作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述牛磺酸是动物体内一种结构简单的含硫氨基酸,化学名称为2-氨基乙磺酸,存在于脑、卵巢、心脏、肝、乳汁、松果、垂体、视网膜、肾上腺等组织中,是人体的必需氨基酸,对胎儿、婴儿神经***的发育有重要作用。

本发明实施例制备的组合物组方严谨,无毒副作用,运用中医理论结合人的体质,结合食物营养物质的配伍,不是单一调节一方面的能力,而是可以达到升清降浊、益气养阴、生津止渴、疏解热邪、活血化瘀、止咳平喘、强化营养、宁心安神、清肝明目、美颜、调理肝肾、护心、防治胆结石、防治肾结石、调节免疫能力、益智健脑、降糖、降压、降脂、预防中风等效果,可用于全面调节人体机能,达到营养强化、扶正祛邪、补其不足、泻其有余的功效;通过菊花、枣、葛根、枸杞、沙棘与牛磺酸等原料的合理配伍,可以调节人体达到阴平阳密、正气内存、邪不可干的健康体质,尤其适用于眼疾干涩、口渴、咽干、头晕目眩、健忘失眠、心悸乏力、营养不良、体弱多病者;而本发明提供的组合物的制备方法简单,容易实施,解决了现有用于调节人体机能的饮料大存在调节功效不够全面的问题,具有广阔的市场前景。

在本实施例中,所述组合物的制备方法如下:
称取上述的菊花、枣、葛根、枸杞、沙棘与牛磺酸,混合均匀,得到所述组合物。
在本实施例中,将制得的所述组合物按照3g/次的用量直接加入开水进行冲泡,然后可以作为茶类饮料进行直接饮用,每天饮用1次。

与实施例1相比,除了是将所述组合物按照现有常规手段加入所需辅料进行制成乳饮料外,其他与实施例1相同。

与实施例1相比,除了是将所述组合物按照现有常规手段加入所需辅料进行制成功能饮料外,其他与实施例1相同。

与实施例1相比,除了是将所述组合物按照现有常规手段加入所需辅料进行制成果蔬汁饮料外,其他与实施例1相同。

与实施例1相比,除了是将所述组合物按照现有常规手段加入所需辅料进行制成碳酸类饮料外,其他与实施例1相同。

一种组合物,包括以下的原料:菊花80克、枣80克、葛根80克、枸杞80克与沙棘50克,以及适量的牛磺酸。所述牛磺酸的剂量按照国家标准规定的牛磺酸添加量进行添加。具体的,按照GB14759-2010食品安全国家标准《食品添加剂 牛磺酸》中的规定进行添加。所述枣选自红枣。
在本实施例中,所述组合物的制备方法如下:

需要说明的是,在大健康的社会环境下,现有技术中“以食为药,以食当药”的食物制作的茶饮料或其他饮料都是单一方面调节机能的配方,不够全面,本发明依据人体的整体理念来全面调节人体机能达到健康目的。人是有机生命整体,阴常不足,阳常有余,本发明以食为药,以食当药,运用中医理论及食物的四性五味、升降沉浮归经,优选适当的食物种类科学配伍组成一种组合物作为茶饮料,未发现与本方案相近似的,本发明是通过以整体观念运用“以食为药,以食当药”理念,根据食物的四性五味、升降浮沉,协助调节整体机能达到“阴平阳密,正气存内,邪不可干”的健康方案。通过依人的生命整体特征,阴常不足,阳常有余,以食为药,以食当药的理念,提供的组合物作为茶饮料起到营养强化、扶正祛邪、补其不足、泻其有余的功效,全面达到“阴平阳密,正气内存,邪不可干的健康体质。
上面对本发明的较佳实施方式作了详细说明,但是本发明并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引申出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之中。

1.一种组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物包括以下药食同源的原料:菊花、枣、葛根、枸杞与沙棘;其中,所述组合物中还包括适量的牛磺酸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物包括以下按照重量份的原料:菊花2-80份、枣2-80份、葛根2-80份、枸杞2-80份与沙棘5-50份,以及适量的牛磺酸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物包括以下按照重量份的原料:菊花5-50份、枣5-50份、葛根5-50份、枸杞5-50份与沙棘5-50份,以及适量的牛磺酸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述枣选自红枣、酸枣、沙枣、椰枣、葫芦枣中的任意一种或多种。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任一所述的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:按照比例称取菊花、枣、葛根、枸杞、沙棘与牛磺酸,混合均匀,得到所述组合物。
6.一种饮料制品,其特征在于,包含如权利要求1或2或3或4所述的组合物以及用于浸泡所述组合物的水。
7.根据权利要求6所述的饮料制品,其特征在于,所述饮料制品是酒精饮料、碳酸类饮料、果蔬汁饮料、功能饮料、茶类饮料、乳饮料或咖啡饮料中的任意一种。
8.根据权利要求7所述的饮料制品,其特征在于,所述饮料制品是茶类饮料时的制备方法为:将所述组合物中加入开水进行冲泡,以进行直接饮用。
9.根据权利要求8所述的饮料制品,其特征在于,所述饮料制品中是将所述组合物按照3-6g/次的用量加入开水。
10.一种如权利要求6-9任一所述的饮料制品在制备用于升清降浊和/或益气养阴和/或生津止渴和/或疏解热邪和/或活血化瘀和/或止咳平喘和/或强化营养和/或宁心安神和/或清肝明目和/或美颜和/或调理肝肾和/或护心和/或治疗胆结石和/或治疗肾结石和/或调节免疫能力和/或益智健脑和/或降糖和/或降压和/或降脂和/或预防中风的食品中的应用。
