At present, with the development of economy, the living standard of people is improved, under the fast-paced living environment, people face increasing pressure in family life and in workplace life, and vigor of people is easy to be insufficient, so that the health care consciousness of people is gradually strengthened, health care consumer products are more and more concerned by consumers, and health care beverages are one of the health care beverages.
The reasons of the deficiency of vital energy include various reasons, such as excessive mental stress, gastric ulcer, inappetence, insomnia, overwork, excessive emotional fluctuation, excessive blood loss due to trauma or operation, unhealed diseases and the like, and the factors of the body function can be improved and promoted in a food therapy mode according to the current traditional Chinese medicine theory and the modern medical theory, so that the existing health-care beverage mainly achieves the purpose of supplementing the vital energy of the body by adding components with different effects and improving the body function from different aspects.
In view of the above-mentioned related technologies, the inventor believes that the effective ingredients for replenishing primordial qi in the health beverage usually improve the physical function of the health beverage in different aspects and replenish primordial qi by adding traditional Chinese medicines with different efficacies, but when the traditional Chinese medicines with different efficacies are used in combination, the drug effects may be mutually counteracted or offset, so that the health efficacy of the product is not ideal, and the defect that health associations for replenishing primordial qi in multiple aspects are few in the market is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to improve the physical function of diet and supplement vitality from different aspects, the application provides a red ginseng-pomegranate drink and a preparation method thereof.
In a first aspect, the red ginseng-pomegranate drink provided by the application adopts the following technical scheme:

By adopting the technical scheme, the red ginseng extract is added, so that the red ginseng extract has the effects of greatly invigorating primordial qi, recovering pulse, relieving depletion, benefiting qi and controlling blood, is rich in ginsenoside, and has the effects of promoting metabolism, relieving fatigue and enhancing resistance, thereby improving body functions and supplementing primordial qi.
By adding the ganoderma lucidum stems, the ganoderma lucidum stems have an obvious inhibiting effect on gastric ulcer and also have the effects of protecting liver and detoxifying, and the ganoderma lucidum stems have the effects of improving hyperlipidemia and hypertension.
By adding the cubeb, the cubeb has the effects of regulating gastrointestinal motility, resisting gastric ulcer, tranquilizing, relieving pain and resisting bacteria.
By adding the pomegranate condensed juice, the pomegranate contains rich vitamin C and anthocyanin, has good antioxidation, has good effects of reducing blood fat, invigorating stomach and refreshing, and also has the effect of improving the flavor of the product.
By adding the red ginseng extract, the red ganoderma stems and the cubeb, the cubeb relieves the gastric ulcer resistance and hyperlipidemia inhibition of the red ginseng extract on the red ganoderma stems, relieves the metabolism promotion inhibition of the red ganoderma stems on the red ginseng extract, further enhances the gastric ulcer inhibition effect of the red ganoderma stems, and ensures that the product has the effects of improving the physical function and supplementing vigor from the aspect of no use.
Preferably, the composition also comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
0.1 to 1 percent of pomegranate concentrated powder.

In a second aspect, the present application provides a method for preparing a red ginseng pomegranate drink, which adopts the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of a red ginseng pomegranate drink comprises the following steps:
step 1), mixing red ginseng extract, red ganoderma stem, cubeb and water, and heating until the red ginseng extract, the red ganoderma stem, the cubeb and the water are completely dissolved to obtain a first mixture;
step 2), adding the pomegranate concentrated juice into the first mixture, uniformly stirring, and filtering to obtain a second mixture
And 3) sterilizing the second mixture at the temperature of 135-139 ℃ for 4-8 seconds, and cooling to 40-50 ℃ to obtain the red ginseng pomegranate drink.
By adopting the technical scheme, the red ginseng extract, the red ganoderma stem, the cubeb and water are mixed and heated to be completely dissolved, and then the pomegranate condensed juice is added, so that the components are uniformly mixed, and the pomegranate condensed juice keeps better activity and flavor, thereby improving the effect when the components are matched with each other for use.
The second mixture is sterilized for 4 to 8 seconds at the temperature of between 135 and 139 ℃, so that the sterilization effect of the product is better, and the product is favorably stored.
Preferably, in the step 2), pomegranate concentrated powder, concentrated apple juice, and a sweetener are further added, and are added to the first mixture together with the pomegranate concentrated juice, and the mixture is stirred uniformly.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, through adding pomegranate concentrated powder, concentrated apple juice, sweetener and pomegranate concentrated juice in the first premixture together for the mixed effect is higher between each component, and the activity of each component keeps comparatively intact, is favorable to the better performance of each component.

1. by adding the red ginseng extract, the red ganoderma stems and the cubeb, the cubeb relieves the gastric ulcer resistance and hyperlipidemia inhibition of the red ginseng extract on the red ganoderma stems, relieves the metabolism promotion inhibition of the red ganoderma stems on the red ginseng extract, further enhances the gastric ulcer inhibition effect of the red ganoderma stems, and ensures that the product has the effects of improving the physical function and supplementing vigor from different aspects;
2. the pomegranate concentrated powder has a good antioxidant effect, and the concentrated apple juice is rich in nutrient substances, so that nutrition can be supplemented for a human body, and meanwhile, the flavor of the product is further improved;
3. by adding the sweetening agent, the sweetening agent can enable the product to obtain better flavor, can keep fresh taste, improves the quality of the product and enables the product to have a palatable feeling.

Referring to fig. 1, the preparation method of the red ginseng-pomegranate drink of examples 1 to 5 includes the steps of:
step 1), adding red ginseng extract, red ganoderma stem, cubeb and water into a stirring kettle, stirring for 3min at a rotating speed of 60r/min, uniformly mixing, and heating until the red ginseng extract, the red ganoderma stem, the cubeb and the water are completely dissolved to obtain a first mixture;
step 2), adding the pomegranate condensed juice into the first mixture, uniformly stirring, and filtering to obtain a second mixture;
and 3) sterilizing the second mixture at the temperature of 137 ℃ for 6 seconds, and cooling to 45 ℃ to obtain the red ginseng pomegranate drink.

Experiment 1
XTT is a tetrazole nitrogen derivative, can be degraded and reduced into water-soluble brown yellow formazan products by mitochondrial dehydrogenase in living cells, and the generation amount of the formazan is positively correlated with the activity of cell mitochondria, so that the XTT method can be used for detecting the activity of the mitochondria so as to react the metabolic capability of the cells.
Inoculating human immortalized keratinocyte (HaCaT) cells into a limiting keratinocyte serum-free medium (DK-SFM), placing the cells in a constant-temperature incubator at the temperature of 37 ℃ and the volume fraction of CO2 of 5 percent for 5 days until the cells are fused, and changing the culture solution every other day. Anti-gastric ulcer test in mice.
120 male mice are taken and fed with basal feed for 5 days, then are randomly divided into 30 groups, 4 mice in each group are taken, the mice in each experimental group and the mice in each comparative group are orally administrated with red ginseng pomegranate drink obtained in each example and each comparative example, the blank group is administrated with the same dose of drinking water, the stomach administration amount is 5 ml/mouse, once a day and continuously for 30 days, the test is carried out for 24 hours after the final fasting, each group is respectively injected with 5mg/kg of blood, the fasting is continuously carried out for 18 hours, animals are killed, and the ulcer index is expressed by the mean value of the longest diameter and the shortest diameter of the ulcer (mean value plus or minus standard deviation;) Statistical treatment was performed and ulcer inhibition was calculated as the mean of ulcer index of each group of samples divided by the mean of ulcer index of blank group x 100%.
Experiment 3
Experiments on reducing blood lipid in mice.
Taking 120 male mice, feeding the mice with basal feed in an SPF animal laboratory for observation for 5 days, and taking blood from the inner canthus to measure the normal value of each blood lipid observation index. According to Total Cholesterol (TC) level, mice are divided into 30 groups by a stratified random sampling method, 4 mice are used in each group, each example group and comparative example group are fed with high-fat feed (78.8% basal feed, 1% cholesterol, 10% yolk powder, 10% lard and 0.2% pig bile salt), normal drinking water is provided, and each experimental group and comparative group mice are orally administrated with red ginseng pomegranate drink obtained in each example and comparative example by intragastric gavage, except that comparative example 1 group is administrated with the same dose of drinking water5 ml/piece, once a day for 30 days, after fasting for 16h at the end of the test, blood is taken, the contents of Total Cholesterol (TC), Triglyceride (TG) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) are determined in a 7150 full-automatic biochemical analyzer using enzyme-linked reagents (kit), and the obtained data are statistically processed with mean ± standard deviation

According to the comparison of the data of comparative example 2 and comparative example 1 in tables 7 and 8, the inhibition rate is slightly increased and is not greatly changed after the red ginseng extract is added, which proves that the red ginseng extract has no obvious influence on gastric ulcer, and the mitochondrial activity ratio has a relatively obvious increase ratio, thus the red ginseng extract has a better effect of promoting metabolism, thereby improving the body function and supplementing primordial qi of the body.
According to the comparison of the data of comparative example 3 and comparative example 1 in tables 7 and 8, the inhibition rate is improved significantly after the ganoderma lucidum stems are added, which shows that the ganoderma lucidum stems have significant inhibition effect on gastric ulcer, and the total cholesterol content is reduced to a certain extent, thus proving that the ganoderma lucidum stems have the effect of improving hyperlipidemia.
According to the comparison of the data of the comparative example 4 and the comparative example 1 in the tables 7 and 8, the inhibition rate is improved by a certain amount after the cubeb is added, and the cubeb is proved to have certain gastric ulcer resisting effect, so that the gastrointestinal movement is regulated, and the physical function is improved.
As can be seen from comparison of the data in table 7 and table 8 between comparative example 6 and comparative example 2, the ratio of increase in mitochondrial activity of the red ginseng extract was slightly increased and did not change significantly when the red ginseng extract was used in combination with cubeb, which demonstrated that cubeb had no significant negative effect on the red ginseng extract.
As can be seen from comparison of the data of comparative example 7 and comparative example 3 in tables 7 and 8, when the ganoderma lucidum stems were used in combination with cubeb, the inhibitory rate of ganoderma lucidum stems and the change in total cholesterol content were small, demonstrating that cubeb had a small influence on ganoderma lucidum stems.
According to the comparison of the data of comparative example 5 and comparative examples 2 and 3 in tables 7 and 8, the total cholesterol content and the inhibition rate of the stem of ganoderma lucidum are reduced to a certain extent when the extract of red ginseng and the stem of ganoderma lucidum are used in combination, which proves that the extract of red ginseng has an inhibitory effect on the hypolipidemic and anti-gastric ulcer effects of the stem of ganoderma lucidum, and the improvement ratio of the mitochondrial activity ratio is reduced, which indicates that the stem of ganoderma lucidum has a certain inhibitory effect on the extract of red ginseng, so that the body function is improved, the primordial qi supplementing effect is reduced to a certain extent, and the multiple primordial qi supplementing effect of the product is poor.
According to the comparison of the data of the comparative example 5 and the example 2 in tables 7 and 8, the total cholesterol content and the inhibition rate are greatly improved by adding the cubeb, which shows that the blood fat reducing capability and the gastric ulcer resisting effect are better, so that the physical function is further improved, the improvement ratio of the mitochondrial activity ratio is higher, the cubeb relieves the inhibition effect of the red ginseng extract on the ganoderma lucidum stems, and further enhances the inhibition effect on the gastric ulcer, so that the cubeb has the effects of sedation, analgesia and antibiosis, and the product can improve the physical function, improve the resistance and supplement the primordial qi better from different aspects.
According to the comparison of the data of the examples 8-10 and the example 2 in the tables 7 and 8, the total cholesterol content is reduced to a certain extent by adding the pomegranate concentrated powder, which proves that the effect of reducing blood fat is better, the inhibition rate is increased to a certain extent, which proves that the pomegranate concentrated powder has a certain effect of resisting gastric ulcer, and the effect of improving the body function of the product is better.
According to the comparison of the data of the examples 11-13 and the example 2 in the tables 7 and 8, the apple has the effects of promoting digestion, stimulating appetite and cleaning intestinal tracts by adding the concentrated apple juice, the total cholesterol content is reduced to a certain extent, the inhibition rate is slightly increased, and the change is not large, so that the concentrated apple juice is proved to have the capability of further reducing blood fat and resisting gastric ulcer, and the health-care effect of the product is better.
According to the comparison of the data of the examples 19-21 and the example 2 in the tables 7 and 8, the mitochondria activity is improved to a certain extent by adding the pomegranate concentrated powder, the concentrated apple juice and the erythritol, which shows that the components can better exert the respective effects, thereby proving that the components are matched with each other to further improve the body function and enhance the multi-effect primordial qi supplementing effect of the product.
