The self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber prepared in the examples 1 to 4 and the comparative examples 1 to 3 is cured at 150 ℃ for 3 to 5 minutes, and the tensile strength and the elongation at break are tested according to JIS K6251-2004, the hardness is tested according to JIS K6253-2006, and the tear strength is tested according to JIS K6252-2001; cleaning the surface of a PC substrate, coating the surface of the substrate with a vacuum defoamed A, B mixture with the thickness of 0.3-1 mm, drying at 110-130 ℃ for 5-10 min, cooling to room temperature, then scratching a cross on an adhesive layer, manually stripping the rubber layer from an integrally formed product, and evaluating the adhesiveness according to cohesive failure (rubber failure rate). The test results are shown in table 1.

As is apparent from Table 1, the self-adhesive liquid silicone rubbers of examples 1 to 4 exhibited excellent performance in the performance indexes of hardness, tensile strength, elongation and tear strength, and the overall performance was stronger than that of the silicone rubbers of comparative examples 1 to 3.

Claims (10)

1. The self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber for bonding PC and PA is characterized by comprising a component A and a component B which are mixed together according to the ratio of 1: 1-1.5;
the component A comprises, by weight, 60-80 parts of base material, 20-40 parts of vinyl silicone oil and 0.1-2 parts of catalyst.
The component B comprises, by weight, 60-80 parts of a base material, 5-25 parts of vinyl silicone oil, 1-6 parts of an adhesive, 2-11 parts of a cross-linking agent and 0.1-1 part of an inhibitor.
2. The self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber according to claim 1, wherein the adhesive comprises a first adhesive and a second adhesive, the first adhesive being a phenylene group mechanism polymer containing a benzene ring structure and at least three silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms;
the second adhesive is phenyl ring silicone oil with high hydrogen content on the side group, and the phenyl ring silicone oil with high hydrogen content on the side group contains a phenyl ring structure and at least two hydrogen atoms bonded with silicon.
3. The self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber according to claim 2, wherein the first adhesive and the second adhesive are added in a ratio of 3: 1-2.
4. The self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber according to claim 2, wherein the phenylene group mechanism polymer has a hydrogen content of 0.5.0 to 2.0% by mass and a benzene ring content of 1.0 to 10.0% by mass.
5. The self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber according to claim 2, wherein the silicone oil with high hydrogen-containing benzene rings in the side groups comprises 0.5 to 2.0% by weight of hydrogen, 0.5 to 10.0% by weight of benzene rings and 0.5 to 10.0% by weight of epoxy functional groups.
6. The self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber according to claim 1, wherein the base material comprises 50-70 parts by weight of vinyl silicone oil and 30-50 parts by weight of fumed silica.
7. The self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber according to claim 1, wherein the vinyl silicone oil is at least one of terminal vinyl silicone oil or silicone oil with vinyl branched chain in the middle, the viscosity of the terminal vinyl silicone oil is 500-100000 cs; the specific surface area of the fumed silica is more than or equal to 200m2Fumed silica/g.

The self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber according to claim 1, wherein the crosslinking agent is at least one of a pendant hydrogen-containing silicone oil containing two or more silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms and a hydrogen-containing silicone oil having hydrogen groups at both ends; the catalyst is Karstedt's catalyst.
9. The self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber according to claim 1, wherein the molar ratio of Si-H functional groups to alkenyl functional groups in the a-component to the B-component is (1.0 to 5.0): 1.
10. the method for preparing a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising the steps of:
s1, preparing a component A: taking the base material, vinyl silicone oil and a catalyst, and fully mixing;
s2, preparing a component B: taking a base material, an adhesive, a cross-linking agent and an inhibitor, and fully mixing;
s3, mixing the prepared component A and the prepared component B according to the proportion of 1: (1-1.5) were thoroughly mixed to prepare Si-H/Si-Vi ═ (1-5.0): 1 self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber.
