Abstract
本发明提供了一种LED发光结构、车灯和信号屏,其中发光结构包括一个LED焊盘和封装在该焊盘上的LED芯片,所述LED芯片为一颗设有两种涂层的LED芯片,所述两种涂层中的一种为红色涂层,另一种为专色涂层。所述车灯为后转向灯和后位置灯的发光***共用一组所述LED发光结构的车灯。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及发光技术领域,具体涉及LED发光结构、车灯和信号屏。
背景技术
目前,越来越多的汽车灯具为了满足造型的需要,以及特殊点灯效果的要求,造型变的更加的富有艺术感,使用了更多的艺术化设计方式。相应的,对于LED可以复用的效果也出现了一定程度的追求,而对于造型与结构而言,如何找到既可以满足造型需求,同时可以满足使用工程化方式实现成为了一个难点。
传统的实现方式使用的是单独芯片的LED,如图1中的图1a所示,在LED焊盘2内封装有一颗LED芯片1;即此种LED只能够发出一种颜色的光。所以对于不同的功能,布置在同一空间,即使用此种单芯片LED无法满足,若需要满足此种方式,就需要同时布置两款LED,包括红光和黄光LED,对于产品的成本控制不利。
另一种传统的双芯片LED适用于汽车前部灯具,即,将日间行车灯功能与前转向灯功能进行复合使用,在同一个发光面中实现两种功能,此LED为白光与黄光复用,如图1中图1b所示,在LED焊盘4内设置的LED芯片3可以发两种颜色的光。
第三种传统的三芯片LED光源为RGB型光源,如图1中图1c所示,即,每颗LED焊盘6中含有三颗芯片5,芯片的光色分别为红、绿、蓝三色,此三原色可以混合为多种颜色,但对于车规级别的黄光色度范围无法通过三原色光的光色调整进行匹配,故使用RGB产品的三芯片LED不可以满足黄光转向灯信号。
第四种传统四芯片LED光源采用在图1c所示的基础三芯片光源上增加一颗白光光源的方法,如图1中图1d所示,在LED焊盘8中设有四颗均布的芯片7,来满足白光增强的作用,但依旧不可以满足黄光转向灯信号,使得后部灯具在红光与黄光光源的应用上有一定的局限性。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种既能满足造型法规要求,又能节约成本、减少空间的LED发光结构。
其所要解决的技术问题可以通过以下技术方案来实施。
一种LED发光结构,包括一个LED焊盘和封装在该焊盘上的LED芯片,其特点为,所述LED芯片为一颗设有两种涂层的LED芯片,所述两种涂层中的一种为红色涂层,另一种为专色涂层。
作为本技术方案的进一步改进,所述专色涂层的光色为琥珀色,所述琥珀色的色度特性为:趋率极限y≤x-0.120,趋红极限y≥0.390,趋白极限y≥0.790-0.670x;其中,x和y为色品坐标。
本发明所要解决的另一技术问题在于提供另一种具有前述优势的LED发光结构,包括LED焊盘和封装在该焊盘上的LED芯片,其特点为,所述LED芯片为两颗间距为0.5mm以上的LED芯片,并且,其中一颗LED芯片为红光LED芯片,另一颗LED芯片为专色光LED芯片。
进一步,所述专色光LED芯片的光色为琥珀色,所述琥珀色的色度特性为:趋率极限y≤x-0.120,趋红极限y≥0.390,趋白极限y≥0.790-0.670x;其中,x和y为色品坐标。
本发明所要解决的又一技术问题,在于提供一种采用上述LED发光结构的车灯,其特点为,该车灯的后转向灯和后位置灯的发光***共用一组所述LED发光结构。
本发明所要解决的又一技术问题,在于提供一种采用上述LED发光结构的车灯,其特点为,该车灯的后转向灯、后位置灯和制动灯的发光***共用一组所述LED发光结构。
本发明还提供了一种信号屏,其中,信号屏屏幕的发光单元由前述LED发光结构构成。
采用上述技术方案的LED发光结构及其车灯,与旧的实现方式相比,解决了黄光红光不能共用发光面的需求,使得在成本可控的情况下,实现共用发光面的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行进一步的详细说明。
本发明提供的LED发光结构及其车灯,将黄光LED芯片与红光LED芯片组装成为一颗LED总成,即此LED总成中含有黄光和红光芯片,此时由于黄光LED芯片的激发原理与RGBLED不同,单独点亮的黄光不需要进行混色,此时选用的黄光芯片根据车规级别黄光色度范围进行开发,可以单独满足车规级别中所要求的琥珀色色度要求;例如将其色度特性控制在:趋率极限y≤x-0.120,趋红极限y≥0.390,趋白极限y≥0.790-0.670x的数值。上述各式中,x和y为色品坐标。
此时这种双色的LED既可以满足红光的后位置灯,制动灯的使用,又可以满足琥珀色后转向灯的使用,且此时可以供应一个发光面,解决了造型的多样性,提高了一种特殊方案的选择。
该LED可以使用在任何车灯造型中,可以是直射的方式使用,也可以通过导光体使用,导光体可以是明白透明的PC和PMMA类车用材料,也可以通过其他方式使用在反射式零部件中,即可以通过共用发光面的情况,也可以与其他功能部分共用发光面,或间隔共用发光面。可以同时实现后转向灯和后位置灯,或后转向灯、后位置灯、制动灯这些功能。
具体结构上,如图2a和图2b所示,为两个不同的实施例。在图2a所示的实施例中,在LED焊盘12上封装有一颗LED芯片11,该芯片由两种不同颜色的涂层16和17组成,其中一种为红色涂层,另一种为专色涂层。发光时,可以发两种不同颜色的光。在图2b所示的实施例中,在LED焊盘14上封装有两颗LED芯片13和15,两颗芯片的间距在0.5mm以上;其中一颗为红光LED芯片,另一颗为专色光LED芯片,例如可以为前面提到的琥珀色光LED芯片。
其中,LED光源芯片为黄色与红色双芯片LED的发光结构,在应用于车灯时,同时可以实现后位置灯,后转向灯功能,最重要的是这种LED可以应用在现有的灯具产品中,使得其可以共用同一个发光面,同时实现后位置灯与后转向灯功能。同时控制了产品的成本,平衡了日趋个性化的造型与成本管控之间的关系。
如图3所示的现有反射式发光功能LED布置形式的主视图结构示意并参照图4中的断面示意图,此形式的原理为将LED所发散出来的光,通过反射镜21的反射面的反射,由光轴向车前进或倒退的方向发光,使得配光满足法规要求,但由于线路板22上的LED发光芯片23没有红黄双色的LED产品,此反射镜就无法通过传统的LED独立布置满足两个功能的配光法规与均匀性的考核。
但在图5中本发明其中一个实施例的LED反射式实现方式的断面示意图中,线路板22上的LED发光芯片24的红黄双光LED的作用下,产品的焦距对LED位置的影响减小,使得产品可以共用一种发光面,实现两种功能,摆脱了传统发光方式的束缚,成为一种新的实现方式。
本发明的LED发光结构还有应用于交互信息与信号灯功能的方案,如图6所示,为一种新型的交互式信号灯屏幕,此屏幕31的光源由原本不满足转向信号灯法规色度要求的三色RGB LED更新为可以满足转向灯功能的红黄双光LED(标号为32),当红色灯光亮起时,可以满足位置灯,制动灯,后雾灯等这些需要红色色度功能的信号灯功能,同时,红光可以按照任意趋势与任意区域的组合,作为信号交互的功能实现。而黄光则负责控制警示信号功能,和警示交互功能,同时可以满足转向信号灯的法规要求,从多种方面解决了交互信号与转向信号在同一空间内使用的新方法。
Claims (10)
1.一种LED发光结构,包括一个LED焊盘和封装在该焊盘上的LED芯片,其特征在于,所述LED芯片为一颗设有两种涂层的LED芯片,所述两种涂层中的一种为红色涂层,另一种为专色涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED发光结构,其特征在于,所述专色涂层的光色为琥珀色,所述琥珀色的色度特性为:趋率极限y≤x-0.120,趋红极限y≥0.390,趋白极限y≥0.790-0.670x;其中,x和y为色品坐标。
3.一种采用权利要求1或2所述LED发光结构的车灯,其特征在于,该车灯的后转向灯和后位置灯的发光***共用一组所述LED发光结构。
4.一种采用权利要求1或2所述LED发光结构的车灯,其特征在于,该车灯的后转向灯、后位置灯和制动灯的发光***共用一组所述LED发光结构。
5.一种信号屏,其特征在于,屏幕的发光单元由权利要求1或2所述的LED发光结构构成。
6.一种LED发光结构,包括一个LED焊盘和封装在该焊盘上的LED芯片,其特征在于,所述LED芯片为两颗间距为0.5mm以上的LED芯片,并且,其中一颗LED芯片为红光LED芯片,另一颗LED芯片为专色光LED芯片。
7.根据权利要求6所述的LED发光结构,其特征在于,所述专色光LED芯片的光色为琥珀色,所述琥珀色的色度特性为:趋率极限y≤x-0.120,趋红极限y≥0.390,趋白极限y≥0.790-0.670x;其中,x和y为色品坐标。
8.一种采用权利要求6或7所述LED发光结构的车灯,其特征在于,该车灯的后转向灯和后位置灯的发光***共用一组所述LED发光结构。
9.一种采用权利要求6或7所述LED发光结构的车灯,其特征在于,该车灯的后转向灯、后位置灯和制动灯的发光***共用一组所述LED发光结构。
10.一种信号屏,其特征在于,屏幕的发光单元由权利要求6或7所述的LED发光结构构成。
