As shown in fig. 10, 11 and 12, each drawer 6-1 is provided with a medicine hopper 6-29, each medicine hopper 6-29 is filled with traditional Chinese medicines, four pressure sensors 6-28 for monitoring the gravity change of the medicine hopper 6-29 are arranged between each drawer 6-1 and the bottom of the corresponding medicine hopper, low-temperature dry nitrogen is introduced into the main air pipe 6-10 and is arranged at the back side of the medicine cabinet unit 6, five branch air pipes are arranged at the lower end of the main air pipe, when the drawer 6-1 is in a closed state, the low-temperature dry nitrogen in each branch air pipe can enter the corresponding medicine hopper 6-29 through a vent pipe arranged at the upper left corner of the driving bin and a medicine bin air inlet 6-3.2 and an air inlet 6-1.1, and the original normal-temperature air in the medicine hopper 6-29 can be discharged to a storage chamber 1.3 through an air outlet 6-1.2 and a medicine bin air outlet 6-3.3, thereby realizing the technical effect of low-temperature air-conditioned storage of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the driving device 5 includes a driving plate 5-1, a motor 5-2, a first chain 5-3, a first chain wheel 5-4, a second chain wheel 5-5, a second chain 5-6, a third chain wheel 5-7, a right spline shaft 5-8, a left spline shaft 5-9, a first locking screw 5-10, a first shaft sleeve 5-11, a fourth chain wheel 5-12, a third chain 5-13, a fifth chain wheel 5-14, a sixth chain wheel 5-15, a fourth chain 5-16, a seventh chain wheel 5-17, and an eighth chain wheel 5-18, the left side of the driving plate 5-1 is provided with four circular holes for assembling connection with the medicine cabinet unit 6, the right side is provided with four threaded columns for assembling connection with the medicine cabinet unit 6, the motor 5-2 is fixedly mounted on the rear side of the driving plate 5-1, the seventh chain wheel 5-17 and the eighth chain wheel 5-18 are fixedly connected with an output shaft of a motor 5-2, the sixth chain wheel 5-15 and a driving plate 5-1 form a rotating pair, the lower end of the sixth chain wheel is of a chain wheel structure, the upper end of the sixth chain wheel is of a bevel gear structure, a fourth chain 5-16 is arranged between the eighth chain wheel 5-18 and the sixth chain wheel 5-15 to form chain transmission, the fifth chain wheel 5-14 and the driving plate 5-1 form a rotating pair, the bevel gear structure at the left end of the fifth chain wheel and the bevel gear arranged at the upper end of the sixth chain wheel 5-15 form bevel gear meshing transmission, the fourth chain wheel 5-12 is arranged at the left side of the upper end of the driving plate 5-1 to form a rotating pair, and a third chain 5-13 is arranged between the chain wheel structure arranged at the left end of the fourth chain wheel, the left spline shaft 5-9 is arranged on the left side of the upper end of the driving plate 5-1 to form a revolute pair, an external spline arranged at the front end of the left spline shaft is matched with an internal spline of the first shaft sleeve 5-11 to form a revolute pair, the first locking screw 5-10 and the first shaft sleeve 5-11 form a thread pair for locking the position of the first shaft sleeve 5-11 on the left spline shaft 5-9, and a bevel gear arranged at the rear end of the left spline shaft 5-9 and a bevel gear arranged at the right end of the fourth chain wheel 5-12 form bevel gear meshing transmission.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the first sprocket 5-4 and the driving plate 5-1 form a rotation pair, the lower end of the rotation pair is a sprocket structure, the upper end of the rotation pair is a bevel gear structure, a first chain 5-3 is installed between the seventh sprocket 5-17 and the first sprocket 5-4 to form a chain transmission, the second sprocket 5-5 and the driving plate 5-1 form a rotation pair, the bevel gear structure at the left end of the rotation pair and the bevel gear arranged at the upper end of the first sprocket 5-4 form a bevel gear meshing transmission, the third sprocket 5-7 is installed at the right side of the upper end of the driving plate 5-1 to form a rotation pair, a second chain 5-6 is installed between the sprocket structure arranged at the right end of the rotation pair and the sprocket structure arranged at the right end of the second sprocket 5-5 to form a chain transmission, the right spline shaft 5-8 is installed at the right side of the upper, the front end of the chain wheel is provided with an external spline, and the bevel gear arranged at the rear end of the chain wheel and the bevel gear arranged at the left end of the third chain wheel 5-7 form bevel gear meshing transmission.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, when the output shaft of the motor 5-2 rotates clockwise, after the bevel gear transmission and the chain transmission formed by the above components, the left spline shaft 5-9 realizes counterclockwise rotation, and the right spline shaft 5-8 realizes clockwise rotation; when the output shaft of the motor 5-2 rotates anticlockwise, the left spline shaft 5-9 rotates clockwise, and the right spline shaft 5-8 rotates anticlockwise.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, a group of medicine cabinet devices comprises a driving device 5, a fixing plate 7 and eight rows of medicine cabinet units 6, wherein each row of medicine cabinet units 6 is composed of two medicine cabinet units 6 which are back to back, four threaded columns in the left medicine cabinet unit 6 in the first row are matched with four round holes in the left side of a driving plate 5-1 and locked by four nuts, a first shaft sleeve 5-11 moves rightwards and locks a first locking screw 5-10, so that a left flower shaft 5-9 is coaxially connected with a rotating shaft 6-23 in the medicine cabinet unit 6 and can transmit torsional moment; four round holes in the right medicine cabinet unit 6 in the first row are matched and installed with four threaded columns on the right side of the driving plate 5-1 and are locked by four nuts, a second shaft sleeve 6-9 in the medicine cabinet unit 6 moves leftwards and locks a second locking screw 6-24, so that the right spline shaft 5-8 is coaxially connected with a rotating shaft 6-23 in the medicine cabinet unit 6 and can transmit torsional moment; the left side of the fixed plate 7 is provided with four threaded columns, and the right side is provided with four round holes.
As shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, two medicine cabinet units 6 in the first row, two traditional Chinese medicine cabinet units 6 in the second row, two traditional Chinese medicine cabinet units 6 in the third row, two traditional Chinese medicine cabinet units 6 in the fourth row, two traditional Chinese medicine cabinet units 6 in the fifth row, two traditional Chinese medicine cabinet units 6 in the sixth row, two traditional Chinese medicine cabinet units 6 in the seventh row, and two traditional Chinese medicine cabinet units 6 in the eighth row are sequentially connected in an assembling manner by the connection and transmission manner; the eight row of two traditional Chinese medicine cabinet units 6 are also spliced and connected with the fixing plate 7 through threaded columns and round holes; the lower ends of the driving plate 5-1 and the fixing plate 7 are fixedly arranged on the upper side of a bearing partition plate in the storeroom 1.3 through foundation bolts.
As shown in fig. 2, three groups of medicine cabinet devices are arranged in the storage chamber 1.3 at equal intervals, the number of the medicine cabinet devices can be increased or decreased according to the number of the types of the medicinal materials and the size of the space of the storage chamber 1.3, and the number of columns of the medicine cabinet units 6 in each group of medicine cabinet devices can be increased or decreased according to the size and the shape of the space of the storage chamber 1.3.
As shown in figures 2 and 4, the air conditioning system 4 comprises an exhaust pipe 4-1, an intake pipe 4-2, an oxygen concentration monitor 4-3, a refrigerator 4-4 and a nitrogen making machine 4-5, wherein the nitrogen making machine 4-5 adopts the pressure swing adsorption principle to prepare high-purity dry nitrogen, the nitrogen-making raw material is air in a storage room 1.3, eight oxygen concentration monitors 4-3 are uniformly distributed in the three-dimensional space of the storage room 1.3, the nitrogen making machine 4-5 and the refrigerator 4-4 are both arranged at the rear side of the house body 1, the air in the storage chamber 1.3 enters the nitrogen making machine 4-5 through the air inlet pipe 4-2, the dry nitrogen purified by the nitrogen generator 4-5 is cooled by the refrigerator 4-4, and enters the medicine hopper 6-29 through the exhaust pipe 4-1 and the main air pipe 6-10 to realize the low-temperature air-conditioned storage of the traditional Chinese medicines.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the tail end of the air inlet pipe 4-2 is provided with eight branch air pipes which are uniformly distributed in the three-dimensional space of the storage chamber 1.3, each branch air pipe is provided with dense vent holes so that the air in each space position of the storage chamber 1.3 can smoothly enter the nitrogen making machine 4-5 through the air inlet pipe 4-2, the main air pipes 6-10 in each medicine cabinet unit 6 are communicated with the exhaust pipe 4-1, the low-temperature dry nitrogen discharged by the refrigerator 4-4 enters the exhaust pipe 4-1 and enters the medicine hoppers 6-29 containing medicine through each main air pipe 6-10, the original oxygen-containing air in the medicine hoppers 6-29 is discharged into the space of the storage chamber 1.3, and the oxygen concentration monitor 4-3 is used for monitoring the oxygen content in the storage chamber 1.3 in real time, when the oxygen content in the storage chamber 1.3 is detected to exceed the set threshold, the nitrogen making machine 4-5 and the refrigerating machine 4-4 are started, the oxygen-containing air in the storage chamber 1.3 is purified into high-purity low-temperature dry nitrogen and is sent back to the medicine hopper 6-29 in the storage chamber 1.3, and the whole air conditioning process of cooling, filling nitrogen and reducing oxygen is internal circulation, so that the technical effect of low-temperature air conditioning storage of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials can be realized efficiently.
The embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a database is established in the computer 3 for the traditional Chinese medicines contained in the medicine hoppers 6-29 of the medicine cabinet units 6 in the storage chamber 1.3, when the pressure sensors 6-28 in a certain drawer 6-1 monitor that the weight of the traditional Chinese medicines in the medicine hoppers 6-29 is too small, the computer 3 displays that the stock of the traditional Chinese medicines is too small and prompts a medicine supplementing person to supplement the medicine in time, and the medicine taking person can also press a medicine supplementing button on the control panel 6-2 to prompt the medicine supplementing person to supplement the medicine in time.
As shown in fig. 3, after the prescription of the medicine prescribed by the doctor enters the computer 3 and is verified and confirmed by the medicine taker, the electric cylinder 6-21 in the medicine cabinet unit 6 containing the required medicine contracts to enable the large bevel gear 6-8 to be meshed with the small bevel gear 6-30, and the hook-shaped structure at the lower end of the hook 6-26 is separated from the pull ring 6-3.1, then the motor 5-2 rotates clockwise, the sliding frame 6-3 in the medicine cabinet unit 6 containing the required medicine descends to the medicine taking chamber 1.4, then the corresponding drawer 6-1 moves outwards to be opened under the action of the driving mechanism 6-12, the display screen of the corresponding control panel 6-2 can display the medicine name, the required gram number and the real-time displayed gram number to be taken, when all the drawers 6-1 are opened, the medicine taking personnel can push the medicine dispensing vehicle 2 to enter the medicine taking chamber 1.4 for medicine taking operation.
The display screen of the control panel 6-2 displays the dose of the medicine to be taken by the medicine taking personnel in real time according to the weight change of the medicine hopper 6-29 monitored by the pressure sensor 6-28, the gram number to be taken is changed into 0 which indicates that the dose of the medicine to be taken is finished, the medicine taking personnel need to click a closing button on the control panel 6-2, the corresponding drawer 6-1 retracts inwards under the action of the driving mechanism 6-12 to realize closing, after all the required drawers 6-1 are finished to take and close, an operator pushes the medicine dispensing vehicle 2 to withdraw from the medicine taking chamber 1.4, then the motor 5-2 rotates anticlockwise, the corresponding sliding frame 6-3 rises into the storage chamber 1.3, the corresponding electric cylinder 6-21 extends to enable the large bevel gear 6-8 to be disengaged from the small bevel gear 6-30, and the hook structure at the lower end of the hook 6-26 is hooked into the pull ring 6-3.1.
After the primary medicine taking is finished, the nitrogen making machine 4-5 and the refrigerating machine 4-4 are started, so that the air entering the medicine hopper 6-29 is extruded to the space of the storage chamber 1.3 by the low-temperature dry nitrogen when the medicine taking chamber 1.4 is opened, the oxygen-containing air discharged from the medicine hopper 6-29 enters the nitrogen making machine 4-5 and the refrigerating machine 4-4 through the air inlet pipe 4-2, and the nitrogen making machine 4-5 and the refrigerating machine 4-4 stop working until the oxygen concentration monitor 4-3 monitors that the oxygen content in the storage chamber 1.3 is lower than the set threshold value, and the next starting instruction is waited.
