7) and a damage reporting module: the intelligent card lock is connected with the login module and used for sending a damage report to remind a manager when the intelligent card lock is damaged; when the intelligent card lock senses that the intelligent card lock cannot be controlled by a lock head control module of the slide plate management system, the intelligent card lock can remind management personnel; or when the user finds that the intelligent card lock is damaged, the user can click the module to remind a manager;
8) and an experience evaluation module: the system is connected with a payment module and used for evaluating product experience after a user finishes using the sliding plate management system platform software product (namely, payment is finished and the sliding plate is taken out); the module can pop up after the user finishes using the module, and can automatically select whether to evaluate the product experience; if any problem occurs during the use, the relevant manager can also be contacted in the module.
The working principle of the intelligent sliding plate lock is as follows:
when the sliding plate is stored, the lock head control module sends a clamp opening instruction, the lock head driving module receives the instruction, the lock head driving mechanism applies a pushing force on the push rod 11, the two metal clamps 9 respectively slide forwards along the two V-shaped expanded conical fixing pieces 12 with the tail parts being wide and the front parts being thin under the pushing force of the push rod 11, so that the front parts of the two metal clamps 9 are expanded, namely the two metal clamps are opened; a user places the joint of the board surface of the sliding board and the roller between the two metal clamps 9 of the intelligent card lock; after the detection module detects that the slide plate is put between two metal fixtures 9, a detection signal is transmitted to the lock head control module, the lock head control module sends a clamp closing instruction, the lock head driving module receives the instruction, the force exerted on the push rod and the spring by the lock head driving mechanism disappears, the resilience force of the compression spring enables the push rod and the two metal fixtures to retract, namely the two metal fixtures are closed, and the slide plate storage operation is completed.
When the sliding plate is taken out, the lock head control module sends a clamp opening instruction, the lock head driving module receives the instruction, the lock head driving mechanism applies a pushing force on the push rod 11, the two metal clamps 9 respectively slide forwards along the two V-shaped expanded conical fixing pieces 12 with the tail parts being wide and the front parts being thin under the pushing force of the push rod 11, so that the front parts of the two metal clamps 9 are expanded, namely the two metal clamps are opened; the user moves the joint of the board surface of the sliding board and the roller out of the two metal clamps 9 of the intelligent card lock; after the detection module detects that the sliding plate between the two metal clamps 9 has been taken out, a detection signal is transmitted to the lock head control module, the lock head control module sends out a clamp closing instruction, the lock head driving module receives the instruction, the force exerted on the push rod and the spring by the lock head driving mechanism disappears, the resilience force of the compression spring enables the push rod and the two metal clamps to retract, namely the two metal clamps are closed, and the sliding plate taking-out operation is completed.
In the invention, in order to solve the problem that metal parts are easy to rust, oxidize or corrode when the skateboard lock is exposed outside, a waterproof silica gel sleeve is added on the outer layer of the metal parts (including a metal inner rod of a transverse supporting rod and a metal clamp of a loose-leaf clamp type) of the skateboard lock. Silica gel is a high-activity adsorption material, is insoluble in water and any solvent, is nontoxic and odorless, has stable chemical properties, and does not react with any substance except strong alkali and hydrofluoric acid. Different types of silica gel form different microporous structures due to different manufacturing methods. The chemical components and physical structure of silica gel determine that the silica gel has the characteristics of difficult substitution of other similar materials: high adsorption performance, good thermal stability, stable chemical property, higher mechanical strength and the like. Silica gel itself is not toxic, but additives harmful to human bodies may be artificially doped in the silica gel.
In the present invention, the clamping force of the slide lock is set in a proper range, and for example, the clamping force is not properly set, and there may be a deviation of the locking position or a weak locking in the process of locking the slide. Therefore, a proper material needs to be selected to communicate with a manufacturer, the clamping force needs to be tested for many times, the sliding plate can be supported, the stress can be stable, and meanwhile, the sliding plate cannot be damaged by the lock.
In the invention, the application software matched with the sliding plate lock may have network congestion or system loopholes, and needs technical personnel to debug.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent sliding plate lock is characterized by comprising a fixed lock pile; the fixed locking pile is composed of at least two standing piles at the bottom and at least one transverse supporting rod at the upper part; a plurality of clamping groove positions are arranged on the transverse supporting rod, and each clamping groove position is provided with an intelligent clamping lock; the rear end of each intelligent card lock is fixedly connected with the transverse supporting rod; the front end of each intelligent card lock is provided with an automatic lock head; each automatic lock head is provided with a pair of telescopic loose-leaf clamp type clamps which can clamp the sliding plate; a lock head driving module which can receive a system control command and drive the automatic lock head to stretch and retract and a lock head driving mechanism which is connected with the lock head driving module and can drive the automatic lock head to stretch and retract are arranged in the middle section of each intelligent lock; an infrared sensor is arranged between the two clamps; a lock head driving module of the intelligent card lock is connected with a slide plate management system application program through a wireless transmission module; the two-dimensional code is arranged on the fixed lock pile, a user can enter an application program of the slide plate management system by opening a mobile phone, scanning the two-dimensional code, downloading an APP (application program) or linking the APP through the application program, select a corresponding storage point and a corresponding storage position of the intelligent lock, and perform operations of storing and locking the slide plate or unlocking and taking out the slide plate, and the slide plate can be automatically clamped or loosened by controlling the intelligent lock through the slide plate management system;
the skateboard management system application program comprises: the device comprises a login module, a sliding plate storage module, a sliding plate taking-out module, a lock head control module, a detection module and a payment module; the sliding plate storage module and the sliding plate taking module are connected with the login module; the sliding plate storage module and the sliding plate taking-out module are connected with the lock head control module and the detection module; the detection module is connected with the lock head control module; the detection module is also connected with an infrared sensor arranged between the two clamps; the payment module is connected with the sliding plate taking-out module; the lock control module is also connected with the lock driving module of each intelligent card lock through a wireless transmission module;
1) the login module is used for inputting an account password by a user to log in the system;
2) the sliding plate storage module: the sliding plate storage system is used for selecting a storage point and a storage position to carry out sliding plate storage operation after a user enters the system;
3) the sliding plate taking-out module: the sliding plate taking-out operation is carried out after a user enters the system; the storage time and the storage management fee can be checked, and the payment module is linked to carry out corresponding work of paying the storage management fee;
4) and a lock head control module: the intelligent card lock is used for controlling the opening or closing of the two clamps of the intelligent card lock according to a received slide storage or slide taking-out instruction, namely driving the lock head driving mechanism to execute the action of opening or closing the lock head;
5) and a detection module: the intelligent clamping device is used for detecting whether a sliding plate exists between the two clamps, namely whether the sliding plate is in a storage state or a taking-out state, and transmitting a detected signal to the lock control module to control the two clamps of the intelligent clamping lock to be closed;
6) and a payment module: for online payment of a deposit management fee.
2. The intelligent skateboard lock of claim 1, wherein the skateboard management system application further comprises: a damage reporting module and an experience evaluation module;
7) and a damage reporting module: the intelligent card lock is connected with the login module and used for sending a damage report to remind a manager when the intelligent card lock is damaged; when the intelligent card lock senses that the intelligent card lock cannot be controlled by a lock head control module of the slide plate management system, the intelligent card lock can remind management personnel; or when the user finds that the intelligent card lock is damaged, the user can click the module to remind a manager;
8) and an experience evaluation module: the system is connected with a payment module and used for evaluating product experience after a user finishes using the sliding plate management system platform software product, namely, after finishing payment and taking out the sliding plate; the module can pop up after the user finishes using the module, and can automatically select whether to evaluate the product experience; if any problem occurs during the use, the relevant manager can also be contacted in the module.

The intelligent sliding plate lock of claim 1 or 2, wherein a push rod and a spring are further arranged in the middle section of each intelligent card lock; one end of the push rod is connected with the lock head driving mechanism, and the other end of the push rod is respectively connected with the tail ends of the two clamps through springs; the two clamps are respectively sleeved on two V-shaped flared conical fixing pieces with wide tail parts and thin front parts; when the lock head driving mechanism applies a thrust to the push rod, the two clamps can slide forwards on the two V-shaped expanded conical fixing pieces with the tail parts wide and the front parts thin under the thrust of the push rod, so that the front parts of the two clamps can be expanded; when the pushing force applied to the push rod by the lock head driving mechanism disappears, the front parts of the two clamps can retract backwards on the two V-shaped expanded conical fixing pieces with the tail parts being wide and the front parts being thin under the action of the resilience force of the spring, so that the front parts of the two clamps can be closed.

The intelligent skateboard lock of claim 1 or 2, wherein the fixed lock peg is composed of two bottom support legs and one upper cross support bar; a row of clamping groove positions are respectively arranged on two sides of the transverse supporting rod, and each clamping groove position is provided with an intelligent clamping lock; the front end of each intelligent card lock is provided with an automatic lock head; each automatic lock head is provided with a pair of retractable loose-leaf binder type metal clamps which can clamp the sliding plate.
5. The intelligent skateboard lock of claim 1 or 2, wherein the cross support bar is a metal bar.
6. The intelligent skateboard lock of claim 1 or 2, wherein the cross support bar comprises an inner metal bar and a waterproof silicone sleeve disposed outside the inner metal bar.
7. The intelligent slide lock of claim 1 or 2, wherein the binder-type holder is a metal holder.
8. The intelligent skateboard lock of claim 7, wherein a waterproof silicone sleeve is provided outside the metal clip of the loose-leaf binder.
9. The intelligent skateboard lock of claim 1 or 2, wherein the intelligent card lock is detachable, i.e. the connection between the rear end of each intelligent card lock and the cross brace is detachable.
10. The intelligent skateboard lock of claim 1 or 2, wherein the wireless transmission module is a wifi transmission module or a bluetooth module.
