The freight quotation method is implemented on a digital asset transaction block chain through intelligent contracts.
The carrier end and the shipper end store a certain number of tokens, and the carrier end and the shipper end are directly connected by skipping the price difference of the platform intermediate merchants through a decentralized block chain technology. And (4) building a logistics service business state based on trust, incentive and zero commission from the perspective of logistics planners, logistics companies, vehicle reservation and the like. Based on the intelligent contract technology, the tokens are used for booking logistics planners, logistics companies, vehicles and the like, and the logistics resource suppliers do not pay any commission, so that the operation cost is reduced; the user will get better logistics service with lower price.
In this embodiment, the logistics planner may publish a logistics planning service on the block chain, and create different planning routes, including a common logistics destination route, an empty vehicle round trip plan, and the like; the logistics company can release common logistics routes, prices, insurance and the like on the block chain; the vehicle provider may publish services on the blockchain, including different vehicle models, idle conditions, etc. Logistics planners, logistics companies and vehicle providers all require certain tokens for this purpose. Tokens are collected to prevent misuse of the service, which would be re-allocated into the incentive programme resource pool after the service was first purchased and the execution of the intelligent contract completed. And automatically storing data related to logistics into the distributed file systems of Sia and IPFS, and generating a corresponding hash character string as a service identification code of the intelligent contract. In order to solve the problems of information inconsistency, information counterfeiting and the like, KYC (knock-out customer) authentication is required for both logistics resource suppliers and cargo owners. The identity information is encrypted and stored in the Sia and IPFS system through an asymmetric encryption technology, so that the effectiveness, the reality and the safety of the information on the chain are ensured.
The blockchain technology used in the present embodiment is based on the consensus algorithm in the blockchain 4.0, so that the transaction confirmation is faster, and the method is suitable for the global huge logistics market. Meanwhile, the decentralized logistics service adopts a non-graphic complete declarative intelligent contract system, and the intelligent contract consists of declarative and complete Boolean sentences, so that the intelligent contract is closer to the traditional legal contract language and supports Boolean algorithm, mathematical operation, data storage and the like.
Further, the freight quote method is directed to a customized logistics service. The customized logistics service needs to reduce noise and false comment data, and needs to further get through logistics resource suppliers of multiple industries and global owners, so that the owners can directly find personalized customized logistics service according to personal preferences. Meanwhile, the decentralized logistics service based on the block chain utilizes artificial intelligence and data science technology to perform multidimensional portrait on logistics preference of each owner on the chain, and based on the multidimensional portrait and the personalized recommended logistics route, each owner can be matched with other owners with consistent logistics routes, so that cost is further reduced.
The freight quotation service utilizes the advantage of block chain decentralization, the core of the freight quotation service is the reliable two-way transaction protocol for designing and realizing atomization, and the embodiment is based on a new consensus algorithm and realizes the whole transaction by accurately controlling the transaction state and accurately verifying the transaction condition.
The goods source information, the communication authority, the quotation authority and the quotation information are used as digital assets, and under the condition that the freight quotation method is implemented through an intelligent contract on a digital asset transaction block chain, the goods quotation method is realized in a two-way transaction protocol, not only a digital asset buyer is required to transfer money assets, but also a data owner is required to transfer the digital assets, and common operation of the two parties is required. In the conventional transaction, the transaction is generally divided into two parts, namely before and after the transaction, the transaction is completed once without intermediate operation, in this embodiment, the transaction process governed by the bidirectional transaction protocol is divided into three stages, namely before, during and after the transaction, three states of "applyttrade", "agreretrade" and "RejectTrade" appear in the process, and the core operation is divided into three operations:
1. applying for and verifying transactions
Firstly, a digital asset buyer sends a request for purchasing data to a data owner, namely, a related transaction is initiated; when the digital asset buyer initiates the transaction, the type of the digital asset to be purchased, the amount of the money asset willing to be paid out, the starting time and the ending time of the transaction are specified; meanwhile, the digital asset buyer encrypts the hash value of the transaction by using a private key of the buyer and puts the encrypted hash value into the transaction as a digital signature of the buyer so as to show that the buyer is responsible for the transaction; the digital asset purchaser then broadcasts the transaction in the blockchain after changing the status of the transaction to "applyttrade".
When the consensus node in the blockchain system acquires the transaction, a new consensus algorithm is used for verification. Since the state of the transaction is "applyttrade" at this time, it is only necessary to verify whether the digital signature is valid. After the consensus algorithm is executed, the transaction is written into a block of the block chain, indicating that the transaction is valid for a long time.
2. Approval/rejection transaction
During the operation of the two-way transaction protocol, after the consensus algorithm in the blockchain is executed, the applied transaction is written to the blockchain, thereby indicating that all nodes in the blockchain receive the information of the transaction, and therefore, the digital asset owner can inquire the applied transaction from the own node. After the digital asset owner acquires the applied transaction, corresponding judgment can be made according to the requirement of the digital asset owner as follows:
if the digital asset owner agrees to the transaction, the public key of the digital asset purchaser can be used for encrypting own original data and then putting the encrypted original data into TradeHashData in the transaction quintuple, then the state of the transaction is modified into AgreeTrade, the digital asset owner needs to encrypt the hash value of the transaction by using the own private key and puts the encrypted hash value into the transaction as the own signature, and the digital asset owner is shown to be responsible for the transaction. Meanwhile, the digital asset owner modifies the monetary assets of the digital asset owner and the digital asset purchaser according to the amount in the transaction, and attaches own digital signatures to the modifications to indicate that the digital asset owner is responsible for the modification of the monetary assets; finally, broadcasting the new transaction and the modification of the assets;
if the digital asset owner does not agree with the transaction, the digital asset owner modifies the status of the transaction to "RejectTrace" and attaches its own data signature in the transaction indicating responsibility for the transaction, which is then broadcast.
3. Validating transactions
In the context of the design and blockchain decentralized and distrust of two-way transactions, both digital asset owners and digital asset buyers are likely to maliciously tamper with data in an effort to benefit themselves. Therefore, after the digital asset owner agrees or declines the previous transaction application and broadcasts it, the consensus node needs to validate the transactions in detail. Based on the PBFT algorithm, the consensus node completes final transaction verification by using a new consensus verification algorithm and realizes a final state, and the result is written into the block.
Specifically, the shipper can upload the source information created by the shipper to the server by using the shipper side, and the server sends the received source information to the carrier side for display, so that the carrier side of the carrier side can browse the source information conveniently. Meanwhile, there may be an association relationship between the shipper side and the carrier side, such as an association relationship generated by historical transactions, an association relationship generated by good comments after transactions, an association relationship generated by a single party paying attention, an association relationship generated by friends of each other, and an association relationship generated by a group relationship, a platform relationship, or other unilateral, bilateral, multilateral relationships. Before the server sends the goods source information to the carrying terminal, the server can judge whether the carrying terminal to receive the goods source information has an association relation with the goods owner terminal creating the goods source information; if the incidence relation exists, sending the goods source information, the communication authority corresponding to the goods source information and the quotation authority corresponding to the goods source information to the carrying terminal; and if the association does not exist, sending the goods source information and the quotation authority corresponding to the goods source information for the carrying end.
Further, after the step S3 is executed to send the source information, the communication right corresponding to the source information, and the quotation right corresponding to the source information to the carrier, the method further includes: and S31, receiving a communication request corresponding to the goods source information and sent by the carrier according to the communication authority, and establishing a communication channel for the shipper end creating the goods source information and the carrier end sending the communication request.

Furthermore, the communication channel is a data transmission channel established between the goods owner and the carrying end by utilizing the server; the server sends a mode capable of establishing contact with the shipper and/or the shipper to the carrier, or the server sends a mode capable of establishing contact with the carrier and/or the shipper to the shipper; or a third-party communication platform is used for establishing a connection between the goods owner and the carrier.
Exemplary ways to establish contact include, but are not limited to: sending fixed telephone number, sending mobile telephone number, sending virtual telephone number.
Further, after the transmitting the source information, the communication right corresponding to the source information, and the quotation right corresponding to the source information to the carrier in step S3, or after the transmitting the source information and the quotation right corresponding to the source information to the carrier in step S4, the method further includes: and S32, receiving the quotation information corresponding to the goods source information and sent by the carrier end according to the quotation authority, and sending the quotation information and the communication authority corresponding to the quotation information to the goods owner end for creating the goods source information.

a sending unit 213 of the server, configured to send, to the carrier, the source information, the communication right corresponding to the source information, and the quotation right corresponding to the source information when the determination result of the determining unit 211 of the server indicates that the association exists; the system is used for sending the goods source information and the quotation authority corresponding to the goods source information to the carrying end when the judgment result of the judgment unit 211 of the server is that the association does not exist; the receiving unit 212 of the server is used for sending the quotation information and the communication authority corresponding to the quotation information to the shipper end for creating the goods source information after the receiving end receives the quotation information corresponding to the goods source information sent to the server by the shipper end according to the quotation authority;
the channel unit 214 is used for establishing a communication channel for the shipper side creating the goods source information and the carrier side sending the communication request after the carrier side sends the communication request corresponding to the goods source information to the server according to the communication authority; and the communication channel is established for the carrying end and the goods owner end which send the quotation information when the goods owner end sends a communication request corresponding to the quotation information to the server according to the communication authority.

and the receiving unit 221 of the carrier end is used for receiving the source information, the communication authority corresponding to the source information and the quotation authority corresponding to the source information sent by the server.
A transmitting unit 222 of the carrier side, configured to transmit a communication request corresponding to the source information to the server according to the communication authority; and the system is used for sending quotation information corresponding to the goods source information to the server according to the quotation authority.

A freight quote apparatus according to the present application, the apparatus comprising:

Claims (15)

1. A method of freight quote, the method comprising:
determining a goods owner end for creating goods source information;
judging whether the carrying end and a goods owner end for creating the goods source information have an association relationship or not, wherein the goods owner end for creating the goods source information is determined according to the goods source information;
if the carrier end has an incidence relation with the goods owner end for creating the goods source information, sending the goods source information, the communication authority corresponding to the goods source information and the quotation authority corresponding to the goods source information to the carrier end;
and if the carrier end does not have an association relation with the goods owner end for creating the goods source information, sending the goods source information and the quotation authority corresponding to the goods source information for the carrier end.
2. The freight quote method according to claim 1, wherein the source information, the communication authority, the quote authority, and the quote information are implemented as digital assets by intelligent contracts on a digital asset transaction block chain; a logistics planner publishes logistics planning service on a block chain and creates different planning routes, wherein the different planning routes comprise a common logistics destination route and an empty vehicle round-trip plan; the logistics company publishes logistics routes, prices and insurance on the block chain; a vehicle provider publishes services on a block chain, including different vehicle types and idle conditions; the logistics planner, the logistics company and the vehicle provider all need to pay out tokens for this purpose, which will be re-allocated into the incentive plan resource pool after the service is purchased for the first time and the execution of the intelligent contract is completed; data related to logistics are automatically stored in distributed file systems of the Sia and the IPFS, corresponding hash character strings are generated to serve as service identification codes of the intelligent contracts, KYC authentication is forcibly carried out by a carrier end and a goods owner end, and identity information is encrypted and stored in the Sia and the IPFS systems through an asymmetric encryption technology.
3. The freight quotation method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein after the sending of source information, communication rights corresponding to the source information, and quotation rights corresponding to the source information to the carrier, the method further comprises:
and receiving a communication request which is sent by the carrier end according to the communication authority and corresponds to the goods source information, and establishing a communication channel for the goods owner end for creating the goods source information and the carrier end for sending the communication request.

The freight quotation method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein after the sending of the source information, the communication right corresponding to the source information, and the quotation right corresponding to the source information to the carrier, or after the sending of the source information and the quotation right corresponding to the source information to the carrier, the method further comprises:
and receiving the quotation information which is sent by the carrying end according to the quotation authority and corresponds to the goods source information, and sending the quotation information and the communication authority corresponding to the quotation information to the goods owner end for creating the goods source information.

The freight quotation method according to claim 4, wherein after the receiving carrier sends the quotation information and the communication authority corresponding to the quotation information to the shipper side that created the shipper information, according to the quotation information corresponding to the shipper information sent by the quotation authority, the method further comprises:
and receiving a communication request which is sent by the goods owner end and corresponds to the quotation information according to the communication authority, and establishing a communication channel for the carrying end and the goods owner end which send the quotation information.

The freight quotation method according to claim 4, wherein the receiving carrier sends the quotation information and the communication authority corresponding to the quotation information to the shipper side who created the shipper side information according to the quotation information corresponding to the shipper side information sent by the quotation authority comprises:
receiving quotation information which is sent by a carrier end according to quotation authority and corresponds to the goods source information;
judging whether the quotation information is malicious quotation or not;
if the quotation information is malicious quotation, performing anti-malicious quotation processing;
and if the quotation information is not malicious quotation, sending the quotation information and the communication authority corresponding to the quotation information to a goods owner end for creating the goods source information.

The freight quotation method according to claim 4, wherein the receiving carrier sends the quotation information and the communication authority corresponding to the quotation information to the shipper side who created the shipper side information according to the quotation information corresponding to the shipper side information sent by the quotation authority comprises:
sending the quotation information, the communication authority corresponding to the quotation information and the establishment agreement authority corresponding to the quotation information to a goods owner end for establishing the goods source information,
after sending the quotation information, the communication authority corresponding to the quotation information and the creation agreement authority corresponding to the quotation information to the goods owner end for creating the goods source information, the method further comprises the following steps:
and receiving agreement achievement information fed back by the shipper end and/or the carrier end, wherein the shipper end achieves an agreement with the carrier end after receiving the establishment agreement authority corresponding to the quotation information, and generating the agreement achievement information.
8. The freight quote method according to claim 1 or 2,
before the determining whether the carrier has an association relationship with the shipper that creates the source information, the method further comprises: judging whether the goods source information contains quotation information or not;
wherein, after judging whether the source information contains the quotation information,
if the goods source information contains quotation information and if the carrying end has an incidence relation with a goods owner end for creating the goods source information, the creating agreement authority corresponding to the goods source information is sent to the carrying end besides the goods source information, the goods source communication authority corresponding to the goods source information and the quotation authority corresponding to the goods source information; if the goods source information contains quotation information and if the carrier end does not have an incidence relation with a goods owner end for creating the goods source information, sending the goods source information and quotation authority corresponding to the goods source information for the carrier end, and sending a creation agreement authority corresponding to the goods source information for the carrier end;
if the goods source information does not contain the quotation information and if the carrier end has an association relation with the goods owner end for creating the goods source information, sending the goods source information, the goods source communication authority corresponding to the goods source information and the quotation authority corresponding to the goods source information to the carrier end; and if the goods source information does not contain the quotation information and if the carrier end does not have an association relation with the goods owner end for creating the goods source information, sending the goods source information and the quotation authority corresponding to the goods source information for the carrier end.
9. A freight quote system for implementing the freight quote method of any one of claims 1 to 8, said system comprising:
the server is used for determining a goods owner end for creating goods source information; the system is used for judging whether the correlation information exists between the shipper end and the carrier end in the cargo source information; the system comprises a delivery end, a delivery end and a communication end, wherein the delivery end is used for sending source information, communication authority and quotation authority to the delivery end if the correlation exists between the delivery end and the delivery end in the source information; the system comprises a goods delivery end, a goods delivery end and a delivery end, wherein the goods delivery end is used for sending goods source information and quotation authority to the delivery end if the goods delivery end and the delivery end in the goods source information do not have an association relation; the system comprises a receiving end, a delivery end and a verification end, wherein the receiving end is used for receiving quotation information which is sent by the delivery end and corresponds to goods source information and verifying the quotation information; the system comprises a commodity source information database, a commodity price information database and a commodity price information database, wherein the commodity price information database is used for storing commodity price information of a commodity;

12. A freight quote apparatus for carrying out the freight quote method according to any one of claims 1 to 8, said apparatus comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving the goods source information sent by the server, the communication authority corresponding to the goods source information and the quotation authority corresponding to the goods source information;
the sending unit is used for sending a communication request corresponding to the goods source information to the server according to the communication authority; and the system is used for sending quotation information corresponding to the goods source information to the server according to the quotation authority.
13. A freight quote apparatus for carrying out the freight quote method according to any one of claims 1 to 8, said apparatus comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving the quotation information and the communication authority corresponding to the quotation information;
and the sending unit is used for sending a communication request corresponding to the quotation information to the server according to the communication authority.
14. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions for causing a computer to perform the freight quote method of any one of claims 1-8.

An electronic device, comprising: at least one processor; and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory stores a computer program executable by the at least one processor to cause the at least one processor to perform the freight quote method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
