Description

Stamp, stamp manufacturing process and stamp identification method
Technical Field
The invention belongs to a seal and manufacture and use identification thereof, and relates to a method for forming an identification mark in a seal engraving manufacturing method, in particular to a method for identifying authenticity of a seal impression in use.
Background
Traditionally, seals are made by manual engraving, because engraving personnel are different, and because the same engraving personnel engrave different factors such as force, word distance and the like at different times, the characters, the character size, the character distribution and the word distance of each seal can show the characteristics of the seal, the seal is not easy to be counterfeited, especially along with the development of electronic equipment and network technology, people can call the original seal stamp and compare the obtained current seal stamp at any time, the stamp imitation phenomenon is effectively restrained, however, the manual engraving of the seal needs a large amount of skilled personnel, and the problem that a large amount of time is needed is solved.
At present, the engraving belongs to a special industry, which needs to be qualified, and needs to be put on record in the public security department to be operated outside, and is restricted by the quantity of technicians and the making time, the industry increasingly adopts a computer-controlled machine to engrave a stamp, namely, the machine engraves a name on a stamp blank, the authenticity identification of the stamp is only identified by fonts, font sizes, font distributions, word distances and the like, but the method has a great defect in reality, and is difficult to form a unique identification mark on the stamp, as for the prior technical means, because the number of the fonts is limited, the font sizes, the font distributions and the word distances can be adjusted by the machine, lawless persons can completely imitate the stamp by selecting the fonts, the font sizes, the font distributions and the word distances according to the obtained stamp text of the stamp, and the stamp is faked, the aim of deceiving people with false or true is achieved.
In the prior art, although a means of pressing characters on lead is adopted, the characters and random grains of impurities in the lead are crossed for identification, but the method only can achieve the effect of identifying the lead, the seal impression is different from the lead, a seal blank is not metallic lead, even if the method is made of a lead material, the print generated by the lead cannot transfer and reflect the grains on the seal impression, marks cannot be generated on the seal impression, the two current seal blanks do not have natural grains, the characters are carved on the seal blank, and the characters cannot generate random marks.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a seal, a seal making method and a seal imprint identification method, which utilize a seal blank without random stripes or pits formed on the surface of the seal blank to form concave parts at the intersection of the stripes or the pits and characters in the subsequent character carving process, wherein the positions and the directions of the concave parts have randomness, and the positions and the directions of the concave parts can be transferred and embodied in seal imprints used in the future and can be used as anti-counterfeiting marks of the seal imprints, thereby obtaining a simple method capable of meeting the seal making automation.
The seal manufacturing process is realized by the following scheme:
a stamp making process comprises the following steps:
(10) forming stripes or pits with certain depth on the surface of the printing blank;
(20) and engraving characters on the printing blank to enable the stripes or the concave points to be intersected with the character strokes, and enabling the stripes or the concave points at the intersected positions to be reserved at the relevant strokes of the characters.
Preferably, in the above stamp making process, in the step (10), the width of the stripe or the diameter of the concave point is 0.24-0.3 mm.
Preferably, the above stamp making process further comprises the following steps:
(30) and eliminating the stripes and the concave points except the character strokes on the printing blank along with the character carving.
Preferably, the above stamp making process further comprises the following steps:
(40) and marking marks on the seal blanks by all people to obtain the special seal.
The seal of the invention is realized by the following scheme:
a stamp is composed of a blank and carved characters on the blank, and features that the surface of some strokes of said characters has stripes or concave points with a certain depth.
Preferably, in the above-mentioned stamp, the width of the stripe or the diameter of the concave is 0.24 to 0.3 mm.
The seal stamp recognition method is realized by the following scheme:
a method for identifying stamp imprint comprises the following steps:
(10) forming stripes or pits with certain depth on the surface of the printing blank;
(20) carving characters on the printing blank to enable the stripes or the concave points to be intersected with the strokes of the characters, and enabling the stripes or the concave points at the intersected positions to be reserved at the related strokes of the characters;
(30) marking marks on the seal blank by all people to obtain a special seal;
(40) obtaining a standard pattern of the seal impression from the seal by using seal ink;
(50) photographing or scanning the standard pattern by a camera or a scanner to obtain electronic data of the standard pattern;
(60) storing the electronic data of the standard pattern in an electronic database for calling;
(70) adopting an electronic device to call the electronic data of the standard pattern from the electronic database through the Internet, and displaying the standard pattern corresponding to the electronic data on the electronic device;
(80) and comparing whether the standard pattern is the same as the current seal stamp by naked eyes to judge the authenticity of the current seal stamp.
Preferably, in the method for identifying the stamp imprint, in the step (10), the width of the stripe or the diameter of the concave point is 0.24-0.3 mm.
Preferably, the method for identifying a stamp imprint preferably further includes the step (25):
(25) and the stripes or the concave points except the character strokes on the printing blank are eliminated along with the character carving.
Thus, when step (25) is executed, the stamp only keeps the stripes or the concave points on some strokes of the characters, and the other part of the stamp blank does not have the stripes or the concave points, so that the stamp and the stamp are relatively complete and beautiful.
Thus, a method is obtained by which the authenticity of the seal imprint can be identified by the naked eye.
The seal stamp identification method of the invention can also be realized by the following scheme:
a method for identifying stamp imprint comprises the following steps:
(10) forming stripes or pits with certain depth on the surface of the printing blank;
(20) carving characters on the printing blank to enable the stripes or the concave points to be intersected with the strokes of the characters, and enabling the stripes or the concave points at the intersected positions to be reserved at the related strokes of the characters;
(30) marking marks on the seal blank by all people to obtain a special seal;
(40) obtaining a standard pattern of the seal impression from the seal by using seal ink;
(50) photographing or scanning the standard pattern by a camera or a scanner to obtain electronic data of the standard pattern;
(60) storing the electronic data of the standard pattern in an electronic database for calling;
(70) scanning or photographing the obtained seal imprint by adopting a camera or a scanner to obtain electronic data of the current seal imprint pattern;
(80) adopting an electronic device to call electronic data of a standard pattern from the electronic database through the Internet, and comparing the electronic data with the obtained electronic data of the current seal imprint pattern;
(90) and if the comparison is consistent, the information that the current seal imprint is real is given, otherwise, the information that the current seal imprint is forged is given.
Thus, a method for automatically identifying the authenticity of the seal impression by means of an electronic device is obtained.
In this way, in the seal making process and the identification method of the seal stamp text, because the print blank stripes or pits can be made by the print blank manufacturer and supplied to the engraving factory in batch, and then the engraving factory engraves characters on the print blank with the stripes or pits provided by the print blank manufacturer, the reference positions of the print blank are difficult to be consistent in the two processes, and the position and the direction of the intersection of the stripes or pits and the character strokes are random, so that the print blank can be used as an identification mark for anti-counterfeiting.
The obtained seal, the seal making process and the identification method of the seal stamp are characterized in that the strip or the concave point of the stamp blank is provided with a concave part with width, in the subsequent engraving of the characters, the part outside the characters on the stamp blank is dug out to enable the characters to be protruded, meanwhile, at the intersection of the strip or the concave point and the characters, partial concave parts of the strip or the concave point can be still reserved on the related strokes of the characters, although the strip, the concave point and the characters can not have randomness, due to the randomness of the engraving positions of the characters, the intersection positions of the strip or the concave point and the characters can have randomness, and the positions and the directions of the partial concave parts can be embodied in the seal stamp texts used in the future, particularly the structure, the strokes and the strokes of the characters in the seal stamp texts, the positions where the strip or the concave point are more easily displayed, thereby being used as the basis of the identification of people by naked eyes or machines, can form the anti-counterfeiting mark of the seal impression.
Because the stripes or the concave points and the name characters are crossed at a plurality of positions, residual partial concave parts can be reserved at a plurality of positions, and the residual partial concave parts can be used as the basis for identification together, so that the anti-counterfeiting accuracy of the seal imprint is greatly improved.
The invention of the seal imprint identification method enables the seal to be simply engraved by adopting machinery, and the seal imprints of the seals can provide sufficient random anti-counterfeiting marks so as to be more accurately identified.
The identification method of the seal stamp of the invention has the advantages that the stripes or the pits only remain in the character strokes, and therefore, the corresponding positions can be quickly and accurately found during the data comparison, and the identification method has the advantage of quicker comparison.
In addition, the width of the stripe or the diameter of the concave point is 0.24-0.3 mm, so that the printed text can be ensured to have enough clear gaps or blank points, and meanwhile, the character strokes can be ensured not to be interrupted so as to influence the accurate meaning of the characters.

referring to fig. 3, the stamp of the present embodiment includes a stamp blank 1 and a plurality of laser engraved characters 2 formed on the stamp blank 1, wherein concave points 3 with a certain depth exist on the surface of some strokes of the laser engraved characters 2.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the stamp making process of the present embodiment includes the following steps:
(10) uniformly forming a plurality of concave points 3 with certain depth on the surface of the printing blank 1 by adopting laser;
(20) and engraving the characters 2 on the printing blank 1, so that a plurality of concave points 3 and strokes of the characters 2 are intersected at a plurality of positions, the concave points 3 at the intersected positions are reserved at the relevant strokes of the characters 2, and the concave points 3 except the strokes are eradicated along with the engraving of the characters 2.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the method for identifying a stamp imprint of the present embodiment includes the following steps:
(10) forming a plurality of concave points 3 with certain depth on the surface of the printing blank 1 by adopting laser;
(20) carving characters 2 on the printing blank 1 to enable a plurality of concave points 3 to be intersected with strokes of the characters 2 at a plurality of positions, enabling the concave points 3 at the intersection positions to be reserved at the relevant strokes of the characters 2, and eradicating the concave points 3 except the strokes along with the carving of the characters 2;
(30) marking marks on the stamp blank 1 by all people to obtain a special stamp;
(40) obtaining a standard pattern 4 of the seal impression from the seal by using seal ink;
(50) photographing or scanning the standard pattern 4 by a camera or a scanner to obtain electronic data of the standard pattern 4;
